Chapter 13: Chapter 13
* THEME SONG: Fetish By Selena Gomez, Gucci Mane *
Viona held her breathing in her spot too shocked to register what just happened. She had slapped Alpha Dixon for once but unfortunately her whole pack had to pay for that mistake unknowingly. But Damien had completely broken off his bones without even prior notice.
Her thoughts were interrupted when a cold voice quired her looking down at her unhappily,
" Do you need to change anything? "
Viona jolted coming back to her sense and noticed that Damien was holding a part of her gown in her fist. His voice resounded displeased as if he was deeply offended by the act of Alpha Dixon who touched her forcibly. Viona shook her head denying and saw Alpha Dixon howling over the gown.
Damien shifted his attention over the man on ground and warned with a kinky smile,
" This would be the last time that we are meeting, Alpha Dixon. If I see you around my mate, next time we will be meeting in your grave."
Alpha Dixon could only glare up at him furiously. Comparing to their strength or powers, he knew that it would be a deadly game only if he provoked Damien. Thus he forced himself to clam down and watched the couple departing away silently.
Damien was a man of few words. He might be looking bossy but his aura was surprisingly peaceful to Viona. Viona couldn't help but looking up at him closely. Until now, except her brothers no one had ever protected her. She couldn't deny the truth that it absolutely felt lovely to get protected by someone.
When Viona's mind dwelled in admiration, she failed to notice his lupsided smile at the corner of his lips. Damien commented ledding her towards the pack villa,
" You look beautiful! "
Viona was a bit surprised at his unexpected question. She didn't say anything in return and lowered her gaze down towards the ground. Damien turned his face sideway, a little dissapointed at the fact that she chose to ignore him again. With a light chuckling, he added,
" It wasn't in our condition that I can't even compliment on my wife's look."
Viona was equally ashamed of her own behavior. She wisely dodged the topic and gave him a playful reply,
" Still not wife! "
Damien who had already lifted up his head towards the hiding moon over them answered straightforwardly,
" One Hour and fifteen minutes left! "
Viona was speechless. Indeed it was only one hour and fifteen minutes left to clear up the clouds. After that the moon goddess will appear out and shower her blessing on the holy wedding of them.
Dixon watched fiercely at the sight of their back dissaparing out behind the door of Blue Moon Pack Villa. After few moments of rambling over his pain, he had to flee away in order to apply some cool ice on his joints.
Viona was welcomed with Brian's anxious voice as soon as she stepped on the hallway. It seemed like he had come to pick her up as soon as she headed away from the villa. Brian sighed in relief as soon as he spotted his beloved sister in her wedding gown.
He immediately stopped inquiring the maids and ran over to her. Eyeing her outfit from head to toe, he chimed still anxious and forgot to notice the other man behind,
" Vi, you scared the hell out of my wits. Where did you go? I told you to wait for me inside the villa. I.. was..."
He paused abruptly when he finally took a notice of the man hiding behind Viona's shadow. His lips twitched sarcastically and said,
" Looks like the groom has personally come to fetch his bride."
Viona tried to less the embarrassement muttering incoherently,
" No..he just came.."
" I came to handover a staff.", Damien interrupted lightly. Stepping few steps ahead, he pulled out a red box from his pocket and handed it over to Brian saying,
" This is a hairpin owned by my mother. I hope that Viona can wear it during our wedding. My mother wished to see wearing this on her daughter-in-law."
Viona glanced up at him surprisingly. She didn't know much about his family members. Comparing to his calm face, she could only assume that his mother wasn't alive. Brian accepted the box with an emotional smile and assured,
" Our Vi would definitely wear it, Alpha Damien. You both need blessing in this wedding."
Afterwards he called a maid and asked her to put it on Viona's hairs carefully. No one talked about the incident regarding Alpha Dixon. Since Damien had handled it skillfully, Viona didn't want to bother her brother anymore.

|| WEDDING VENUE ||
The entire space was decorated with white roses tonight. The wedding was taking place at the owned mountain of Blue Moon Pack which was located distant away from their living villa. Steven was the one who arranged everything. Since their father wasn't satisfied with their sister, those two Rogers brothers had taken care of everything. Even in the entire world, Viona could only rely on them blindly.
The guests had all arrived at the venue earlier. They all had their excitement of witnessing the first Royal Wedding in their tribe. After Damien's father who died a decade ago, Damien was the first Royal Member to get married in this time.
The whisper of guests continued with full force untill they noticed the trio coming on their way. Their attention quickly shifted on the way where Viona was coming over holding Brian's arms. Much to their surprise, Damien was trailing them off closely with a sullen face.
Did the groom personally go to pick them up?
Some of them found it quite eye-sore that they started spreading rumors telling that Viona had bewitched him with her beauty. Damien had no time to pay attention on their gossips. He walked ahead hurriedly and climbed up on the stage of their wedding to complete the formalities.
Viona picked up her eyes nervously to look at the man standing over the stage nervously. She couldn't deny the initial truth that he looked like a prince charming of girl's dream. Though his black attire was unleashing an aura which could only belong to devil, his facial appearance was fair enough to take away a girl's sweet sleeping.
Viona exhaled a breath of exasperating deeply. Her grip on Brian's arms tightened subconsciously. Brian could see through hesitation on Viona's face. He tapped on her palms tightly and whispered,
" It's okay, Vi. You aren't alone. I and Steven will be there for you always. Do you want Dad leading you towards the assele? "
Viona immediately shook her head of denial and gave her a faint smile. Taking a glimpse of her father who seemed utterly mad because of the failure of his plan, she spoke with a heavy sigh,
" No, Brian. A father who can't even tolerate his daughter's happiness doesn't deserve this honor. I would be far more happy if you walk in with me."
Brian nodded compherensively and led Viona towards the stage where Damien was standing for her respectively. As they both reached closer, Damien offered his hand politely to take her up over the stage.
Nervousness leaped from her heart quickly as she placed her palms on him. Lucky, the emotional smiling face of her two brothers gave her encouragement to continue the procedure. Upon standing in front of her, she didn't meet his heated eyes. Instead she hung her head down and listened the priest's chanting vaguely.
The clouds from moon had nearly cleaned away. The illuminating moonlight of Moon Goddess fell over the venue and showered over them tremendously. The procedures went smoothly as the whole venue had only one voice echoed which was the priest's chanting.
Moments later, the priest commanded,
" You can now exchange the ring."
Two maids from both sides quickly appeared with the discerned rings. Damien was the one who reached out to pick up the ring first. His slender fingers gently tugged out the ring from its hook and was about to slide in Viona's finger under everyone's anticipating eyes.
At that time, someone's enraged voice echoed from the back of venue breaking off the peaceful environment of night,
" NO!! STOP !! "
Damien was a little taken back slightly. His hands quivered in astonishment lightly and the diamond ring slipped out from his hand. In that weeping silence, only the light sound of ring rolling over the ground felt strong. His dark liquid eyes darted on the way of sounding dangerously.
