Benita also open her eyes and turn to her surprise to see her there instead of Vienna.
“where is your sister? Did she send you here?” she asked. Vanessa stare at her with hatred written all over her face
“why do you want my sister? so you can use your stupid tricks on her? Sorry but you have failed, My sister is not here to listen to your bullshit but I am but not to listen to you talk but to give you some bullshit. Painfully, you tried to kill my Vienna and your stupid lover stabbed you instead” she paused then continued
“Even though Vienna is with Alan now, the idiot still didn’t choose you but her instead, it happens you just wasted all your efforts on him for all these years and now you will die and disappear with no one to miss you or even care about you at all. What a shame” she said scornfully and Benita’s face turn scorn ready to devour her with anger.
“you idiot! You think your sister has won now but I tell you that I will surely have my revenge and not let the both of you be happy for long” she threatened but Vanessa laugh at her words mockingly
“you still want to do something to us? After your life is ruined like this and you have nothing you still think you have any hope somewhere don’t you? You have really overestimated yourself Benita. My sister did you a favour by bringing you in to our family and helping your wasted life but you choose to back stab her and you still think you will survive this?” Vanessa yelled at her angrily
“help me? You think your sister helped me? Your sister is responsible for my condition. If your stupid mother was not pregnant with her then dad would have not leave my mother” she also yelled back but felt pain in her stomach and wriggle in pain.
“what nonsense are you talking about? What dad and what pregnancy?”
“your dad and mom, they both betrayed my mother and left her to cater for me alone after he chose to be with your mother instead of mine. That home you both have and all the happiness should have been mine and mom’s if I cant have it then you both wont have it either”
“I see you have finally lost it, you have gone crazy totally. You are even claiming to have a mother now” she said not believing her and the police entered again before Benita could respond
“the patient is still weak and cant talk too much so you will have to leave now” one of them said and Vanessa stood up reluctantly and just as she was about to get out, Benita called out to her.
“Vanessa, I hate you, I hate your sister” Vanessa smiled and turn back to her with a smiling face
“don’t worry we hate you too” she replied and finally walk out then went back to Vienna and she was just about to be discharged.
“she just fainted due to fright and also you should pay better care to her body and make sure she takes care of her health well” the doctor told them before they all leave together in Alan’s car while Sasha and grandfather already left them.
After dropping Vanessa at school, Alan decide to abort the plan of going back to the office or going to see grandfather and head home directly so Vienna can rest. They got to the house and Alan carried her out of the car straight to the room because she said her body aches and place her gently on the bed then he cover her and went back downstairs to get her something to eat and came back again.
“what’s that? I don’t want this I want to eat something like chocolate or snail pepper soup with some rice and red wine and if that is impossible immediately then I’ll prefer some burger or pizza and hot dog also maybe you should add some chips….” she said and continue to name different kind of food.
“you cant have that, the doctor said for you to eat balance diet and also you need to eat something to settle your stomach eating all this will only nauseate you” he said and bought the spoon nearer to her mouth
“I don’t want this and if you didn’t deceive me then this wont happen” she said and turned her face away. Alan place the spoon down and try to coax her to eat
“if you finish this now and wait till tomorrow then I will let you have anything you want including the garden you wanted” she has told him to let them make a small garden at the backyard but he refused.
“really? I get to have my own garden?” she asked and quickly took the plate and eat in an hurry and finish everything in the plate within a short period.
“you said your body aches and you cant move your hands but it seems that the news of having a garden is enough to make the pain leave” Alan said sarcastically then Vienna realized that she has sold herself out but still doesn't want to admit it so she held her stomach
“ah! I just felt a sharp pain in my tummy and it seems to…ah!” she said pretending to be in pain.
Although Alan knows that she was only pretending he still decide to play along with her and move closer to her then help her lay down properly after getting her some water.
“why don’t you get some sleep then” he said and pat her head
“I don’t think I will be able to sleep like that why don’t you use your hand to rub my stomach for me maybe then the pain will reduce” she said with a cute eyes and Alan couldn’t resist her so he start to rub her stomach and continue till she finally slept off then he cover her properly before leaving the room to his study to get some business done.
He contact Kellie first and ask her to send the remaining work he didn’t get to do to him through email then gave her some other instructions before hanging up the call. Shortly after he received the emails and get to work after he called his men at the police station to ask about Benita and Karen and instruct them to find out who helped Karen escaped the first time also for them to keep a close watch so it wouldn't happen the second time After talking and deciding that they will be taken to court in two days then he end the call.
