Chapter 58: Chapter 58

**Three days later**

The students stood in expectance of the students that were arriving or rather coming back.

They all chatted happily and noisily. Then four buses drove into the garage and students soon hopped out. Anticipating students soon hurry towards the parking lounge and cheered happily for them.

The students that had just arrived blushed as they dragged their bags towards the other students.

They ran towards one another and engulfed in a hug. It was really an heartwarming sight.

Jayson came down from the car carrying his bags and that of Elsa's. They looked around and saw Jasper walking towards them.

“Man.” They shook hands.

Ellie and Jake with the other J-Stars stood waiting for the rest of them. Jayson, Elsa and Jasper all walked out of the garage.

“See. Over there.” Elsa pointed towards a shade as soon as she sighted her sister.

They turned their heels and walked towards them.

“Hey, man.” Jace greeted.

“Hi.” Jasper replied as he placed his bag on the chair close to him.

“Hi.” Elsa said and walked towards her sister. Ellie smiled and hugged her.

“How was it? Was it fun? Tell me.. Tell me.” Ellie rambled on excitedly. Elsa smiled and sat down. Ellie took a seat.

“It was.” She simply said.

“Where is your bag?” Ellie asked as she looked at her sister's hands.

“Oh.. It is with..”

“Jayson, thought you took only a bag to the camp?” Jeremy asked as he stared at brown leather bag Jayson was carrying.

“Oh, it is actually mine.” Elsa chipped in and went to collect her bags. Jace, Jeremy and Jake stared at Elsa like she was just reborn. Not too talk of Ellie who just sat there with furrowed eyebrows. She was not getting anything that was happening.

“Babe.” Elsa said and tapped Ellie who was already thinking.

“Let's go to the dorm. Quite tired.” She urged her and they stood up and left after they had bade the guys goodbye.

“Man, what happened?” Jace asked.

“Because this was not how you left.” Jeremy added in disbelief.

“Things happen, man.” Jayson said and winked at them. He sat down and sighed with a smile.

“What do you mean by that? Tell me more about it.” Jake asked.

“The only way we became friends was because we were paired together and the tasks and games that were given unto us, we had to do it in unity so she had not choice than to give in. And I took that chance and asked her to be my friend and guess what, she agreed.” He explained briefly.

“But you know..”

“Hey, I am not someone of many words so let leave it like that.” He said and drank water.

“Any relationship building up?” Jeremy asked making Jayson spill the water in the mouth out.

“What did you say?” He asked as he looked at Jeremy.

“I said any relationship?” He asked again.

“Nope.” Jayson said and shook his head.

“I am quite tired. I will leave for the dorm.” Jasper said with his eyes on his phone as he walked out of the shade. Jayson narrowed his eyes on the phone he was pressing.

His eyes has been on the phone since they left the camp. He stood up and in a flash he had Jasper's phone in his hands. Jasper looked up in shock and surprise.

“Who are you chatting with that got your attention this much?” He asked as he went through his phone. Jasper tried snatching his phone from him but then Jayson was not giving him the chance.

“Jayson, give me my phone.” Jasper yelled out of frustration and you see anxiety in his features.

Jayson scrolled up and clicked on the image. His eyes went wide open with the image of the person he saw. He looked up at him with questioning eyes.

Jace, Jeremy and Jake stood up and walked towards them.

“What is my sister's picture doing on your phone?” He growled angrily. This got the attention of the rest.

“Jayson, calm down.” Jasper begged him. Before you know it, Jayson's fist already connected with that of Jasper cheek bones.

“How dare you?” He shouted angrily.

Jake hurriedly collected the phone from Jayson and went through the chat.

“You…” Jake was short of words. Like this was unexpected.

“How could you?” He asked and at this time, Jayson was already throwing punches at Jasper. Jasper did not try to defend himself because he knew that he deserved it.

“Jayson.” Jake ran towards them on the floor and dragged Jayson away from him.

“It’s enough.” Jake said as he tried to calm him down. Jayson was breathing heavily like someone who had just ran a marathon race.

Jasper was already bleeding from his nose and already had a burst lips. Jace and Jeremy helped Jasper up and he looked at Jayson.

“I'm sorry.” He said and coughed out a bit.

“Hey, let's get you to the school hospital first.” Jace said and they took him away.

Jayson picked his phone and dialed his sister’s number.

“So how was the camp?” Ellie asked Julia as she sat down on her bed. She had come over to their as soon as she dropped her own stuffs.

“It was fun but I hardly saw Elsa so we could not hang out that much.” Julia explained.

“Oh..”

Julia's phone started vibrating in her pocket. She dipped her hands into it and brought her phone out. She saw the caller ID.

‘Jayson.’ She thought.

She picked it and his voice came in almost immediately.

“Come and meet me on the field right now.” He ordered. She gulped lightly at tone he used.

She forced a smile to Ellie and Elsa who was just coming out of the bathroom.

“I have to go now. See you later.” She quickly packed her things.

“But we could go together.” Ellie suggested.

Julia smiled a little and said, “Don’t worry, I think this is quite urgent. Bye.” She said curtly. She literally ran out of the room and dorm.

She walked as fast as she could and saw Jayson and Jake seated under a shade. She doesn’t know the reason but she was already trembling from within.

“Brother.” She called and her gaze went to his hands. She sucked in some breath and gasped. She looked at Jake but Jake gave no answer but looked away.
