Chapter 135: Chapter 135

Susana's eyes welled up with tears. Why is her daughter taunting her? It seemed to her as if she's not pleased to see her alive. Why is her fate this way?

She fell out with her royal family when she was pregnant with her. She lost her identity when she gave birth to her. And now that she's back, her daughter still taunts her.

She might have stayed away for so long, but she still loves her daughter. Pamela is Linus' daughter. She's the daughter of the only man she'd ever loved.

"Dora baby. There would be a proper introduction. But not now. Just go in, take a shower and wear something that makes you look like a princess that you truly are" Clarion chimed.

"Grandma, you said I am a princess. But Princesses live in the palace. Why are we not living in the palace, great grandma? Dora asked, immediately forgetting to ask the woman seated next to her grandma any further question.

"Of course you are a princess, darling. Royalty is in your blood and very soon you'll go and say hello to your great-grandfather King Tarvan in the palace of Middletown City '' Clarion declared, planting a featherlight kiss on her temple.

"Let's go cuties" the nannies urged them and they hopped away playfully. Alyana came downstairs, bringing little Ethan to have a suck.

"He's your grandson, Alice," Clarion said, taking the baby from her and handing him over to Susana. Alyana was shocked, her complexion turned pale when she saw Susana.

Who is this woman? The queen just addressed Ethan as her grandson. Is she Princess Pamela's mother? The rumoured princess that grand nanny waited all her life to see again?

Her hands trembled. She watched as Susana took the baby and held him affectionately. She kissed his chubby cheeks as a lone tear dropped from her eye.

"Linus" Susana mumbled. How she wished he was alive. They would have been happy together. But he didn't get to see his daughter and now, his grandchildren.

How times fly. It felt like yesterday when she would sneak out of the palace to go on a mountain side hunting with Linus. He wasn't a royalty, not a rich dude but definitely has a heart of gold.

That was all that mattered to her. That's what she wants in a man and he loves her until his last breath. She's glad she married him, that amazing man was her husband.

"Get the bedroom, next to the kids room ready. This is Miss Susana, a member of our royal family" Clarion introduced, fixing her gaze on the pale Alyana.

"You are welcome, your majesty" Alyana bowed slightly. The queen is hiding something. The picture of Alice Johnson that grand nanny showed her was this woman.

She looked more mature and a woman in her forties but she's the same person. But why is the queen addressing her as Miss Susana? isn't she Alice Johnson anymore?

She was rumoured to have died. What is happening here? Or was she a twin? She can't possibly still be alive all these years and never came to see grand nanny.

"How are you doing My dear? You are Alyana, right?" Susana asked, smiling briefly. She had seen her with Pamela a few times.

"Yes, your majesty," Alyana replied, bowing slightly. She glanced at the queen and said "I will go ahead now and make the room ready"

Clarion nodded and Alyana turned around and left. Her mind was in a complete state of mess and confusion.

Pamela was dazed. This is dramatic. Her grandma and mother are playing the script while she's the spectator. This is amazing.

Her grandma already accepted her new identity? She introduced her as Miss Susana. Is she also supporting this new and fake identity?

"I knew about him. I also sent him a present when he was born" Susana said, smiling broadly and glancing at her mother. She couldn't carry her daughter in her arms when she was a baby.

And the creator has blessed her with a long life to see her grandchildren and even carry her grandson in her arms. This is a blessing and she's eternally grateful to the creator.

Pamela suddenly raised her head and glanced at her sharply. The day she went shopping with Alice. The extra items they brought, gifted to them by an anonymous person.

So she was the one? Now, everything is clear to her. "You sent those presents back then, right?" Pamela asked.

"Yes. And I sent some to you too" Susana replied, smiling broadly. She's glad that they have to talk calmly.

"Thank you," Pamela said. She knows it's not Louis but doesn't know if it's Leah Hayden.

"It would interest you, Alice, sorry Susana…" Clarion corrected herself before continuing "You and Leah share grandchildren"

Susana smiled broadly, her eyes clouded with tears "Oh Leah babe, the bond of our friendship will now last forever" she chimed.

Clarion and Pamela exchanged glances and the latter looked away, pouting her lips.

Few minutes to 7pm, Pamela received a text, Louis sent her a text. His chauffeur would be picking her up for the dinner. Pamela responded with an "Okay"

At exactly 7pm, Pamela descended the stairs. She's dressed in an armless purple gown, long to her feet. Her hair was made into a bun and her lipstick was red.

She wore diamond jewelries and her sexy curves were well outlined in the dress. Susana just glared at her, in admiration. This is her daughter.

As she blinked, her long eyelashes made her look stunning. Who on earth is she going to see? This is hot, it's really going to be a hot date.

"Grandma, I'm having a dinner date with Louis. I'll see you guys later" she announced, her eyes fixed on her mother.

She hadn't found it convenient to call her sister Susana for heaven's sake. How can she call her birth mother 'sister'? It would take a while for her to adjust to this new member of her family that goes by the identity "sister Susana"

"I looked forward to seeing you both happy . Have some time alone by yourselves and please accept his apologies and give him a second chance" Clarion advised.

Pamela didn't answer. She glanced at her finger, the engagement ring was no longer there. She hopes that one day, she gets another ring, not an engagement ring from Louis but a wedding band.

"May the creator bless you with a happy life, my child" Sister Susana blessed her. Pamela nodded and glanced at them briefly before stepping out.

For the first time in a few years, after her grandparents came to find her. She'd never seen her grandma so happy and cheerful like she was that evening with sister Susana around her.

The younger woman hadn't for once left her side. She's certain she hadn't stood up to have a bath. She missed her Mom and the mother also misses her daughter dearly. It's wonderful to see them both happy together again.

The chauffeur was already waiting. As soon as he sighted Pamela, he alighted and walked over, bowing slightly before her and held the door for her to step in.

Pamela knows all the men working with Louis. Except if he hired a few new ones after his recovery. She slipped into the car and the chauffeur shut the door before walking over to get behind the wheel.

The chauffeur drove her to a garden resort. It is called a garden resort because it's covered with flowers and a beautiful garden.

Only one reservation per time can be made. Different trees, fruit trees to be precise were planted everywhere. Several species of flowers were planted in another section.

As Pamela alighted from the car, she perceived the cool breeze of the arena, it was amazing. The environment smells of sweets and fruits.

Pamela liked it. It's a healthy air around there. She sighted Romeo walking towards her and she took a few steps, elegantly and 'princessly' towards him.

Louis had seen her from a distance. She's beautiful. She's still his Pamela, his sweet woman. She looked attractive and can go for a single woman.

Without the kids with her, it's hard to believe that she's a mother of five little cuties. She's amazing. He hopes their dinner ends on a good note.

Romeo pushed the door open and stepped aside for Pamela to walk in. She did and he shut the door, standing outside. The two ex lovers need time to be alone.

Pamela raised her head and saw Louis standing with his hands in his pants pocket. He wore a milk coloured designer shirt on brown pants, Its sleeves rolled up just above the elbow.

The first two buttons of his shirt were open and his long hair combed to the back. He looked cute as always and his V faced jawline spells attractiveness.

As Pamela drew closer to him, they both stood glaring at each other for a while, each admiring the other in his/her mind.

"Good to see you again, my love" Louis finally broke the silence.
