Chapter 23: Strip her off her clothes

” Andrea, I will be leaving for work now, ” Elena yelled from upstairs.

Andrea slowly came down ” Lena, let me make some breakfast it isn't nice to go to work with an empty stomach,”

” Don't worry about that, Ryan will get me breakfast, ” Elena chuckled sweetly as she picked up her bag from the sofa.

Andrea let out a loud sigh ” love birds ” she grinned.

" Okay bye, take care of yourself and my twins ” she said as she went through the door.

Andrea waved at the door and slumped down on the couch ” Your God Mom Lena just left us, Babies what would you like to eat? ” she rubbed her hands on her tummy and one of the babies kicked immediately.

She couldn't help but chuckle ” I know you must be very hungry, let's see what we have in the kitchen ” she said in a soft voice as she got up and walked to the kitchen counter.

" Ding, Ding ” she heard the sounds of the door bell.

" Did Lena forget something? But she has the keys and the door isn't even locked” she mumbled as she sluggishly went to the door.

She opened the door and it was a guy neatly dressed in white pants, blue polo shirt and blue peak cap, he was holding a package with a smile on his face.

” Good morning ma'am, here is your order ” he passed the package and the aroma of chicken wings stirred into her nose.

” But I didn't order this, or is it for Elena? ” she asked. She thought maybe Ryan was the one who sent it over.

The guy shook his head ” it says it's for Ms Andrea Graham, ” he smiled.

” For me? ” Andrea repeated as she furrowed her brows in confusion.

The guy nodded ” yes ma'am, I need to leave now, ” he gave it to her with a slight bow before walking off.

Andrea went back to the livingroom and unpack the bag, her eyes almost popped out from its socket. They were different varieties of food and even freshly cut fruits and a bottle of warm milk.

” Who did all of this? ” she beamed as she found a card inside the package.

” You better have your breakfast on time,” she read the note but still couldn't come up with a name responsible for this.

She pouted her lips `` I'm very hungry, it must be Elena who had sent this, ” with no further thoughts she began to devour the chicken wings. This was exactly what she had been craving for all night, it was so rich in taste that she inadvertently licked her lips. She poured herself a warm glass of milk and heaved a sigh of satisfaction.

GREEN HILL HOSPITAL

Elena arrived at the hospital, she went to the locker room and quickly changed into her uniform. Immediately she stepped out, she met Nurse Alexa with droopy eyes.

” What happened to you? Were you on the night shift? ”Elena demanded as her gaze remained on her face.

Nurse Alexa yawned and stretched her hands ” yes I'm so tired. It was really hard to please Mrs Myers last night ”

” What happened? and why don't you go home to get some rest? ” Elena asked.

She let out a bitter laugh ” unfortunately I can't thanks to Mrs Myers. Last night she went all crazy, lashing her frustration on her family and me. I promise you head nurse I really stayed up all night putting Mrs Myers son to sleep but she accused me that I was sleeping leaving her baby to cry. She called the director and told him I was being rude. I was about to go home this morning then the director told me that I'm staying back and this will be my punishment, he even told me to apologise to her and I will be on two shifts while Mrs Myers is discharged from the hospital ” she said with tears already brimming from her eyes.

Elena scrunched her face, she knew Alexa was telling the truth after all she's aware of what Lisa is capable of doing ” don't worry, I will be right back,”

Elena sauntered away in anger as she went towards the VIP ward. She approached the door that was left slightly open and she suddenly heard Philip's voice, he was yelling at Lisa.

She placed her ear close to the door and listened to their conversations.

” Philip how could you lie to me, you told me you will be back the previous day and you are only coming now. I am your wife and you owe me an explanation ” she yelled furiously.

" What foolish explanation, you are nothing and you will always be nothing to me. You can't force me to love you Lisa. I will only love one person forever,” he also raised his voice at her.

” Philip, please don't go, don't leave. I love you, ” she quickly held onto his hand.

” Lisa! Let go of me right now ” he said in a very icy tone as his veins began to throb.

Lisa shook her head vigorously ” no,no,no please don't go, for the sake of your son,” she pleaded in between her tears.

Elena was dumbfounded, she quickly shook her thoughts away she wondered why they were acting like illiterates. The noise they were making wasn't suitable for an infant. She barged into the room and Lisa quickly wiped her tears away as she lowered her gaze while Philip's expression softened instantly.

Elena snorted inwardly ” They were really good at acting. They should be given the Oscars award ” she thought inwardly.

” Elena it's been awhile ” Philip smiled faintly and she only shot him glare before turning back to Lisa.

Elena smiled coldly ” I just came to check on the patient, I see she's very strong and healthy to the extent that her shrill voice could be heard from the hallway, ”

She glanced at the innocent baby, having a peaceful nap too bad he ended up with despicable parents.

Elena walked over to the door and suddenly turned around ” oh, as long as you are here in this hospital make sure you behave properly cause next time I would let my actions speak for me, ” she smirked devilishly and spun on her heels.

She walked back to the office and on her way she met Alexa ” here is your breakfast, ” she smiled.

” oh where is he? ” Elena looked around.

" Who? You mean your boyfriend? He didn't come, he sent a delivery guy to give it to you, ” Alexa said nonchalantly.

Elena looked a bit disappointed as she thought about Ryan. Alexa nudged her lightly ” So what did you say to Mrs Myers? She asked curiously.

” Can you stop talking about her? I'm not a fan and I can't even stand her name,” Elena sneered.

” I'm sorry head nurse,” Alexa stuck out her tongue.

BLUE BELLE VUE

Sean sat in his sturdy staring at different files on his desk with a deep line on his forehead.

” Bring Daisy to me now,” he said to one of his guards.

The guard nodded and bowed slightly before leaving the sturdy, minutes later the door burst open and Daisy was brought to his presence. She had been beaten up really badly, her hair was all messed up, she was in so much pain that she couldn't even react. He dropped her on the ground roughly.

Sean's eyes turned really dark, he pushed his chair backwards, he abruptly got up and walked over to her.

” I see you are proving to be stubborn and loyal right? I will say this for the very last time, why did you frame Andrea? ” he said through gritted teeth as he gripped her firmly.

Daisy shut her eyes in pain making whimpering sounds, she parted her lips with great difficulty ” Her dad, Mr Lachlan Graham ” she managed to mutter and Sean pushed her away.

Sean walked to the window, placing his hands on the frame. He remained silent for a long while before saying ” Strip her off her clothes and throw her out of my house ” he said in a cold tone. Like he had said earlier he wouldn't let anyone who hurt Andrea off.

Daisy was too weak to fight or speak for herself as they dragged her out of the study room.

” Be prepared Lachlan Graham, you are next. I will come for every one of you," he muttered.

He was lucky enough to know that Daisy was the culprit thanks to her friend.
