Doctor Fuller drove hastily towards Mr Pete's house. Mr Pete just called him to come to his house. According to him, he had found the reason why Maya's blood was used to make the antidote work faster.

Mr Fuller was so eager to know as he drove speedily, refusing to observe the traffic light.

He soon got to Mr Pete's house and packed his car. Without closing the car door properly, he rushed into the house.

He waited anxiously until Mr Pete's servant took him to Mr Pete's study.

"Tell me Mr Pete, why was her blood used?" Doctor Fuller asked immediately he stepped into the study.

"Can you atleast sit down first. Are you trying to cut off my neck for the answer? Take a seat and wait for my servant to get you a drink" Mr Pete said.

Doctor Fuller swallowed hard. He couldn't wait for a drink, he wasn't there for a drink but for the information.

He abandoned a lot of patients waiting for him at the hospital and drove speedily not to come and take drink.

He frowned but decided to calm down. He shouldn't rush the man else he would suspect something and not tell him again.

He sat back and even though his buttocks itches him to get up and yell at Mr Pete, he refrained himself.

The servant came back with a bottle of champagne and two glasses. Turned for doctor Fuller who quickly gulped it down to relief his arching heart.

All through the week, he had been waiting anxiously for Mr Pete's call and was already considering calling himself if Mr Pete didn't call him before the next day.

"So Fuller, the reason that little girl's blood was used was because she was a mixed breed. Remember, the curse was said to be broken only by the blood of a mixed breed.

She and her sister where mixed breeds but because her sister was already pregnant with the Alpha's child, her blood got mixed up with the Alpha's who was a full breed, that was why the little girls blood was used" Mr Pete concluded to the relief of Doctor Fuller.

Oh, I see. I now understands. So she was sneaked in to have her blood infused to the Alpha's while he take the antidote dosage?" Doctor Fuller asked.

"You're right. Are they still at the hospital?" Mr Pete asked while doctor Fuller nodded.

The Alpha's mate got too weak after stressing herself and her unborn child. She fainted and we sedated her" Doctor Fuller explained.

"And what about the little girl?" Mr Pete asked.

"Where else would she be if not beside her sister.

"Listen Fuller, you have to find a way to get that girl's blood. You have to get as much as possible. Enough to make alot of antidotes" Mr Pete said.

Doctor Fuller nodded at his words. Yes, she would get the little girl's blood but he would not give any to it to Mr Pete.

Only him would use the blood and only him would be known for making the antidote.

He couldn't believe how popular and rich he was about to become in just a short moment.

He thanked Mr Pete, promised to be back with Maya's blood before walking out of the house.

He got into his car and drove off. On his way back to the hospital, he kept thinking of how to lure Maya out.

That little girl seemed smart and had a strange aura surrounding her. He knew it wouldn't be easy to just convince her so he must think of a good way that wouldn't implicate him.

If the alpha gets to know, he would die even before he becomes rich so he had to be extra careful while dealing with the little girl.

Doctor Fuller drove into the hospital's packing lot and got down from his car.

He headed straight to Aurora's ward.

When he got there, he saw her making a call and waited behind while eye searching for the little girl.

"Miss Aurora, how are you feeling now?" Doctor Fuller asked after she dropped her phone.

"I think I'm very much better now and ready to go home. Can I get discharged today?" Aurora asked.

"No...no you can't be discharged. You still need a lot of rest and should still be here. We still have some drugs to administer to you so you would be in good position by the time you'll be discharged" doctor Fuller said immediately.

"How would he discharge her when he needed her little sister for something very much important to him.

"But I'm really fine now. Can't I come take the injection from home? I'm really tired of here and wished to go home" Aurora argued.

"Miss Aurora please allow us do our job. We can't allow anything to go wrong. You'll be discharged tomorrow so do not bother yourself for you would soon go home" doctor Fuller further tried to convince her.

"Yeah babe, I think you should listen to him. You need enough rest and we can go tomorrow okay?" Alpha Jax said coming into the room with Maya clutching tightly to his arm.

Doctor Fuller's face was filled with joy as he heard the Alpha's words. He would finally do his bidding. He only gave 20hours left to get Maya's blood.

Time isn't on his side and he needs to think well. Maya stare up at doctor Fuller.

The doctor looked suspicious and he kept smiling at her strangely. She could tell it wasn't a genuine smile and also, there seemed to be a desperation on his face.

She would try to protect her sister from him. She couldn't tell what it was he wanted from them but she was sure he wanted something.

Immediately doctor Fuller's eyes met with hers, she rolled her eyes and threw her face away.

Doctor Fuller frowned at her actions. "It seemed it would be much more difficult that I thought" he mumbled to himself.

He excused himself and walked out of the ward in order to lay down his plan and think well for a successful operation.

It won't be long and the antidote will become his. He laughed hysterically, walking into his office.

Maya sat down beside her sister, caressing her tummy saying she was talking to the babies.

"Sis Rora, the babies are so cute, they looked so much like handsome uncle especially the girl" Maya muttered making Aurora laugh.

"That's not possible Maya. How can my baby girl look like handsome uncle when she's a girl and suppose to look like me. You should be saying the boy looks like him and not the girl" Aurora laughed.

"Tsk, my babies can't help but look like their breathtaking father. Who doesn't know what's good?" Alpha Jax joked.

"You must be kidding me, you of all people knows you ain't as breathtaking as I am" Aurora replied him feigning annoyance.

"Someone is so sad because our babies looks like me. Don't worry, they would have a little features of yours, that's the highest we can offer you" Alpha Jax said as a matter of fact making Maya to laugh hard.

"Get away you both. I hate you. I can't believe you supported him Maya, you of all people" Aurora whined.

"Don't blame me sis. Handsome uncle won this time around, I can't help but join the winning team" Maya laughed as she ran over to alpha Jax.

"You both should get out of my ward this moment. Jeez!" Aurora fumed. She couldn't believe her mate had started claiming ownership of her babies without seeing them first and to think Maya supported him. Eeish!!! So annoying" she muttered.

"Maya is someone shedding tears of defeat in this room?" Alpha Jax asked making who looked around the room before laughing.

"Yes handsome uncle, it looks like sister Rora is" Maya taunted.

Aurora shook her head at the gang, turned around facing the wall. "When you both are done mocking yourselves, you know the direction of the door" she shrieked

"Oh my!! Babe are you turning your back on me? Common I'm so sorry" Alpha Jax said walking over to her.

She shoved him away as his hands touched her. Get out of her this minute" Aurora half yelled.

Her face was boiling with anger. How could they taunt her in such a way.

Seeing the couple's act, Maya excused herself from the room and left to ease herself.

She could have used the bathroom in Aurora's ward but she preferred going out. She wanted to take in fresh air.

As she got out of the ward, she walked through the hallway that led outside the hospital.

Just before she could reach the entrance, a nurse walked up to her, beaming.

"Little girl how are you doing?" Nurse Bella asked Maya who frowned at the woman calling her a little girl.

Doctor Fuller had instructed her to get the girl to his office without anyone noticing. He had also told her to be careful whilst handling the girl.

"Oh, I'm sorry, big girl" nurse Bella said as she saw the look on the girl's face.

"What do you want?" Maya asked ignoring her words. The nurse is stopping her from going outside and soon, alpha Jax would start looking for her.

"Can you come with me to the office, there's something I need you to habd offer to the Alpha. I'm scared to meet him myself" the nurse said blinking her eyes while rubbing both her palms together.

"What could that be?" Maya asked staring intently at the nurse. Nurse Bella haven't been warned against letting her thoughts out by doctor Fuller made sure to seal her thought while Maya looked at her.

"You'll see when we get there. It's quite important" nurse Bella said making Maya nod.

"Okay but you need to be fast. Let's go" Maya muttered trotting behind the nurse who walked briskly to doctor Fuller's office.

As they both entered, Maya saw Doctor Fuller standing by the door. She stared back at the nurse wondering what the weird doctor was doing there. Wasn't it supposed to be her office?

She looked at the nurse with a questioning look but nurse Bella ignored her and turned to Doctor Fuller.

"She's here now doctor. I should take my leave" she muttered and walked out.

Maya turned to also walk out but she was immediately held back by Doctor Fuller.

"Not so soon little girl. I see you are clever" he said holding tight to her little arms.

Maya knew she was already in trouble. The doctor doesn't look a bit nice and it looked like he wants to harm her. She should alert the alpha immediately before he could do anything to her.

Quickly, he cleared her mind and linked the alpha. Since he was the Alpha, every member of the pack had access to him whenever they are in danger.

"Handsome uncle, someone wants to hurt me. Please save me" Maya said to him.

Alpha Jax who was still pleading with Aurora sprang up immediately he heard Maya's voice in his head.

"What's the matter?" Aurora asked on seeing his contenance darken.

"It looked like Maya is in a bad hands. She said someone wants to harm her" alpha Jax said making Aurora almost jump out of the bed.

"Ask her where and who she's with" aurora said, standing up from the bed.

"Little angel, tell me where you are and who are you with, I would get you out immediately" alpha Jax asked anxiously.

"A nurse deceived me to that doctor's office. That doctor that said sister Rora shouldn't be discharged yet. It didn't want to let me go and he said something like wanting my precious blood" Maya replied.

When she tried wriggling her hands off doctor Fuller's, he had threatened to kill her there if she doesn't stay quiet. He told her to lay on the bed while he suck out little portion of her blood.

Maya had refused and when she tried screaming, he covered her mouth.

"It seemed you want it the rough way. I wouldn't want to waste my precious time here with you. I should be done in 5mins so to make it easier fo r the both of us, I would inject you with this" doctor Fuller said showing her an injection.

"Hurry handsome uncle, he wants to give me an injection" Maya said and immediately, the door the office barged open.

"Alpha Jax stood at the entrances with Aurora and two of his guards behind him.

"What the hell are you doing to her?" Alpha Jax thundered as he landed a hard punch accross doctor Fuller's face making him spit out a mouthful of blood.

"I... I only want to test her" he lied.

"Don't listen to him, he said he wants to take my blood and when I refused, he wanted to inject me with that" Maya pointed at the injection hanging in doctor Fuller's hand.

"You piece of trash. I guess you found out about her blood and you want to suck it up. You must be really crazy" Aurora yelled slapping doctor Fuller hard.

"Take this idiot out of here and make sure he gets full punishment. Lock him up in a cell with the most silver and also, cut off those hands of his" Alpha Jax gave out an order and the guards bundled doctor Fuller out.

"It's okay baby. You're fine now" Aurora carresed her sister's back. No wonder that fool refused to discharge her. That was because of his ulterior motives.

They drove home after the arrest of doctor Fuller. Mr Pete was also arrested as doctor Fuller exposed him. Same as the nurse who lured Maya into the doctor's office. Even though her punishment was mild as she swore not to know anything. She was only following instructions.

Beta Rufus stepped out of the office and headed home. He heard what happened to Maya from the alpha earlier and he made sure to torture doctor Fuller well.

Celine's father died last night before the arrest of doctor Fuller so doctor Fuller was put in his cell.

Celine's father died out of frustration and regret. Now Celine has no other family except his.

He would make sure to protect and care for her that she wouldn't miss any of them.

He got do many things on his way. He was going to take her to a date so he got her a nice dinner gown.

He loved the way she made Myrene up so he also wanted her to doll up herself.

He got her a full makeup kit and some jewelries. She had called to inform him of a news she would share to him when he returns so he had to hurry up.

He packed his car and hurried into the house. No one was at the sitting room so he skipped to his bedroom.

Celine was sitting on the bed, applying a lotion to her body. She just came out of the bathroom.

He walked up to her and kissed her wet lips. "Sweetheart" he muttered, deepening his kiss.

Celine kissed him back, savouring the sweet taste of his lips. She had earlier gone to the hospital and it turned out she was pregnant. She was so excited that she called Rufus immediately. Not wanting to spoil the surprise she made for him, she ended up telling him to come home quick that she has something for him.

She had been nervous and thinking of a way to break the news to him that she got lost applying the lotion for a long time.

"You look stunning in towel" beta Rufus smiled making Celine roll her eyes.

Pervert!

She swallowed hard and smiled at him. Then she withdrew from his embrace and walk to the table.

"You said you want to tell me something? I want us to go on our first date" Beta Rufus said showing Celine the things he got.

"Sounds good and yes, I want to tell you something. Here, open the envelope" Celine handed over the brown envelope to him.

Beta Rufus wondered what was in the envelope and when he opened it, his eyes widened at what he saw.

"You are pregnant? What, I'm going to be a father?" He asked, not believing his eyes.

"Yes hunnie, I'm three weeks gone" Celine said smiling widely. Beta Rufus scooped her off her feet.

"Thank you do much Celine. Thank you for coming into my life, for not rejecting me, for accepting to marry me, for not leaving and also for giving me this bundle of joy. You've made me the happiest man on earth and I'll forever cherish you" beta Rufus said, his heart was filled with happiness. He couldn't thank the moon goddess less.

Celine giggled at his words and leaned over to take in his lips again.

Adrene sat in her cell, she still hasn't believe alpha Jax was alive so she demanded to see him herself. She was very sure the trinitaria poison had no cure and a little girl like Aurora wouldn't be able to make one.

She would not believe until she sees him herself. Maybe they were hiding his death if not, why hasn't he come to spat on her.

The door opened and alpha Jax walked in. Adrene's eyes widened at the sight of him. It was true. He didn't die. Her heart shut down immediately.

"I see you were finding it difficult to believe I'm alive. Now that you've seen for yourself, I hope you can now die dejectedly" alpha Jax said, stared at her for a while and left.

He had came to see Enrique, even though he betrayed him, he was once his friend and deserved to know why he acted the way he did.

Before he could enter Enrique's cell, he remembered adrene and went to see her first. The lady kept saying he was dead and he wanted to taunt her.

Adrene's couldn't get out of the shock and ended up dying immediately alpha Jax left.

Alpha Jax entered Enrique's room to see him miserable. He was at the verge of death and after apologizing and explaining things to him, alpha Jax forgave him and called Aurora to prepare the antidote of his poison.

He was going to sentence him to five years in silver prison and his position of a gamma stripped off.

Enrique thanked the alpha. Even though what he did deserved a death sentence, alpha Jax forgave him and above all, gave him the antidote. He couldn't be more grateful. He was forever going to be indebted to the alpha.
