“ Do you know Alfred have a child?”
Grandma Couldn’t still believe what she heard from Alfred’s house, she called the eldest Uncle who was her second Son after Alfred Father. Grandma was so Angry and she decided to ask him if he knew anything about it. He was so scared when she called him on the phone to come meet him, He knew he was in for it if it’s Anything related to Alfred.
“ Answer my question” Grandma said and he looked at her, his hands were shaking and so he hid them under the table as he sat on the floor. “ Mum I…I…” He Stammered. He wasn’t sure of anything to say to her because whatever he say, he knew it won’t end well. “ you what? Answer me. Do you know Alfred have a child?” She repeated the question. “ Y..ye..yes Ma’am” He said and Grandma Chuckled. “ Wow! Just wow. When did you three start hiding things from me?” She asked him furiously.
“ I’m So sorry Mum, it’s not like we won’t tell you. We just wanted to take care of things first and be sure about it before coming to you” He said in fears. “ Oh really? Then Why didn’t you tell me all this while? You wanted to approve the child in my absence?” She asked him. “ No , not at all. I won’t dare, none of us would dare” He Said Nodding his head. “ Then what?” She asked him again. “ We want to take care of the lady he said he wants to marry First, Mum I know you would never approve of that lady and that was why we haven’t tell you anything about her. Please don’t be mad at us, we….” She cut him off.
“ Get out of my house” She fused pointing at the door. “ Please mother, forgive us” He pleaded, rubbing his shivering hands together. “ Get out and make sure you tell your brothers not to ever come here again” She tried to stand up but he stopped her. “ Please don’t do this to us Mother, We are your kids. I’ll do..No we’ll do anything you want us to do pertaining to this, please Don’t be mad at us” He pleaded. “ You will do anything , Right?” She asked him just to be sure and he nodded his head.
She sat down and properly and put her elbows on the small table in front of them. She brought out a paper from the mini drawer on it and dropped it on the Table.
“ Take this to that girl” She said and he looked at the paper closely. “ Mum, this is a cheque and…” He looked at her and the paper again. “ It’s 10k Dollars, take it to her and make sure she stay away from Alfred, Including that child” Grandma said but he looked so confused. “ Mum, don’t you think the money is too much?” He asked looking at the Cheque again. “ Go now” She commanded. “ But.. But I don’t know where to find her” He raised up his head and found Grandma was getting Annoyed. “ I’ll Do as you say, be rest assured that I won’t let you down” He stood up from the floor and Hurried out of the house.
“ 10k Dollars, what does Mum think she’s Doing? This Money is too much” He sighed deeply and brought out his phone from the pocket. “ Meet me by 8pm, at the park” He Disconnected the call and Entered the Car. “ This is all Mandy’s fault, I don’t Like Vanessa too but Mandy shouldn’t have allowed Mum Knows about this for now. Oh My Goodness” He Patted his forehead and rested his head on the seat as the driver drove the car.

It was 8:30pm, He was sitting on a chair in a park waiting for the person he called earlier to come Meet him. He have no idea Where Vanessa lived and so, he had to ask someone that knows where she is. He picked up his phone from the Table and was about dialing the Number again when he came.
“ What took you long to come here?” He asked furiously. “ I’m so sorry Sir, I had to take an excuse before leaving the House” the Assistant said bowing his head. “ Where’s Alfred?” He asked him “ He’s in his room, he doesn’t want to see anyone that’s why it was so easy for me to leave the house. You said there’s something important you want to ask me, Sir” He said and Uncle Chuckled softly. “ Have a sit” He Pointed to the chair facing him and the Assistant sat down. “ You know where Vanessa and her child lives right?” He asked him and the Assistant looked up.
“ Yes Sir” He answered. “ Good, I knew you will know. Now give me the Address” He said bringing out a pen and a paper. The Assistant took the pen and paper from him, he put the pen on the paper to write but paused. “ Why did you Paused?” He asked him. “ What are you going to do with them?” The Assistant asked and he raised a brow. “ Are you kidding me? You dare ask me such Question!” He Fumed at him. “ I’m so sorry Sir, I’m just curious and nothing more” He wrote the Address on the paper and passed it to him.
“ And make sure you don’t breath this to a soul” He warned. “ I won’t tell anyone” He promised and Uncle brought out an envelope and passed it to him. “ I’ll call you again” He stood up from the chair and left he park leaving the Assistant alone. “ Let’s see what’s in here” He Opened the envelope and exclaimed. “ Wow! So huge” He counted the money and quickly put them in his pocket. “ I’ll never tell anyone about this.” He stood up from the chair and left the park.
