Chapter 103: Chapter 103

Early that morning, Clarion was in her room. She googled the best security organization in Oak City and selected two of them. She needs to contact them to protect her granddaughter.

She kept an appointment with them that morning. After breakfast, she would set out to speak with them. Perhaps she needs to get a lawyer instead.

It would be better that way. She would ask Pamela during breakfast if she has her personal lawyer that might be able to do the job for them.

Meanwhile, Pamela woke up to receive several emails on her phone. She opened them and a megawatt smile appeared on her face.

Gosh! Grandfather unfrozen her account, the one linked to the income of the PandD4 group in Middletown City. Even the one that was linked to the company that now was owned by Hayden's cooperation.

But something else shocked her. Grandfather kept the money he got from selling the annex corporation and deposited it into her Bank account. Such a massive billions?

Her finances had tripled. She gasped in shock. What the heck, she's back to being the woman she used to be. The Pamela Johnson she used to be.

But this time, she's not going to spend a penny to fight Louis. She would be happy to invest it wisely and prepare a future for her kids.

She's going to rank as one of the richest women again. She needs to break the news to her grandma.

But another email arrived. She opened it quickly and it left tears in her eyes. The private investigator had sent her a feedback on the job she gave him to do.

Louis didn't have a proper sleep. He took a quick bath and dressed up, going to find Pamela. He would call her when he arrived there.

He only dreams about her at every slight opportunity to doze off. He missed her very much and the kids. He really missed them.

When Pamela came downstairs, she saw the newest grand nanny seated with the Quadruplets. She carried Ethan with a hand and watched the kids.

"Great grandma, I want more fish," Daniel requested, scooping vegetables into his mouth.

"Give me the sauce fish and snail. Add more vegetables to their diets, all of them" Clarion instructed the cook.

"Alright ma'am" The cook answered.

Pamela descended and said "If you eat it all, what would you leave for me and your great grandma" Pamela cautioned.

"No, they need it more. They are at this stage where they needed to grow" she snapped at Pamela and turned to the kids "Eat as much as you can, I am your mother and will only ensure you are satisfied and happy"

"Thank you nana" Dora said and took her knife, cutting the snail into pieces and picking it into her mouth.

"Good morning Mommy" The boys said and Pamela nodded "Good morning boys and sweet Dora"

They heard a car honking and Pamela thought it's Lucas or Alice. But Clarion remembered Louis' visit. She didn't inform her the previous evening.

The doorbell rang and the servant went to hold the door. Louis stepped in and Clarion saw him first. Next Pamela and she froze.

Louis wasn't looking at anyone but Pamela. His eyes went moist. For a few seconds, he didn't know what to say to her. He was dazed staring at her and the latter did the same.

The kids were having breakfast and they saw their dad. None of them was interested in running over to him to hug him. They just stared at him.

Clarion doesn't want to embarrass Louis Hayden before his kids. He smiled and said "Enjoy your breakfast kids" she said and went over to Louis, placed little Ethan in his hands and tucked him to come along.

Louis was hesitant. His eyes were still on Pamela but he held Ethan in his hands. Pamela glared at him and her eyes rested on her baby in his arms.

"You don't want me to embarrass you before your kids, right?" Clarion whispered. Louis followed her and she brought him to the garden.

Pamela called Alyana and told him to stay with the kids. Has Louis regained his lost memory? Is he alright now? She needed to see him at once.

"...I made it very clear to you not to come over here. You don't have a business with my granddaughter" Clarion warned him.

"Grandma Clarion, I only need to talk to Pamela. She wouldn't throw me out. I just want to talk to her. She loves me very much. Just let me talk to her" Louis pleaded.

"I don't have anything to talk with you about. You've recovered now, right?" Pamela asked and walked closer to him.

Louis' eyes went teary again. He nodded and said "I remembered everything now, my love. Everything" he answered.

Pamela's eyes went moist. This is the moment she had waited for all these months. She waited and endured. She looked forward to this day but alas, she suddenly found nothing in it for her again.

If he weren't married, she would have thrown herself into his arms and kissed him, telling him how much she'd waited for him. But now, it's late.

But he is a married man. As much as she doesn't want to believe it, he is a father with another woman. This is a hard thing for her to live with. The realisation of it makes it hard to see him be with another woman.

She looked away and sniffled. Then swallowed hard, trying her best to hold back her tears.

"I am no longer your love. As much as I want you to be fine, I can't be with you anymore. But we are each other's child's parents.

I'm happy you are alright now. Because I have a few things I will return to you. And we begin it now" Pamela said and before Louis, she removed the engagement ring on her finger and glanced at her grandma "please take Ethan away from him"

Grandma Clarion did so and Pamela took his hands "Take it. I kept wearing it despite knowing you are no longer mine. I was true to you to this very moment.

This is our baby. Our son and this is your ring. I will have your documents for the annex cooperation and other secret files brought to you in the office.

I will make provision for you to meet your kids once in a while, that depends on my lawyer's decision. I'm glad you are back to who you used to be" Pamela concluded and covered her mouth with her Palm as she hurried away.

She'd ceased to be his fiancée. They are now officially parted. She waited for him to return. She had been faithful to him to the last minutes.

Louis turned to go after her when Clarion asked him "Where are you going?"
