Chapter 196: Chapter 196

Third Person’s Point of view

Luna and Leilani are dragged into a dark place where they have no idea where they are. They covered their eyes with a black cloth while the guards who were guarding them laughed at what they were doing. Leilani and Luna don't say anything since they are aware that someone is monitoring them and that their lives may be shattered with one mistake. They were also chained together so that they would not be able to escape on their own. Luna isn't afraid, Leilani doesn't realize, because this isn't the first time she's been abducted, and so she doesn't feel threatened. Luna  recalled that Cole had done the same thing to her before. As a result, Leilani was very concerned about her, believing that Luna was afraid. She  didn't want to say anything, despite the fact that she longed to open her lips.

Raymod and Adonis acted quickly to locate assistance as soon as possible. Adonis stormed back to the house, determined to find a method to track down Luna. His recollection is hazy, and he has no idea who kidnapped Luna; so, when he got to the mansion while he was still holding Athen, he summoned Raymond and Mark for help. He wanted to reach Luna as soon as it was safe and without wasting time since he felt Luna was in danger at this point.

“Call Uncle Hernan! I need to talk to him!” This is the first time Adonis feels angry because when he was still with Jessica he could not even feel any emotion. When Jessica told Adonis that he was her fiance, Adonis did not feel any kind of joy. He wasn't even happy. Now that Luna has been captured by the armed men, he doesn’t know why he feels so scared.

Raymond acted quickly while Mark called the authorities to get Luna immediately. Mark didn't know that Luke's action would be too early. He had just sent Cole to cause trouble and now he is the one to act.

Adonis doesn't know what to do, all he wants is Luna to be save while Athen doesn't know yet. If he was struggling, Athens would surely have suffer even harder if the news had reached her.

There is no denying the concern that Wayne and Wendy feel. But while everyone is in turmoil, Adonis is unaware that he is dizzy and his head is aching for some inexplicable reason. He wanted to rest but he had sounds he could hear that he didn't want to hear.

The last thing he knew was that everyone was screaming and he fell to the floor as everything turned into blackness.

“Do you really think you can run away from me Leilani? Do you think you can easily be happy while I am left alone?!” Luke laughed like a demon as he strangled Leilani. Luna couldn't see what was happening because her eyes was still covered.

“You are so wicked! People like you shouldn't be alive in the world anymore!” Leilani shouted back because she could no longer contain her anger. Just seeing Luke's face was boiling her blood. “I don't know why you are the person I chose to love then! That was the only mistake I made! To love you!"

Luke laughed even more and just pushed Leilani as he was going to Luna now. Luna flinched when she feels and could hear the step towards her.

“You psycho! What do you need from us?! You must be losing your mind!” Luna growled in anger. She had a strong feeling at first that this man could not be trusted.

“Luna, why are you acting like that? Aren't we friends? Has my wife poisoned your brain too? Luna you know I'm a kind person.” Luke's voice was sad but after a while he suddenly laughed as if you thought he was crazy.

“I won't be surprised why I didn't feel good about you in the first place. I know you are not in the right frame of mind.” Luna smirked even though she couldn't see Luke. Leilani smile as well and Luke suddenly covered his ears and then sat on the floor while looking around as if he was anxious.

"Sir!" The armed men approached immediately.

“Get your sir out of here. He seems to have found his madness again. Maybe when he lasts here, he'll shoot himself.” Leilani laughed now as the scared armed men watched because they seemed to be worried about what Leilani said.

They were about to take Luke when Luke suddenly shouted and he pushed the men. Leilani's laughter grew louder.

“See? I'm telling you. That man is crazy and I won't be surprised if he suddenly pulls out your gun and points it at you without hesitation.”

“We must leave here. I'm telling you it's not a good job we're going to do.”

"You're the one who told me it's easier to make money here."

Leilani and Luna are already having fun in their minds because it looks like the men are going to leave Luke. It just means that security will be weakened. The two men hurried away and didn't even bother to bring Luke any more. Luke, on the other hand, slowly recovered, stood up, and smiled as if nothing had happened. Leilani swallowed and then gradually lost her smile.

“You are even stronger than I thought. You see, it would be a huge headlines to the news when I say that my husband is crazy about me.” Laughing, Leilani says to make Luke even angrier.

“Stop with your bullshit! I am not crazy!"

“If you're not crazy, what do you call yourself? What should you name your illness? Psycho? Not on your own? Just talking to yourself? Tell me Luke. I’ll let my parents know what you did to me once I get out of here! And I will make sure, you fall!”
