Chapter 153: Chapter 153

Third Person's Point of View

Luna removed Raymond's hand because the man was also confused about what Apo Tilo was doing in Estella's hut when he had been driving them away earlier. Luna straightened up and forced herself to balance.

"Apo Tilo, Sasha is home, why aren't you still leaving?" It was Nana who spoke and Luna was released, so that she could get closer to the old man.

The old man's eyes were looking at them all and didn't know why it looked like a dagger. Luna tossed her eyes but she couldn't really see Mark. Luna thought that Mark finally gave up, not only that, Mark also became angry with her.

"Since then, until now you still really like to get involved in everything, Estella," Apo Tilo urged Estella.

Estella, on the other hand, bowed like a child even though she was old. Estella scratched her head and just smiled at Apo Tilo. In Estella's mind, the old man still hasn't changed.

"I know Sasha is back, I'm not a fool that I can't see her because she passed right here in front of me." Apo Tilo looked at Luna so Luna's tears receded. The old man walked closer to her and Raymond held her.

"I won't hurt you. I just want to clarify two things for you."

Luna was surprised. She wondered what Apo Tilo's purpose might be to her if she didn't allow her to get close to Sasha.

But at that moment, she thought that the wind might have changed because of what she had done to help the old man earlier. However, it was too late for her because Sasha had already ruined the hope she had kept. Luna is afraid that if she pushes Sasha even more, the dot of hope left in her heart will disappear as well.

"Don't worry, I'm not interested in talking to Sasha anymore, I'm sorry if we bothered you," Luna gave Apo Tilo a forced smile. Luna bowed and was ready to leave when she was stopped because of what the old man said.

“My granddaughter is not crazy. Everyone says she's out of her mind because her lover left her, they're wrong.”

Luna wasn't surprised by what he said because she had just discovered that. That is the reason why there is doubt in her heart now. Luna didn't react and waited for what the old man would say next.

“That's what I want to say. I will not apologize for driving you away earlier because I will not let anyone belittle my grandchild.” The old man's expression changed and because Luna was afraid that something would happen because of what they had done before, she gave him an answer.

"I'm sorry about that." She bowed and so did Raymond. Nana tightened her grip on Luna's arm.

"The second thing I want to say is about your assumption that Sasha saw everything."

Because of what Apo Tilo stated, Luna looked up at him. Sasha had denied this before but she didn't expect to hear it from the second person close to Sasha as if her soul was already leaving her body.

Luna nodded even though she had tears in her eyes again.

"The plane crashed far from here, we are true in saying that no one saw what happened, there may be fishermen who witnessed it but in this part of the island, there are none." Continuation of the old man.

"That's enough." Raymond cuts him.

Apo Tilo just looked at him and ignored him. "I saw how the plane crashed but I didn't see who survived."

When he said that, Luna's heart pounded, even with the small details that could tell her so that she could continue, she was fine with it.

“When the plane crashed, I wondered why there was a rescuer at that time. Isn't it too fast for the back up for the plane that just landed?”

“Grandpa Tilo, what are you saying? Are you sure --- ”

Nana's words were cut short when Apo Tilo answered quickly.

"I may be old Estella but I'm not blind yet!" He looked sharply at Estella. "How can I be wrong in what I say if they pass right in front of my eyes."

"How can you say that?" Estella still doesn’t stop investigating.

“While you are busy gossiping with my granddaughter, I accompany her every night to wait for something I also don't know what. That night, she slept and I watched over her, so how could I not know?”

Because of what Apo Tilo said, Estella seemed to feel ashamed.

Luna, on the other hand, was stunned because she couldn't believe what she was hearing. She intended to ask but she could not open her mouth. She did not know what word she should say. Even though Apo Tilo has already said what she knows, everything is still vague to her.

She seemed to want someone who could enlighten her because she was so confused.

“I only suspect one thing. It either intentionally happened. Maybe, someone with power knew someone inside that plane, or planned to kill him. Perhaps, he planned to take that person --- that he himself was the mastermind of what happened. Or there is a possibility that it was an accident.” The old man turned around when he said his conclusion while Luna was confused.

Cole, Luke, Jessica.

Those three people were what Luna thought might have planned to kill Adonis. Her face became even more horrified when she thought that the people on board might have just been affected.

But she thinks that Jessica may have been the mastermind because a rescuer arrived even too early.

Because Luna was thinking too much, her surroundings gradually darkened.

Until she heard the people around her shouting.

"Luna!"

Everyone called her.
