With Ava always busy with work, Lola was excited to see Audrey. She rolled her chair to the garden for relaxation sitting opposite her.

" How are you doing Audrey?

" I'm fine. I can feel my legs a lot now. I can stand. " She mumbled

" You're making progress. Is there something bothering you?

" It's Jenny. Can you check if she's with my Luke? I can't help it. Make sure she leaves before coming back"

" Sure. Let's go inside then ' she said intending to ride her back

" No need. I'll be fine. Are you and Roman couples now? She asked curiously

" I want to give him a try. You know if I'm lucky I may fall in love like you and Ava" she said jokingly.

" Good luck. Check on him, please. I can take care of myself" she assured her. Lola left to do her bidding.

Adrian seized the opportunity to approach her grinning. Who would have thought the defiant little girl will be defenseless one day. Karma is a bitch he thought standing behind her watching as she picked a fig from the table chewing it.

"What a beautiful sight right? He asked squatting staring at her

" What are you doing Adrian. Please leave" she muttered moody. Jenny's presence kinda ruined her mood. She just wanted to be alone. She hasn't left the motion of dying instead of being paralyzed. Lucas is selfish she concluded. He did it for himself but she did listen to him at the hospital when he was crying and calling her. Maybe she's just angry he accepted her because of her condition.

" I'm here for you Audrey, I'll be anything you want me to be. Luke won't accept your past. But I'm here; as the first man in your life, I'm ready to do anything for you. I knew I treated you badly years ago but believe me I didn't enjoy it. you were so stiff, not moved by me or the pleasure which angered me. I wanted to free you from Viola I swear it. Give me a chance. You'll get better eventually. Hmm? He exclaimed as Audrey was dazed by his misconduct

" Adrian, I love Lucas. Hell having a relationship isn't my goal right now. I'm a fucking cripple for christ's sake. I won't let any man use me as a sex toy. Get that into your thick skull if you have any." she refuted glaring at him in disgust

" You met me before him. I f***ked you first for months. What is he offering you? Is he better than me? I can double it. Luke is an aloof person; emotionless. I'll make you feel like a real woman beyond this shell" he coerced cupping her cheeks as she yanked his hands off

" To hell with you. I don't want to experience such things again. I don't remember any of it. Luke is the man I want. Live with it. " She blurted out.

She never felt pleasurable with Adrian just obligated. She had the best sexual pleasure from Luke. It's the only one she recalls. Never in her seven years of escape has she thought of him until she met Lucas: thee opposite of Adrian.

" Shut your mouth. You're mine. I bought you for five million dollars. I saved you from se* addicts, drug addicts, and savages. You owe me for eternity" he exclaimed holding the urge to yell at her

" You did that for yourself not me. You were a horny bastard just like those savages. You have no idea how much you disgusted me. Your touches were like a worm: irritating and tormenting. I hated you for touching me" she said scornfully as he slapped her in anger

" Listen to me bitch. You better watch your mouth or you'll never walk again with these legs" he threatened standing up.

Audrey's face burned from the slap as she glared at him arranging his suit. She wanted to commit murder and go to jail luckily he was far away unless she would have stabbed him. Or he was lucky she couldn't walk. A voice brought her to reality as Jenny stepped in.

" Well!!! How the mighty has fallen. Not so tough now are we? She mocked moving around her in circles poking her one after the other.

" What? Can't talk? I guess Luke is putting up with you because of his parents: who like you for no specific reason. What a shame. I've good news" she trailed off as Audrey clenched her fist in fury thinking of what to do: kill her and damn the consequences but she wanted to hear her out. Adrian leaned by the wall watching Jenny torment her.

" Luke and I finally had our first kiss though I wouldn't call it that. Ah. It felt like wine compelling me to get drunk in it. Is that how you felt whenever he kisses you? No wonder you were obsessed with him. I think I'm drunk to stupor with him. Thank you for being a useless cripple" she finished looking straight at an angry Audrey surprised she hasn't uttered a word.

" Did you hear me, Luke kissed me and I enjoyed it right in his office. He finally came to his senses. He finally realizes that you seduced him with this. .... I don't know cos I can't see anything anymore" she mocked laughing out loud.

Though Audrey was affected by the insults she felt it's exactly what she needs to walk again but her kiss with Luke? Jenny hasn't used such tactics before. Is she telling the truth? She did refuse intimacy with him.

" I'm going to do exactly what you did to me. Cripple" she said as Audrey understood what she meant.

" Having second thoughts. Don't think about it. No one knows you're here and Luke is busy. Will you be my woman now? Smirked Adrian caressing her hair as she spat on his face making him grab her hair

" Bitch. Jenny does your worse, she needs to be thought a lesson" said Adrian who thought Jenny was telling the truth. With that, he left.

" Now, what was our first fight over Lucas? She asked folding her shirt.

Audrey wasn't going to defend herself though she could. She needed it as motivation to get better.

Jenny pushed her from the wheelchair as she giggled from the view of seeing her stranded in one position. She went forward and kicking her legs hard that she whimpered looking for the courage to withstand it.

" You want to get better? No way. You're going to remain like this for the rest of your miserable life watching Luke and me from a far distance. You ruined my dream " she cursed kicking her in the stomach. She trimmed watching her clutch her stomach in pain. Then she faced her major target her legs.

She circled to kick her again when Audrey tripped her with her hands. Jenny fell on her back with a loud thud. The pain from her legs increased as she held it groaning.

Jenny composed herself about to stand up but she couldn't as Audrey dragged her hair hard pulling a few which made Jenny scream her lungs out from the agonizing pain. Audrey grabbed a handful of her hair again pulling it hard.

" Please don't. It hurts" Jenny pleaded to hold her hands while calling for help before she kills her.

Her roaring scream alarmed everyone as they ran in their direction including Adrian. They were surprised to see Audrey pulling at her hair with her legs pinning Jenny down holding her from escaping.

Luke ran to help her up urging her to release Jenny's hair but she tugged at it more determined to end her life.

" Audrey!! he yelled releasing her hands carrying her up. He noticed her whimper though he could guess what happened.

" Jenny, you're banned from entering the stone house henceforth," said Mr. Hugh and Granny in unison.

How dare she hurt the one person they were trying to help. Kicking her legs, dragging her from the wheelchair. It's unforgivable.

" Grams, she started it. She hit me first" she accused. Luke was busy massaging Audrey's legs.

" Does it hurt? Are you still hurting? He asked worriedly as she moved it a little

" No. She's a bitch. " She cursed making Luke look her way.

" Get her out of here. She's banned from Hamilton's family. Get out, Jenny. You're lucky she didn't bleed. I would have killed you and used your remains as fertilizer for the plants. Out of here" he snapped as he watched her stare at Adrian.

" Did you put her up to it? He asked grabbing his collar pushing him to the wall. Lola arrived wondering what just happened while running to Audrey's side.

" I had nothing to do with it. I'll never hurt her" he refuted

" He slapped me " she refuted as Luke punched him in the face. His nose started to bleed.

" What the hell Luke. She spat at me. I just returned from the hospital" he complained feeling wronged

" Stay away from her. She's not interested in you. Get out of my house before I chop off those hands that touched her " he warned. He's been putting up with him because of his father.

" Guards, throw him out and Jenny too" he commanded as the hefty men grabbed him roughly dragging him out.

Jenny winced touching her head and noticed Audrey wounded her with the force she used in pulling her hair. She gritted her teeth.

" Don't touch me. I can walk"

" I said dragging her out. Are you deaf? Luke repeated which they quickly obeyed dragging her out like a mad person as she kept cursing at Audrey kicking thin air.

" Oh dear, are you okay Audrey? Asked granny soothing her ankle

" Luke, did you see that I moved my legs I can move my legs. " She smiled wiggling her toes which surprised them. Luke hugged her.

" I'm sorry I left you alone. You should have stabbed her "Lola said as everyone stared at her making her rephrase her words. They could tell she's as dangerous as Audrey.
