"Khrystal." Nexus stared at me in shock as I stood in the doorway of his house.

I decided to come here the moment Agustine's fiancee left the house. I don't know but my body just took the initiative to act. I no longer know what is right and should be done to end all my problems. To get rid of the pain in my chest.

I gave him a small smile. "Can I come in for a second?" I asked.

He immediately nodded and then stepped aside to let me pass. Just by his worried gaze, I knew that the issue that happened to me had reached him. I have no news about that. I avoided turning on my cellphone, I didn't even look at the television, so I have no idea how much people know about the scandal I was involved in.

"Would you like some juice? Tea? Coffee?" he offered me when we got to the living room.

I shook my head gently. "Don't. I just need someone to talk to." I finally sat down on the three-seater couch.

Nexus stared at me for a moment then sighed. After that he sat next to me. I smiled a little.

"Did I disappoint you too?" I asked.

He didn't answer right away. "I know you have your reason, but I admit I'm a little bit shocked when I heard the news. Maybe I'm a little disappointed but I understand," he said.

Somehow what he said made me feel better. I appreciated that he was honest in his answer to me, a friend wouldn't be happy if their friend makes a mistake. The important thing; I was not rejected, I was not rejected by him.

I was tired and leaned on the sofa, then stupidly stared at the ceiling of Nexus' house. "Can I ask for your help?" And I slowly turned to him; begging.

"What are you thinking?!" he snorted and took the clothes I took off. "Get dressed, Khrystal!" He tried to cover it in front of me.

"Help me..." I hoarsely said which made him stop his actions. "He's coming, kiss me, please." A lone tear fell into my cheek.

Earlier, when Agustine's fiancee was about to leave. I ordered her to tell Agustine to come see me at my friend's house. I know she can easily find out Nexus's address even if I don't detail the address. And I wasn't wrong as soon as we heard the sound of a car. Nexus and I stared at each other, his gaze weighing on me while my eyes clouded with begging.

"I want this to be over," I whispered weakly. "It hurts... too much."

I was stunned when I leaned back on the sofa because of my friend's lips touching mine. I just closed my eyes and cried silently as we shared a kiss. A few seconds later, Nexus was forcefully separated from me due to Agustine violently grabbing his collar.

"Do you want to die?" he asked with his cold baritone voice, staring darkly at Nexus.

"Let go," Nexus answered simply while returning a sharp look to Agustine.

I secretly wiped my tears and tried to remove all emotions from my face. I rose up from my seat and held his neckline shirt as well.

"Release him, Mr. Revelar," I uttered.

He slowly looked at me. His eyes widened for a moment before looking at me from my head to my naked body. His jaw clenched. His grip on Nexus's collar didn't escape my sight.

"What are you doing, Khrystal?" he asked me, there was the threat that he would not accept the possible answer I would say.

I chuckled. "Mr. Revelar, should I really tell you the details?" I said and acted like adjusting my bra strap.

There he completely let go of Nexus and faced me. I could see the growing anger in his eyes that he was trying to control. He looked around for a moment and when he found my clothes, he quickly took them.

"I don't know why are you doing this, but stop it already. Come with me, we need to talk," he said while trying to put my shirt on me.

Annoyed, I grabbed the clothes and threw them away. "Can't you just leave?! Can't you see? You're bothering me and my boyfriend!" I shouted at the look on his face.

I feel like my heart is pounding at the moment. It's funny to think that I should be hurt and feel sorry for myself but why do I feel that for him? I was the one who cheated, I was the one who was played with, I was the one who invested feelings, so why do I still think about him?

I can see the pain in Agustine's eyes. I don't know if I was just imagining it or if he meant to show it to me to play with me. Please make it stop... I can't take it anymore. All the pain and humiliation I received was enough. That's reward enough.

"What are you talking about, Khrystal? I'm your boyfriend," he corrected.

Please, stop acting like you really love me.

I raised an eyebrow, then let out a loud laugh. "Boyfriend?" I repeat. "Mr. Revelar, sorry to burst your bubble, but I just used you."

He didn't say a word and just kept looking at me, listening. His face began to lose emotion after what I said. I bravely faced him even though my knees were already weak from weakness.

"Stop lying," was all he could say after a few seconds of silence.

I smiled at him, then moved closer. I slowly walked my finger on his chest and then looked up at him. I wish it was true so it won't hurt like this.

I just really hope that I just used you.

"My mother promised me that she'll let me leave our house when I succeed in dealing with you," I explained. "That's why I seduced and blackmailed you, Mr. Revelar."

His jaw tightened and his eyes began to darken. I slowly distanced myself and then approached Nexus. I hooked my arms around him, which Agustine quickly stared at.

Are you now mad because your plans can't go ahead?

"So, Mr. Revelar, can you please leave us alone? We have something else to do," I said.

"How can you do this to me?" full of resentment he returned.

I couldn't stop laughing. "Let's not fool around, Mr. Revelar. I know that you also liked what happened. It’s not your loss anymore."

"F*ck!" I jolted in my place when he suddenly kicked the sofa along with his curse.

I was too stunned to react or speak when he looked at me with his bloodshot eyes. "That's it? After using me, you're gonna leave me like a trash?" He laughed mockingly. "I wish I didn't love you. I wish I didn't let myself fall for you."

It felt like a hundred daggers were stabbed in the chest.

"Never appear in front of me again, Khrystal." Then he looked at my naked top with disgust in his eyes. "You disappoint me." He shook his head and turned his back to take his leave.

I just stupidly looked at his shrinking figure until he completely left. After that, I burst out laughing as my tears flowed uncontrollably.

"If he was an artist he would have an Oscar award." I continued chuckling and looked at my friend who is now staring at me with pity in his eyes. "He's the one who made me a hook. He's the one who just used me. Then he's the one who wants to be disappointed? M-maybe he's disappointed because he can't target me anymore," I muttered in the middle as I loudly laughed.

Nexus pulled me for a hug and buried my head into his chest. There I couldn't laugh anymore and just burst into tears. My mind is a mess. I don't know which is more painful, the way he used me or the pretense he showed today. I just held my chest and silently prayed that all the pain I was feeling would go away.

Please... I can’t take it anymore.
