Alpha Jax was taken aback by the information Maya just gave him. He knew Aurora had saved his life with the antidote but how was Maya involved? What really happened?
Doctor Fuller was about heading to his office when he remembered he forgot his keys at the room where Alpha Jax and his mate was admitted.
He sighed and turned back to get his key. He got to the ward and was about opening the door when he heard a little girl's voice.
He stopped on his track shocked on what the girl said.
If he heard her well then she said she and her sister saved his life. But how? He recurred a little girl wasn't in the ward when they were told to come in. Or was she...
"I will find out" he muttered and stood closer to the door.
"Maya, can you tell me exactly what happened?"Alpha Jax asked the little girl who was smiling brightly.
"I don't know but my sister said she needs me to save handsome uncle and…and she put that thing in my hand and I slept off", Maya said.
Then she looked as though she was thinking hard," And…yes. Even the white sister said that my blood would save you. She… she also said that…that…".
"That what?", Alpha Jax asked again.
"She said that…that my blood…yes, the white sister with the moon on her head said that my blood would save you", Maya said, nodding her head. Then she added happily," My blood really saved you, handsome uncle. Now, my sister will be happy again."
"Her blood?" Doctor Fuller murmured. Her blood saved him? But how?
Could it be what I'm thinking? It better not be" he muttered and walked away hastily.
"Your blood? ", Alpha Jax asked as he furrowed his brows. He looked at Maya carefully and noticed she had a plaster on her arm.
Aurora used Maya's blood on him? But why? Wasn't she supposed to use the antidote to wake him up? Why Maya's blood?
The door suddenly flung open as Aurora's mother walked in briskly with a worried look. She breathed a sigh of relief when she saw Maya but because of her anxiety, she did not notice the alpha.
"Maya, you scared me! Why did you leave the ward without telling anyone?", she asked worriedly.
"Mother, I wanted to see Sister Rora and my handsome uncle", Maya said pouting.
"You could have told someone, Maya! Please don't ever do that again!", Aurora's mother said looking distressed.
Aurora's mother glanced around and noticed that Alpha Jax was already awake. She looked at him surprised. Her daughter's theory worked and even Maya was alright. They had done every necessary test and saw that she was fine.
"Jax…you are awake! Thank goodness", she said as she moved closer. She halted her steps when she noticed the person on the bed.
"Aurora? What…what happened to my daughter, Jax?", Aurora's mother almost lost her rationality. When will all these end?
"Mother, you have to calm down. Aurora is going to be fine", Alpha Jax said calmly. He was trying to surpress his emotions from bursting out. The things he just found out are to overwhelming to him.
"Calm? Yes, I have to be calm. First, I was afraid of losing my little girl and now that she is fine, her sister is lying down unconscious", Aurora's mother said holding back her tears.
She walked closer to Aurora and touched her cheek," Sometimes, I wished I had listened to you. I wished we had not come here. Maybe, just maybe, our lives wouldn't be so complicated".
"Mother…I promise nothing would happen to Aurora. She was just too stressed so she had to be sedated to save the baby", Alpha Jax explained.
"Hmmm. I know my daughter is a strong woman but as a mother, I feel her suffering", Aurora's mother calmed down after she heard what Alpha Jax said.
"I know mother and I promise to always cherish her", he replied.
"Handsome Uncle, Sister Rora has two babies not a baby. The white sister with…", Maya cuts in happily.
"Maya, I have told you to stop talking like this. You are going to put us in trouble", Aurora's mother chided her daughter.
"Mother, please don't scold her. And can I have some minutes with you please, alone?", Alpha Jax said looking at Aurora's mother.
Aurora's mother knew she had some explaining to do to Alpha Jax. She nodded her head in understanding.
"Maya, can you stay with Sister Rora? I want to discuss something with handsome uncle", she said to Maya who was looking at her sister.
"Okay mother, I will stay with Sister Rora. You can go and talk with handsome uncle", Maya replied smiling.
Aurora mother smiled as she nodded at Alpha Jax. He went to stay beside Aurora and planted a kiss on her lips.
"I will be back soon, sweetheart", Alpha Jax said.
"Eeewww, Uncle", Maya said as she covered her eyes.
Alpha Jax looked at the little girl who saved his life. He smiled and touched her head softly.
Aurora, I owe your family big time.

Doctor Fuller, after a while of pacing back and forth the hallway thinking about the possibility of what the little girl said, decided to return to the ward and get his key.
He opened the door to the ward and peeped in first to see the little girl sitting beside her sister on the bed.
He stared at her for a while as his eyes landed on her wrist. So if was true her blood was used. But how come?.
"Good day sir" Maya greeted him forcing a smile. The man looked creepy and even though she doesn't want to greet him, she has to because her mother and sister taught her to respect her elder.
"Good day little girl, what are you doing here?" Doctor Fuller asked. He could tell the little girl wasn't happy to see him and something in him tells him to beware of her.
"Why are you asking me such questions, can't you see my sister is here and I'm looking after her" Maya uttered, stopping herself from glaring at him.
"Oh, right. I'm sorry for asking little girl but you didn't have to be harsh. Always respect your elders" Doctor Fuller admonished.
"Rolling her eyes, Maya looked away from him. What was he doing in her sister's ward anyways? She turned back at him to see him picking up a key from the table.
Oh, he must have dropped his key. Well that isn't enough to ask her questions and his eyes were all creepy that she doesn't want him around her sister.
"Little girl, did you hurt your wrist?" Doctor Fuller asked, trying to know if the little girl would tell him what she told Alpha Jax but to his greatest disappointment, she Ignored him, acting as though he wasn't there.
He sighed and left the room. There's something about that girl that doesn't sit right. She has a strange overwhelming aura surrounding her and somehow, he thought she's filled with some sort of glory.
What does she have to do with the antidote? He needs to visit Mr. Pete as soon as possible.
Mr. Pete was Mr. Robert's colleague in finding the trinitaria poison's antidote and a close friend to Doctor Fuller.
Mr Pete had told him that they weren't able to find the cure for the poison and he believed Robert abrupt stop to finding the antidote was suspicious.
According to Mr Pete, Robert Patterson wasn't someone who would give up on something easily and he believed there was something behind it.
He just woke up one day and told everyone he was stopping to find the antidote without telling them the reason. Up until his death, no one knew the reason why he stopped looking for the antidote.
Doctor Fuller got into his car and drove off speedily towards the outskirt of the pack where Me Pete lives.
He drove for few hours before he finally got there. Alighting from his car, Doctor Fuller walked briskly into the house of Mr Pete.
He was directed to the sitting room and was told to wait for Mr Pete whom one of the servants had gone to summon.
Mr Pete was one hell of a wealthy scientist who lacks nothing. He was a great scientist who found so many cures but he wasn't as great as Robert Patterson.
Robert Patterson was considered as the greatest scientist blood moon pack had ever produced. Most of the other scientists especially Mr Pete was jealous of him.
They couldn't produce the kind of cure he produced. He even produced a chemical to turn humans into a werewolf, something none of the scientists could ever do.
They were angry at his achievement and when he finally died, Mr Pete felt his world had become better.
He vowed to find out the reason why Robert stopped with the trinitaria antidote. He was going to know the reason and probably continue the research. He was going to beat Robert Patterson and produce the antidote.
"See who is here, Doctor Fuller how have you been" Mr Pete greeted climbing down the staircase.
"I have been doing very good lately , I came to see you for an urgent matter" Doctor Fuller said making Mr Pete stare at him in curiousity before moving to a seat.
"Tell me doctor, what was so important that you left your office to visit me at this hour?" Mr Pete asked.
"Well...the thing is..."
"Alpha Jax was poisoned by the trinitaria poison but someone was able to cure him using the antidote"
"What? How is that possible? There's no cure for that poison Fuller so how come someone used it. Are you sure it was the trinitaria poison? You might have mistaken something else as it" Mr Pete said, not fully convinced.
How could someone use something that is not in existence? That is impossible and I'm sure Fuller doesn't know what he is talking about" he muttered to him self.
"What are you saying Pete? Have you forgotten I have been a doctor for 30 years and you don't expect me not to know what trinitaria poison is? Doctor Fuller muttered, it seems like Mr Pete wants to annoy him.
