Stella and Mrs. Hamilton took her inside.

" Are you cold? Asked Fiona touching her head

" Not anymore. What's the celebration all about mom? She asked in oblivion

" Well, you're my rude cousin's official girlfriend. Everyone in the country knows." She announced making her face sullen

" Everyone knows my name?

" Pretty much yeah. You're welcome to our family. You look like a doll. So tell us how did he confess? Asked Stella holding her warm hands

" He just said it like any other guy"

" Let me try. Did he say I love you Audrey or he said I don't know what I'd feel but I know you're in here" said Fiona pointing to her chest as they laughed at her?

" He said both at different times. He's wet. Has he changed? She asked worriedly

" Luke can take care of himself beside his friends are there. " Said Stella looking at her torn clothes

" Oh. " All this affection was too much.

" C'mon. We're here to congratulate you two. Thank you Audrey for making his heartbeat once again. Thank you so much dear" said Fiona giving her a warm hug

"You did it for him and I'm grateful to you too. I never thought my love for him will be reciprocated. All thanks to you I gave it a try and he made my heart flutter. Thank you mom" she said holding her tighter

" Oh, dear. Girls talk. Has you know.. " said Stella winking at her

" Grams said she hasn't heard noises coming from his room. Don't tell me he hasn't? Asked Mrs. Fiona dejectedly

Audrey was shy to discuss her sex life with them so she drank a full glass of water to calm her nerves.LLucas'sss kisses don't allow her to moan that much. They noticed her shyness and smiled from ear to ear

" You mean he has? Omg Audrey, you did it" said Fiona continuously.

Lucas's friends followed him to his room to get an explanation out of him.

" So Lucas, how is your relationship with her? Is she still a shrew. Is she fun to be with? Is she a giving type? Or is she the type that takes charge? Asked Will helping him dry his wet hair

" I can't believe you all left your luxurious houses for gossips. " Snapped Lucas

" It's not every day we get to see our friend with a woman. She's blessed you know" said Peter

" Fine. She's wonderful. I'm contented with her " he said

" Does your entire body still react to her? Asked Roman mimicking

" Use your head, Roman"

" So tell me have you put your head between her legs? Asked Nate smirking

" Shut up Nate. " He snapped glaring daggers at him

" How long have you two been dating? ? Asked Will

" More than a month I think," he said as they were shocked

" How come she's living with you? Asked a curious Roman

" She is recuperating. She's still here cos she doesn't know the exit" he said sternly as his friends clap for him

" Wow. Who thought you were cunning? Said Will finally glad he's not that aloof and angry all the time.

" How about we go to the states for holiday. All five of us with our girls " suggested Nate who wants to see the sparks between them.

" I've business to attend to Nate. Anyplace but the states" he protested

" I have an idea. An island. It's not that far from here " said Peter

" Fine. Call me when the time comes "

Stella and Fiona continued with their interview. Audrey could tell they were a peaceful family. They cared about each other.

" Tell me, dear, how intimate are you two? Asked Fiona hoping they're very close unless she has to help them

" The cruise helped a lot. Luke is a busy man. He comes home late sometimes. We're close. " She started but she wasn't satisfied.

" I don't think you see each other that often," said Stella

" I work too and I close late most of the time. My hotel is a prestigious one" she explained praying they stop there cos she was sleepy.

" Not to worry. I'm here to give you guidelines to a man's heart" they smirked as she shrugged her shoulder

" Go to sleep now. I'll check on you later" said Stella.

Audrey slept off and Fiona covered her up. She saw hickeys on her neck and smiled it won't be difficult to tame him then.

The house smelled of different tasty food. It was a party. Jenny entered wondering what was happening.

" Stella! I heard you're back"

" Jenny sweetie, you look beautiful. Come inside. You're always welcome here" she said arranging the flowers on a huge table.

" What's the occasion? Asked Jenny perplexed

" It's a family dinner. I know it didn't work between you and him but it seems heaven brought us an angel. She's very beautiful. Lucas has eyes for the best. ' she said.

Jenny's face darkened. So the rumors are true. Luke and Audrey were a couple. That's not gonna happen.

The busy house was in yuletide when Lucas and his friends came down in awe.

" What's going on here?. He asked.

" Sir, grams and your parents told us to prepare dinner for Miss Audrey. To welcome her officially to the family" said Prudence in Ecstacy

" What the hell. Where's Audrey?. He asked choosing to ignore her. They can do whatever they want.

" She's helping in the kitchen. She's good at cooking. It's no doubt she managed a hotel" said Prudence proudly

" What! She's cooking? On whose orders? He snapped

" Your parents. She's to cook your favorite pie and feed it to you" she said as Jenny heard it.

She smiled. here comes her chance. She sneaked to the kitchen and saw Audrey in another kitchen ready to start baking. She smiled and took a glass of milk looking for a chance to pour it in.

She was distracted when a maid came to call Audrey. She left with the apron on.

Jenny quietly poured the milk into the bowl and left.

" Hi, guys. Luke you called for me" she said pecking him on the cheek

" Why are you in the kitchen? You caught a cold remember?

" I'm fine now. I recall you love my pie. Just relax and I'll be done soon"

" Fine. Don't hurt yourself in the process. " He said tugging a strand of hair behind her ear.

" Yes Sir," she said leaving.

' you're that smitten by her right? Luke is in love" teased Nate. They glared at him and he shuts up.

Dinner was served with the Hamilton's seated around the table in excitement. Granny told Audrey to sit beside her. She felt honored sitting in their midst.: trillion Dollars family. Mr. Hugh Hamilton raised a glass

" We're here to welcome the newest member of the family. Audrey Zachary. My future daughter-in-law. Luke, you better treat her well cos you're not taking another wife unless her. Audrey, you fulfilled our lives. Thank you. We're grateful to you for making this gathering possible. For bringing joy into this family again. We'll forever be in your debt. To Audrey!. He said raising his glass as they all cheered to her.

She looked at their faces and they were indeed happy. She was glad she could make them smile and laugh. She wished her family appreciated her this much and to top it all, they were dead. A drop of tear dropped from her eyes which she didn't notice but Fiona did.

" What's wrong dear? Did we say something wrong? She asked as they all looked her way. She noticed the tear and wiped it off then stood up

" Of course not. I'm very happy to be here. Honored actually. Thank you for making me a part of your family something I never thought I'll have. Thank you, mom. " She said hugging her. Lucas saw sadness in her eyes which made him wonder if her parents loved her at all. All this seems new to her.

" Thanks, everyone. I'm honored" she said taking her seat. They nodded and continued eating.

It was time for dessert. Jenny smiled as granny told Audrey to come forward and serve Lucas first so that he can compliment it. She served him smiling.

" Feed him," they all said in unison clapping urging her to do it.

She wasn't used to it but she complied. She scooped some with a spoon and brought it to his mouth. He looked at her wondering why she's putting up with them. He opened his mouth and ate the pie. She scooped another and another then stopped when he coughed.

He drank some water felt something wrong his parents noticed as he fell from the chair wheezing.

Audrey quickly held him trying to comprehend the situation. She didn't do anything wrong. His dad quickly called the doctor taking him from Audrey.

Fiona smelled the pie and frowned. His friends did the same. Jenny was contented with the result. Now they won't forgive her for trying to kill their son.
