Chapter 9: Chapter 9
Jofa actually knelt in front of the Hunter. The girl's expression was angry, and her eyes flashed with a vengeance.
"You think humans are slaves to werewolves and spoiled rich kids like you? Do not dream! From the beginning, humans were created to be leaders on this earth.”
"What did you say?" Hunter smiled sarcastically when he heard Jofa's bold narrative. Hunter lifted his leg and landed on Jofa's left shoulder. "Lick!"
Jofa raised her head and looked Hunter straight in the eyes. Suddenly the girl grabbed Hunter's ankle and twisted him. Hunter screamed in pain. Jofa butted Hunter's stomach with her head and both hands when she could.
Hunter fell backwards and hit his head on the melted ice cream on the grass.
Jofa stood up straight with a big grin. She felt satisfied because she managed to take down Axel. The girl clapped her hands as if full of dirt after touching Hunter's body.
Axel was stunned. He didn't think Jofa would do something so crazy. Meanwhile, the other three members of B4 just burst out laughing when they saw Hunter fall to his knees and hit his head on melted ice cream.
Hunter growled. His long hair was dirty with grass and vanilla ice cream. He clenched both fists tightly and stood up. His eyes glowed red, and he shot at Jofa.
Jofa cursed her recklessness. She saw the difference in Hunter's gaze and was acutely aware that she had disturbed the sleeping wolf.
'If he turns into a wolf, I have very little chance of winning against him,' thought Jofa, who started preparing for the worst.
Instead of turning into a terrifying wolf, Hunter swung his fist to attack Jofa. By reflex, the girl dodged to the left easily. All the students looked at her in astonishment. So far, no one has been able to escape Hunter's fists.
"You dodged my attack?" hissed Hunter.
"Please, stop!" asked Jofa. "I don't want to fight you. None of this would have happened if you didn't mind spilling ice cream on your shoe. Didn't Axel also apologize?"
Hunter does not accept. He waved his fist again; this time, Jofa dodged it to the right. Hunter punched a third time, and Jofa took a step back.
The show is getting more and more exciting. More and more students are arriving.
Jofa began to clench her fists and get into a stance. She had no intention of getting back at Hunter. She only tried to protect herself by parrying and dodging Hunter's wild and violent attacks.
Aland, Ed, and Elmar started to get worried seeing the situation getting chaotic. They realized Hunter's anger was getting more and more explosive.
"This isn't a joke anymore," Ed grumbled.
"Next attack, the Glasses Boy won't be able to survive," muttered Aland. "We have to do something about them."
Jonea started to panic. She couldn't keep dodging and dodging. Moreover, the situation is getting out of control. The students began to gather in the courtyard and watched their fight.
Hunter tilted his head to relax his shoulder and neck muscles. He raised both fists before his chest and his feet shoulder-width apart. He clenched his jaw very forcefully. At first glance, Jofa saw a pair of fangs sticking out of Hunter's teeth.
"He will turn into a wolf if his emotions get out of control," said Elmar. "Do something, guys!"
'I have to do something to get out of this situation,' thought Jofa.
Hunter loosened his tie and unbuttoned the top of his shirt. He began to prepare to attack Jofa more seriously. With one swift movement—and it was tough for Jofa to read. In the next two steps, Hunter was already standing before Jofa with a fist flying right at Jofa's nose.
Aland immediately stopped Hunter by holding the youth's fist.
Jofa closed her eyes in fear. A strong gust of wind from Hunter's fist movement broke Jofa's self-defence.
When Jofa opened her eyes, Hunter's fist was an inch away from her face. That fist should have crushed Jofa's facial bones. But Aland Hamilton held it down with a palm.
From that close distance, Jofa could even smell the perfume from Aland's hands.
"What are you doing, Aland? Why are you blocking me?" hissed Hunter. "Let me finish my business. This Glasses Boy must know who he is and where he belongs!"
Aland's hands still gripped Hunter's fists so tightly that the veins bulged along Aland's arms. Aland tried hard to lower Hunter's fist, then whispered to the young man.
"Don't embarrass yourself in front of the other students. Remember, you are the leader in this school. You are the rule and the enforcer of the rule itself. Don't get provoked by a lowly student like him." Aland glanced sharply at Jofa.
Then, the tension on Hunter's face began to loosen up a bit. Hunter pushed Aland away from him. He straightened his wrinkled clothes and tightened his tie again. Hunter glared at Jofa as if giving a warning before leaving there.
"Listen, Boy! This time I will let you go. But there will be no second chance for you. I will lay my eyes on you!"
Jofa could only stare with a pair of widened eyes in shock. He froze like a freshly sculpted ice statue. The girl was still stunned by what had just happened.
Jofa couldn't even catch Hunter's movements. He's so fast. If Aland hadn't blocked that fist, Jofa wouldn't have been able to stand up straight.
"Hey!" said Axel. "Are you all right, Miller? You're shaking!"
A pair of Jofa's eyes that opened wide suddenly watered. She really wanted to cry for no reason. Jofa immediately looked around, and all the students looked at her strangely. The B4 members have already left. Jofa looked down and shook her head. Se ran away from the crowd and left Axel.

The B4 members were hanging out in their private club, which was still in the VIP dormitory area. Ed and Elmar played games accompanied by two beautiful girls who kept clinging to them. They looked like they were having fun competing with their dexterity on the game console.
In a different corner, Hunter is busy playing archery. He threw his arrows at the target but always failed. The hand never stops in the middle.
"Fuck!" cursed Hunter throwing his arrows even louder.
Aland came carrying his favourite novel. He placed the story lazily on the table and picked up a bottle of berry juice. Aland approached Hunter and held out a cold can of beer for him.
"You're in a terrible mood all day," Aland scolded.
Hunter took the beer and sat down on the long-arm sofa. "If you didn't get in my way this afternoon, maybe I wouldn't be this annoyed!" Hunter protested.
"If I didn't stop you, there might be a casualty from the human faction, and this school would be closed instantly. Have you forgotten the rules made by the former managing director, your grandfather?"
"Aland is right!" Elmar said without taking his eyes off his game console. "If this school is closed, we will no longer have a place to play and have fun."
"Yeah, only at this school are we free to do anything," Ed said, giggling when one of the girls tickled him.
Hunter was getting annoyed and throwing arrows at random. He downed the beer in his hand.
Aland just smiled while sipping his berry juice slowly. “The rules that your grandfather made are sage. This school was created so we can study well, not for power struggles and killing each other. Imagine if we were free to turn into wolves at any time in this school; what would happen would be a war between packs. You don't want that to happen, do you?"
Ed left his game and approached Hunter. "Never mind, forget it! We better have some fun."
"Do not bother me!" said Hunter, swatting Ed's hand away. "I'm thinking of a way to take down Miller. I just didn't think he had quite the courage. I thought all this time he was just a nerd who only focused on school and his scholarships."
"It's not bad for the size of an ordinary human without any power. He dared to fight and challenge you," Aland said with a meaningful smile.
"After all, what is there to think about?" he said. "Just do as usual."
Hunter suddenly smiled broadly and looked gleefully at Ed. He put his arm around Ed's shoulders and pinned his neck with his right arm.
"Hey, what are you doing?" protested Ed, who didn't like it when Hunter ruffled his hair.
"You're so smart. Why didn't I think of that idea?" Hunter imagined the fun he would get. "Miller, you're done for now!"
Hunter crumpled his empty beer can into a dent.
