Chapter 339: Chapter 339

Chapter 339 Free From The Witch

Leon Williams's statement was true.

James fully knew that the villa was in no way a treasure land. It looked majestic and it was beautifully designed but there was more to it. It's also true that it was unsafe because it was placed on a hill. But what could they do? They needed to maximize every land there is.

James also remembered that it was not just about the land that made it hard to sell but the horrible incident that had happened in the past. It was as if in the eyes of the many people living in The Scenery what they were seeing was a horror house instead of a mansion.

Leon Williams turned to look at Julia Young and said quietly, "I don't care if you buy a horrible house and I don't care that you were being made a fool. I just wanted to make sure that Betty Brown's money will go to a worthy property."

No matter what had happened in the past Leon Williams still treated Betty Brown like a dear friend. And he could not stand to watch her waste 30 million dollars on a horror-like house.

At that moment, Julia Young was a little shaken.

After all, 30 million dollars was a lot of money.

Betty Brown told some advice to Julia Young, "Leon will not talk nonsense. You do know that Leon Williams had no reason to lie to you because deceiving you will not do him any good."

Now, James became even more flustered. He couldn't let the deal go down like that.

"Betty's opinion was not necessary. What if this man is a competitor? Before you came to my real estate, did you go to other real estates?"

James didn't know that Julia Young had been to Prosperous Age before she came there. But he knew that he could use that information to turn the situation to his advantage.

Julia Young, who was always arrogant and had never suffered from any losses, now seemed to be out of her thinking capacity.

"I've been to Prosperous Age but what does it have to do with anything? " Julia Young asked in a confused tone.

As James heard that, his eyes suddenly brightened. His expression became more serious.

At first, he was just testing the waters, but now that he had confirmed that they had indeed been to Prosperous Age he could make her believe that Leon Williams was a competitor and he plotted to stir up a situation to get in Julia Young's head.

"Julia! I think this man work for my competitor. He may have come here to, mess up my business and pry away my customers. I had a feeling that he was pretending because he knew a lot of things about real estate," James concluded

James thought that his plans were not yet over so continued to persuade Julia Young and he said, "Julia, I don't think you should listen to Leon Williams. Remember my offer and the amount of money you can get in the future when you finally buy this villa."

Julia Young had always been dissatisfied with Leon Williams and now she was well convinced by what James said. Ever since she had doubts about the purpose of Leon Williams's sudden appearance.

"Are you trying to fool me, Leon? Do you work as a Prosperous Age real estate agent?" Julia Young glared at Leon Williams with her sharp round eyes and she said ferociously, "No wonder you know so much about the King Building at Prosperous Age. It seems that this was all planned in advance. Now I see, you are either a salesperson at Prosperous Age or a friend of a salesperson there. You know you can get a lot of commission from selling a villa, don't you?"

In fact, the elegant Bentley also aroused Julia Young's suspicions. She thought it was too easy for Leon Williams to borrow such a luxury car but as she thought about everything that James said, it all made sense.

"Don't worry about it too much! I don't think Leon Williams is trying to deceive you. Besides, I was the one who asked him to accompany us," Betty Brown declared.

"Betty Brown, you are being stupid. He might be a housekeeper at Prosperous Age that's why he was so familiar with the King Building at Prosperous Age. And if he is not a housekeeper then maybe he is friends with the manager there. It was obvious that they know each other," Julia Young said as she tried to remember what had happened back there in the sales department.

James added, "Prosperous Age is indeed our competitor, and now as you can see they are robbing our customers. And a high profile customer like you must be meticulous. I have made it clear to you that it is a treasure land and it is only a false accusation that the certificate is fake. You know I am not the kind of person who will fool his customer for money."

"You're right, it was so outrageous that I was almost deceived by this man," Julia Young agreed.

"When you first arrived, I heard you say that this is your daughter's boyfriend and your future son-in-law. Please be wary, it's very common in the sales industry, so you have to be careful."

"Oh, I never said that he was my son-in-law. He didn't deserve my daughter at all."

Julia Young even thought that if only Betty Brown would agree then she would match James and Betty Brown.

As Leon Williams listened to the conversation between James and Julia Young, he gave out a burst of deep laughter.

"You can say whatever you want. Anyway, I'm not the one who will pay for that horrible house. Why could you easily give him 30 million? Well, if someone wants to be a fool, it has nothing to do with me."

Leon Williams thought, 'Since she wanted to live in that house then I would not stop her.'

It's just a pity that Betty Brown had to spend 30 million dollars to buy a house for her stepmother.

Betty Brown naturally trusted Leon Williams but she had to buy the house if Julia Young wanted to. As long as she could get away from her stepmother then the money would be worth it.

"Good decision Julia Young! I assure you that you won't regret it!"

"I'm very satisfied with this villa. I'll go down and sign the contract right away. The property right of the house will be in my name!" Julia Young beamed from ear to ear.

Julia Young was in a good mood that she will acquire 30 million dollars' worth of a real estate.

"Before you sign the contract, you must sign this agreement!" Betty Brown took the agreement out of her bag.

She wanted Julia Young to never set foot in the Brown family villa again. Otherwise, the newly bought villa will be under her name.

"No problem, I'll sign it!"

At that time, Julia Young felt more relaxed, she could not wait to live in a new villa. A villa that belonged to her and the property right would be registered under her name. When she finally settled, she could easily live the life of a rich wife.

In the end, the villa was successfully traded.

James was proud to see that the contract pleased Julia Young.

He walked up to Leon Williams and sneered before he said, "There's no way you can compete with me when it comes to business. You need more practice."

Leon Williams also smiled and said, "Fortunately, Julia Young bought this villa which has a lot of benefits to me. You will eventually look bad to her, just wait."

When Julia Young did not buy Prosperous Age it had saved Leon Williams 5 million dollars because it is a property developed by his company. If Julia Young wanted to buy it, then for Betty Brown's sake, he would reduce the selling price of the villa.

But Julia Young was such a poor mannered person so he would let her suffer some losses. From now on, he knew that she will never be at peace.

When the purchase was completed, Leon Williams immediately left with Betty Brown and they came at the front of the Bentley.

He didn't want to stay at that place any longer.

Julia Young was about to get on the car but Leon Williams did not let her.

"Get out! Take a taxi by yourself! "

Julia Young was furious when he locked the car door, she pointed at Leon Williams and she screamed, "Stupid man! I'm Julia Young of the Brown family! Let me in the car right now or you'll never marry Betty Brown!"

Leon Williams sneered and replied, "I don't care who you are! I'm in charge of my car. Piss off!"

The Bentley drove away quickly.

Julia Young was so angry that she took off her high heels and threw them out.

"I'm going to sue you! My brother-in-law is a barrister. I'll sue you!"
