CHAPTER 12: STARING SECRETLY

Alyssa suddenly woke up because of thirst. She looked around as she rubbed her right eye. She notices that her husband was standing while turning his back.

She wondered what it was doing, but he didn’t ask because it might make him angry again. She stood up and walked out of the room.

When suddenly her husband asked, “Where are you going?”

She turned in his direction and asked as her finger pointed to herself, “Are you talking to me?”

“Who do you think am I talking, too? When it was only the two of us?” he answered sarcastically.

Alyssa was irritated by the sarcastic response of her husband, but she still answered him calmly because she knew she had nothing against him.

“I’ll just drink water.” She answered.

Leonard had frowned with the answer of his wife. He thought to himself how stupid it is to go down to the kitchen when she was wearing a revealing dress. He thought of volunteering to get water.

“I’ll get it for you. You stay here and don’t dare to go out.” He said to his wife.

Alyssa, on the other hand, was surprised with the behavior shown by her husband, but she just let him and nodded.

Leonard hurried out to get some water. Then he hurried down the stairs until he reached the kitchen.

He took a clean glass and opened the refrigerator. Inside in it, he took the pitcher full of cold water on it, and then he pours the cold water into the glass he was holding. Then he hurried up the stairs to return to his room until he reached his room.

As he opened his room, he didn’t realize that his brother Ethan also woke up and saw him holding a glass of water. He knew that his older brother doesn’t have a habit of drinking water at dawn, so he was surprised, but he did not call him and went back to his room.

Alyssa was sitting on the bed waiting for his husband when the door opened, but she was not surprised anymore because she knew who will enter. It was his husband, Leonard. It was holding a glass full of cold water.

Alyssa felt glad because she didn’t expect that her husband was serious. Now she knew that there was still good that left from his heart towards her. So she decided to show kindness to him as well.

She smiled at him, and then she stands from where she sat and walks towards her husband. Then she stretches her hand and grabbed the glass as she said, “Thank you,”

Leonard just nodded as well. Alyssa slowly sips the water as Leonard is staring at her. Leonard couldn’t believe that as he stared at his wife, he couldn’t resist looking at her as if he has enchanted by her. What amazed him the most was that every time she drinks it, the more she became even sexier?

Leonard swallowed up in no time. He rubbed his eyes to resist the temptation he felt for his wife. Alyssa noticed that her husband had rubbed his eyes so hard that she thought he got something in his eyes. She quickly put the glass on their small table and approaches him, and asked, “Are you okay? Was there something in your eyes?”

The body of Leonard got even hotter when his wife touched him. He hurried away from her and said, “I-I’m okay. You may sleep now.” He answered

“Oh, okay,” Alyssa responded.

Alyssa just went back to bed and lay down at the same time told her husband, “Good night,”

Then she closed her eyes and fell asleep. Leonard also replied to her only in his mind a goodnight and waited for his wife to sleep soundly.

About a few minutes, he approached her and sat next to her while staring for a long time. He asked himself, what is with this woman, that he also seemed obsessed with her. “No way, I am not obsessed with her! I am in love with my girlfriend! What I experienced today is just a call of a worldly desire. I am just a man, after all. He lay down on the bed to sleep. Then he turns his back on his wife that was sleeping.

He slowly closes his eyes when he felt her soft breast touch his back so suddenly his manhood came to life unexpectedly, and the more he was sweating profusely. He was annoyed with it. He felt that his wife did it on purpose. He turned in her direction to tell, but when he saw her sound asleep, all of a sudden, his annoyance subsided seeing the gentle face of his wife up close. He was fascinated to stare intently at her until he fell asleep next to her. When he unknowingly did that, they were both facing each other.

Ethan was lying on his bed as he thought of his older brother holding a glass of water. He could not sleep because of it. Ethan was worried about whether something might bad have happened to the wife of his brother. He wanted to go there bedroom to ask, but he was hesitant because his older brother might think of a different meaning, so he just let it go.

It was early in the morning when Alyssa woke up earlier with her position tilted. She rubbed her eyes first before standing up from lying down when her eyes widened because she did not think that they were both facing each other while to the point that their face almost touches each other. She quickly got up from the bed in no time.

Fortunately, her husband did not wake up when she suddenly stood up. She laughed to herself at what she had done. Then she immediately took a bath while her husband was still asleep.

She came out to the bathroom holding her hair as she gently wiped it with her towel. She went into their walk-in closet to get dressed. She was inside the closet when she approached the direction in which her clothes laid then she slowly chose clothes to wear. She spotted the white blouse and denim shorts, so this is what she decided to wear.

She quickly put it onto her delicate body, and when she was already wearing it, she came out to the closet.
