Chapter 61 Playful wolves

MAIA'S POV

As soon as we arrived at the porch, Lucius ordered the guards at the front to close their eyes and turn around.

"You shift first," he said.

I blushed at his sweetness and walked behind a tree. I quickly stripped off my clothes and shifted into my wolf form. Once I was done, I walked over to him and nudged his legs to let him know I was done.

He crouched a bit and held my snout in between his hands. I stared at him as he kissed my snout and patted my head.

"Your wolf looks as beautiful as you." He said, which made Avi howl with joy.

Avi wanted to jump on him right away if only I had not stopped her.

After Avi and Lucius played a bit, he started removing his clothes in front of us. I kept telling Avi to look away, but the stubborn, horny dog kept staring.

Finally, after arguing with her for a good couple of seconds, she looked away, and it was the exact moment that Lucius was about to remove his pants.

"You don't need to look away. My body is yours for you to look at, stare at, and enjoy. You can do whatever you want with my body." Lucius said as he chuckled.

Avi was about to lift her head again when I scolded her and she had no option but to follow.

'You are such a pain in the ass, Maia. He already said we can do whatever we want with his body and I WANT TO LICK HIM AND FUCK HIM ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT LONG!' Avi exclaimed.

'NO MEANS NO, AVI!' I yelled.

She cowered away and shut her mouth.

I loved Avi to death, but her horniness was going to be the end of both of us.

After a couple of seconds, I heard a cracking of bones and then I felt a nudge. I looked up and saw a huge black wolf in front of me.

His brown orbs mesmerized me. I did not realize I was staring at him for a couple of minutes already. He nudged me on my side and started jumping around. After a quick talk with Avi, I allowed her to have complete control. So that she can have some time with Lucius' wolf.

We ran through the woods and stopped at the nearby fall. I knew how much Avi loved playing in the water, so I allowed her to have a swim. Lucius found it fun as he jumped after us.

Our wolves played in the water for almost an hour until they got tired and cuddled under a shade.

After our fun afternoon, we went back to the cabin, where he prepared steaks with mashed potato for dinner.

Eventually, our week ended so fast and we were going back to the castle the next day.

"I am sure everyone will be happy to see you." Lucius said, breaking the silence between us as we watched the sunset.

"I have missed them, too." I replied, my voice barely above a whisper.

There was one question lingering in my mind, and I could not help but ask him. I had to know for sure.

"Lucius, can I ask you something?" I asked, turning my head to look at him.

"Of course. Anything." He replied.

I took a deep breath before looking down at my hands.

"Is Pamela still in the castle?" I asked.

He let out a sigh and lifted my chin.

"There is nothing you should worry about her. You are my mate and you are the one that should be alongside me and not her." He replied.

His reply did not really calm me down. In fact, it made me more worried.

I tried to shrug the odd feeling and focused on the sunset.

The night went by fast and before I knew it; we were on our way to the castle.

"Do you want me to ask Emily to accompany you to the pack house while I am at the office?" Lucius asked while walking.

"Yeah, I think it would be really nice to pay the pack house a visit. I miss all of them." I replied.

"Okay. Just ask the Omegas if you need any help and don't forget to bring guards with you. Don't leave the castle without bringing at least 5 of them." He said.

"Five? Isn't that a bit too much?" I asked.

"No. It is actually only a few. You should add more. Make it 10. Just to be safe." He replied.

It left me gaping at him. 10 guards? Are you kidding me?

Before I could even argue more about it, we had already arrived.

"Do you want me to walk you up to your room first or are you going straight to the pack house?" He asked.

"No, it's okay. I know you have a lot of work to do. I already know my way around. No need to worry about me." I replied, shaking my head.

"Okay. Let me know when you get back. I will be in my office." He said before heading straight to the elevator.

I was about to head to the kitchen when I heard my name being called.

"Queen Luna?" A voice asked.

I turned around, and she engulfed me in a hug.

"It is you! I missed you so much. We were so worried about you. You finally came back!" Emily exclaimed.

"I missed you too, Emily. Way more than you know." I replied, hugging her back.

"I thought you were never coming back." She said with a pout.

"You know I can never do that." I replied.

"I am sure that everyone will be happy when they see you, Queen Luna." She gushed.

"I am thinking of visiting the pack house, but I can't go empty-handed. So, let me go get changed first before we bake brownies." I said.

"Let me accompany you, Queen Luna. I kept your room clean so that it is ready for you when you come back." She replied.

"Thank you, Emily." I said with a smile on my face.

We headed straight to the elevator to go to my room. I would not lie. I definitely missed my room. As soon as we exited the elevator, an ugly scent hit my nose.
