Alaric stared hard at her questioning eyes. His shoulders stiffened a little. He twitched his lips sarcastically before speaking with unsurity,

" What are you talking about Viona?"

Viona crossed her arms over her chest.Her eyes stayed hard on Alaric who pretended to be innocent on the surface. Viona spoke an obvious hint of suspension from her voice,

" I asked that who are you? I saw you moving fast Alaric. Don't pretend! I hate being decevied."

Alaric sighed running his fingers through his sweat beaded from his thick locks. His eyes dimmed before stating few words with utmost sincerity,

" I am your friend! That's the relationship we have now."

Viona studied his expression for another silent moment. Her wolfish eyes looked through his each tiny expression which showed nothing but sincerity. Viona had her doubts. Since he wasn't willing to reveal his identity, she didn't insist further on. As long as he meant no harm to her, she was okay with him.

Her mood was slightly off after the discussion. She exhaled a deep breath before speaking softly,

" I won't persuade you any longer. As long as you are being friendly with me, I have no objections. But please no game! "

Alaric's face softened a little. He smiled gleefully and assured,

" Trust me! But I guess, our play ends for today."

Viona pressed her lips together and responded walking past of him,

" Yeah! We can play another day. I am off for today."

She picked up her bag from the floor before starting to make her way for the outdoor area.Alaric stared blankly at her retreating back and murmured lowly,

" I just don't want to hurt you, Viona! "

Viona switched on the pipe line. Warm water poured down on her naked chest. Her wolf poured in contentment and whinned peacefully under the water.

A soft hand snaked around her waist from back. This little intuition didn't scare her. Instead a soft sigh escaped through her parted lips. Goosebumps creepted through her soaked skin when his warm lips contacted her neckline. She was being quite used with Damien's touch.

" Is something bothering you, Luna?", Damien spoke in her ears and nudged his crooked nose on her face.

A part of her wanted to inform him about the mysterious guy that she had made friend with. Taking in consideration that he had been going through hard times because of her, she didn't want to give him another pressure.

I am an Alpha and future Luna Queen! I am strong enough to fight against a lowly creature!

Her wolf sent her positive vibes that comforted her anxious mind. Whipping her head behind, she smiled before placing her hand on his muscles,

" I am fine! Why are you asking?"

Damien returned her a sweet smile before running his hand on her bare back sensually,

" Your mood seemed off a bit today."

Viona sighed before leaning against his shoulders and reasoned casually,

" Nothing serious! Just a tiresome days with lots of lessons."

Damien didn't find any flaw in her explaination. He just wanted to play the role of a good husband. Thus he pressed her against the wall and whispered seductively,

" Then let me cheer you up! "

He spoke before trailing wet kisses through her collarbone. Viona giggled and moaned softly at the same times when his fingers found her moulds.

Even the water couldn't able to reduce the heat that they both felt. Damien's hands became rough and hasty as they started to wander around her body. Before he could reach for her lower bottom, a knock from the door interrupted their activities.

Viona's face flustered before pushing him away gently. Peering at the bathroom instinctively, she murmured with a shy smile,

" Someone is looking for you probably. Go! "

Damien grunted arrogantly before going outside to reach the door. Viona stayed inside the bathroom and head outside after making herself presentable.

Damien pulled open the door after getting readied quickly. Celeb was there waiting for him in an unsettled expression.

Though his mood was slightly bad after being interrupted in their intimate moment, Damien spoke politely,

" Come in, Celeb! Why so sudden?"

Celeb bowed at both of them respectively. Glancing between their slightly narrowed eyes, he spoke after intaking a deep breath,

" I have been trying to inform you for the past few days Alpha but you were busy. Now I have the final words, I can report to you freely. Your parents's house which was under government has accepted our approval. You can visit the house whenever you want."

Viona switched her eyes at Damien who was dwelling in his thoughts. His expression seemed unreadable but Viona's sick sense could realize that her mate was in deep sorrow.

She was still unaware about his parents murder incident clearly!

Damien pursued his lips after a while,

" That's mean, I can finally know the identity of that murderer."

Celeb sighed softly before mumbling lowly,

" Probably Alpha! "

Royal wolves had the preveilege of visualizing the past incidents. A contact with the place can give them visions of what happened earlier right at that place. After growing up, Damien had been trying to enter into their old house but it never happened. The murder incident had stirred an uproar in the city. Since then the police had sealed that house and didn't let anyone enter in.

Damien spoke again setting his eyes on Celeb,

" I am going to pay visit tonight, Celeb. Make the arrangements."

Viona interrupted making her voice firm,

" I am coming with you."

Damien refused shaking his head consideringly,

" No, love. That place is quite messy. I don't want you to haunt in nightmares again. You are already messed up enough in your dreams."

Viona insisted tugging on his arms gently,

" But I can't see you enduring everything alone, Damien. Please! Let me accompany you."

She spoke and continued clinging onto his arms. Damien let out a frustrated growl before snapping his eyes at Viona,

" Fine! Only this time! "
