Chapter 397: Chapter 397
Chapter 397 Fay's Leave
"Are you ordering me around?" Leon told David, who gave him a look of surprise
Leon knew that he couldn't just simply leave Rachel behind. As beautiful as she was, she didn't quite have the experience yet and that worried him.
Especially for the fact that Fay's agent is by no means a good person.
"So what? It's not like you're an important person or anything." David frowned as he looked at Leon with a cold look on his face.
Without saying a word, Leon suddenly punched David in the face.
Rachel couldn't do anything but look at Leon in surprise because she didn't know what to do at all.
Tina, on the other hand, complained to Leon and frowned. "Leon, calm down, will you?!"
Leon simply didn't care about what Tina had to say. Even if he was the president of Flying Group, that didn't mean that he should let other people order him around.
David immediately touched the part of his face that Leon punched and sneered at him. "As long as Fay's under my supervision, she won't sign the contract until I say so, freak!"
"Are you sure?" Leon gave David a cold smile.
"Of course, I'm sure." David replied as he spat on Leon.
Leon punched David once again and that made David lose his grip on reality as he tried to throw a punch at Leon.
However, Leon wasn't simply an ordinary person.
Leon grabbed David's hand as soon as he tried on land a punch on him and easily pushed David away.
Fay soon realized that Leon was a big deal. There was no way that a person like Leon would pick a fight with her agent out of the blue. She didn't know who Leon was though and that made her curious.
However, Tina began to worry about her sister's job, so she tried to stop David and Leon before their fight escalated into something even bloodier.
"Leon, are you screwing up my sister's hard work? Don't you have any consideration for her at all? She waited for Fay to come and when she did come, you just suddenly throw a punch at her agent right before they're going to sign a contract. What the hell if wrong with you?" Tina scolded Leon.
Leon knew about what he had done, so he didn't need someone to blatantly state the obvious. He simply glared at Tina and sneered at her. "Shut up!"
Tina simply rolled her eyes, "Rachel, look at him. Isn't he just full of surprises? No wonder you like him." She said as she mocked her own sister.
Just when the Rachel and Tina thought the cooperation would fail, they Fay calmly took a deep breath. "I'm truly sorry if David had said unnecessary things to all of you. I'm willing to sign the contract even without your help, David.
Tina and Rachel couldn't do anything and was staring at Fay the whole time.
"David, apologize to this gentleman at once!" Fay told David.
David was reluctant. However, he looked at Fay's expression and sighed. "Fay, this is for your own good, you know. You may be extremely popular right now, but can't you take me seriously as an agent?"
Faye simply glared at David and soon after, he gave in.
"I'm sorry about that, it was an impulse. I won't do it again." David said as he frowned at Leon.
David's apology was insincere, and Leon knew that. However, he didn't say anything more.
Leon Williams looked cold and knew that David didn't mean to apologize.
After a while, the contract was signed.
Rachel felt none other than love for Leon because he helped her along the way and that made her happy.
Meanwhile, Fay breathed a sigh of relief.
Although she still had a lingering fear of Flying Group's president finding out about what happened, she knew that she wouldn't be able to do anything about it. Which is why she just shrugged off the thought and turned to Rachel.
"Miss Rachel, you can take the contract back to the company to hand in the job. Then after a while, the follow-up cooperation will be carried out in accordance with the contract." Fay politely said.
"Alright, Miss Fay." Rachel nodded.
"Fay, I was wondering if I could have your autograph?" Tina told Fay. She felt shy, but she just couldn't let the opportunity go to waste.
"Sure!" Fay smiled.
Tina didn't only want an autograph, but she also wanted to take a picture with Fay, so she immediately picked up her phone on the table. "Let's take a picture together too. Don't you think it would be a great idea?"
At this moment, a trace of impatience flashed quickly in Fay's expression, but it was immediately replaced by humility. She didn't want to take a picture with her fans at all, but she simply compromised when she remembered the influence of Flying Group's president.
"Alright, no problem!" Fay said as she faked a smile.
As soon as Fay and David left, Tina was excited to post the photos that she had with Fay.
Leon simply shook his head at Tina's naiveté.
As a matter of fact, Fay wasn't the only one who was famous in Texas.
After all, Janet was far more influential than Fay and Leon know it.
Not to mention, Janet once said that she was always willing to help Leon in time of need.
