"Penelope what's going on here?" I ask with my eyes trailing from her to Brian.

"I can explain," she started and I shook my head.

"Betrayals! You guys are a bunch of motherfucki-"

"What the actual f-" I jumped up from my bed and found Ashton sitting beside my bed.

So he was the one poking me.

"Idiot! How can you creep into my room and poke me? Isn't that just strange even for you?" I ask with a yawn but he just sat there staring at me.

"Oh wait," I started, squinting my eyes. "I'm mad at you!"

"Dude chill! I had to fly from France so I coul- we could- have a talk with you." He gestured towards the door and Brian walked in.

"What's he doing here?! No, what are you both doing here? Get out!" I scolded and Ashton didn't budge.

"Dude just sit down." Brian spoke up and I sat down on a sofa, not because he told me to but Because I was going to seat down anyways.

"Good. Now let's talk like matured men." Ashton chirped, emphasising the mature and man.

I held back my laughter.

"Kyle, what's your problem with Brian right now?" He softly said.

I rolled my eyes, "Isn't it obvious? He didn't tell me that he was with Penelope and then get father made a public announcement that she was pregnant with my child which is a lie by the way because he is the father!"

"Dude, I'm sorry! I was always in love with Penny and when I was gonna tell you guys, you made an announcement that you both were getting married and then I guess I didn't have the courage to tell you." Brian explained and I scoffed.

"You couldn't tell me but you could still continue sleeping around with her? Dude listen to yourself." I rolled my eyes.

"I promise when I found out she was pregnant we were going to tell you, that was wear I went to her house for! To tell her that I would inform you of the truth, but you came in and-

"And I realized your true colors!"

"Kyle, do you remember high school, when Alexis and I found out about you and Jasmin?"

I still regret that till today.

I stayed quiet.

"Well, you also kept something away from me and you know what happened? I forgave you, because that's what brothers do."

"Of course you forgave me, after punching me at that party." I muttered but I guess they both heard it because they chuckled.

"In essence, Brian feels shitty! The dude freaking told me to get on my private jet and hurry here so I could help fix you guys up. And, I don't like it when we fight. So just forgive him already!" Ashton suggested.

He did have a point. He forgave me for my stupid mistake, Brian looked down, when he was always the cheerful and funny one.

I sighed, "Brian, I hate you."

He let out a smile and gave me a hug then Ashton joined in our big hug. I really couldn't stay mad at either one of them for long.

"That's enough. Stop touching me!" Ashton screamed and struggled to untangle himself from Brian and I.

"Kyle has morning breath! Go brush your teeth dude!" He announced like I had some disease or something.

"We you don't like my morning breath? I thought you loved all of me?" I complained going closer to him.

"Stay away from me bro till you brushed your teeth and I promise to love you then." He demanded, moving away from me.

"Fine! I'm going. I'm going." I muttered and went to my bathroom.

After twenty minutes, I came out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around my waist because after brushing, my judgement thought it would be better to just take a bath.

I got dressed freely when I noticed that both Brian and Ash were at my balcony, talking about God knows what do I walked over to them.

"What took you so long?! I freaking thought you were having a baby in there!"

"We both decided that if you weren't out in five, we'd burst open the door."

"Five? If an assassin was going to kill me, I'm pretty sure he would be successful seeing as how you both couldn't even hear me come in."

We all stood in silence for awhile, staring at the garden, until Ashton spoke up.

"So tell us something about Alexis. Did you speak to her about why she lied?"

They don't even know about Kylie yet.

"Well, shit Alexis. Turns out we have a daughter together." I said and they both stared at me like I had two heads.

"Woahhh... how'd happen?"

"Do I really need to tell you how babies are made?"

"I Know but, wow! Like for real though! Woooow! She was so innocent. And now she's pregnant!"

"No dude! I mean we already have the kid, she's like eight."

"Eeight?" He counted with his fingers. "Shit you had a kid in high school?! And we didn't Know?!"

"I just found out yesterday!"

"Shit!"

"So why didn't she tell you sooner?"

"She didn't even tell me! It was just a coincidence."

"But you asked her why right?"

"Brian, this is Kyle we're talking about, he probably exploded and didn't give her a chance to talk. Am I right or am I correct?"

"I didn't explode. I simply gave her a piece of my mind. I had every right to be mad! She lied shit her identity and kept my daughter away from me."

"But she probably had a reason for doing so!"

"Think about it, it's not easy to take care of a child and still study while dude was in college."

"Yeah. She probably got used to taking care of her by herself and thought she didn't need you or something."

"Wow! You both should become defenders of Alexis. Go stand in front of her house and make sure no one enters while you're at it."

"Dude, be honest, if she had come to your doorstep with a child in her arms while you were trying to get a degree in business would you have believed her?"

"Yes?" I stuttered. "Maybe! But she didn't try."

"Now you know, start are you going to do about it."

"I'm already taking the case to court. So I can have my daug-"

"Wait, what?"

"You taking Alexis to court? Are you stupid or just pretending to be?"

"What! It's only fair aft-"

"That's far from being fair Kyle! Why do you want to take this so far?"

I took a deep breath, "so what do you guys suggest I do?"

"Talk to her!" They both said simultaneously.

"She doesn't want me to see my daughter and you want me to just talk to her?"

"Both of you were mad and both said things out of anger, she probably didn't mean what she said."

"Well then she should hit me up first." I grumbled.

"You're the man! Take charge and be the bigger person.

"Just call her man."

Should I really call her? I mean, what if she still insists that I stay away from her. I should at least try for the sake of Kylie right?

"Fine, I'll call her. But later not now."

"So Kyle is a father and Brian's gonna be a dad in a couple of months and I'm here, just finding the love of my life." Ashton commented.

"Oh yeah! Ash when are you going to introduce us to your girlfriend?"

"I was initially planning on inviting her to the wedding but I highly doubt that the wedding is going to take place again."

"The wedding! Wars gonna happen now?" I look towards Brian.

"Penny is going to tell her father the truth and then maybe the wedding might get cancelled."

"Not might, it will be cancelled because if Penelope's parents drop the pregnancy bomb then my parents will drop my bomb then I don't think they would like to complicate our lives like that."

"Your parents know?" Ash gaped at me and I nodded.

I might keep up the daily updates because I really want to finish this book so I can focus on my other books.
