Chapter 395: Chapter 395

Chapter 395 Fay's Arrival

Tina was frightened by Leon's gaze at this point because she felt that she hit a nerve.

However, she mustered up the courage to mock him even more. "I just think it's a pity that we drank a $38,000 wine without her."

"Wouldn't it be more of a pity to let Fay drink it?" Leon immediately asked.

"Like I told you, she's a big star that deserves the best." Tina told him.

"Well, since you don't think you deserve it, you might as well stop drinking it. I'll drink the wine with Rachel."

"What? There's no way both of you will finish the whole bottle"

Leon simply rolled his eyes. "None of what you're saying makes sense." He said coldly.

"Look Leon, I just think you're taking things a bit too far. The wine you ordered was even more expensive than our meal so it would make sense if we just saved it for ourselves, you know?" Tina argued.

"I know what you mean. But just because there's a superstar coming doesn't mean you don't have the right to enjoy free, savory wine. And by free, I mean It's all on me." Leon sighed.

"Alright, I'll just ignore the fact that the money you probably saved for about a year was just going to be spent on a $38,000 wine and enjoy the free taste." Tina scoffed.

Leon didn't want Tina to ruin the mood anymore, so he just simply took a sip of the wine he ordered while looking at Rachel.

Tina turned to look at Rachel as well and sighed. "Rachel, you only have half an hour left. I told you that Fay wouldn't show up, so let's please give up and go home."

"As long as her arrival is less than four o'clock, there's still hope." Rachel said.

"That's too bad. I just wanted to take a picture with her."

At this moment, Leon put down his glass and immediately dialed Hugo's number in a cold tone.

"Hugo, she's too slow! If Fay doesn't arrive in five minutes, she'll bear the consequences!" Leon said as he issued an ultimatum and hung up the phone.

"Rachel, look, he's still pretending. I told you that Fay won't be able to come today. A star like her won't degrade herself and come to an appointment that won't give her any benefit." Tina said with a smile as if she was proud of what she said.

Leon didn't pay attention to Tina and simply sipped the wine once again.

After three minutes have passed, Fay suddenly stumbled into Delicious Western Restaurant, and headed straight for Rachel.

At this time, Tina had just tasted a mouthful of wine and began to savor it until she saw Fay rushing in the restaurant.

Tina became so frightened that she almost choked and the wine in her mouth almost spilled out.

"Fay... It's Fay!" One of the customers shouted.

An incredible scene appeared right before Rachel's eyes and was absolutely shocked. After a few seconds, she was about to burst into tears, but she held it in as soon as she took a glance at Leon, who looked at her with his eyes full of gratitude and love.

Leon was as calm as he could be while sipping on his wine elegantly. As long as he saw Rachel happy, he was happy as well.

"Excuse me, which one of you is Miss Rachel?" Fay asked as she started panting.

Fay didn't know that Leon was the boss of Flying Group because she concluded that a well-known man wouldn't hang around a public place like a restaurant.

That was, however, where she thought wrong.

"I'm Rachel." Rachel said as she introduced herself to Fay with an excited look on her face. After all, she couldn't believe that she had finally met her in real life.

"Hello, Miss Rachel. I was in a bit of a hurry just now, so I was late. I'm truly sorry about that." Fay said as she gave Rachel a genuine smile.

As soon as Fay met Rachel, she found the answers that she was looking for. Rachel was looked beautiful and absolutely outstanding. She was simply a beauty that should have been admired if she ever thought about getting in the entertainment industry.

"You're welcome, Miss Fay. Please, have a seat." Rachel responded with a smile as well.

"No wonder You're so popular, Fay! You're not only beautiful, but you're also very approachable and kind." Tina said as she complimented Faye and gave her a genuine smile.

"I'm only polite because the president of the Flying Group forced me to do this" Faye thought while she hid her true feelings with a smile.

"You flatter me too much. My love for my fans is unconditional and I treat them as fairly as I can." Faye replied.

Tina happily giggled. "Can I have your autograph soon, Faye?"

"Sure, no problem. But first, I'll have to sign a cooperation agreement with Miss Rachel first."

Fay could see that Tina and Rachel looked so much alike and she had only guessed that they were related by blood. She didn't want to pry any further, so she didn't ask them at all.

Besides, the main reason why Fay went here was to sign the contract and get the resource preferences of the Flying Group. No more, no less.

"Just a moment, please. I'll call my agent over and let him have a look at the contract then sign it as soon as possible. I'm just going to give him a quick call and tell him to come immediately." Fay said as she stood up.

"Alright, Miss Fay. We don't mind waiting." Rachel said in a comforting voice.

Fay simply nodded and went outside. She wasn't comfortable in calling her agent on the spot so she had to keep things confidential.

However, when Fay left, Leon suddenly thought about the bet he and Tina made and smirked. "I wonder if someone would be willing to call me her dad?"
