Aana was sitting on the bed looking at the box in her hand which had an injection inside it while she was biting her left-hand nails nervously.

"We played the stunt Alice but what if he gets to know about it." She asked her wolf who was licking her tail.

"You're such a pussy"

"Alice behaves" She frowned at her words and then looked back at the box.

"It's your idea and now that we did it, you're getting scared for no reason. Most importantly, who will tell him?" Alice questioned, scratching her fur.

"Urgg" Aana frustratingly clutches her hair. That's when her phone rang which Aaron gifted her with a lie that it is from the company side. He knew if he told her then she would not take it.

"Aaron… It's his call" Aana stood up from the bed looking at the display of the phone.

"Would you stop panicking and pick up his call? He told us he will be busy with his meeting. I'm sure he didn't know that we stole the wolfsbane injection which Patrick had sent for him" Alice said, remembering the moment when Aana was coming out of his office, she collided with a delivery man.

"I'm sorry" she apologised to him. That's when her eyes went to the name written over the box he was holding. It didn't take her long to understand it was sent by Patrick as he said over the call. She took the box from his hand as an assistant to Aaron. Thanks to her luck that he didn't argue much and gave the parcel to her.

Aana directly went to the washroom with the parcel. Her doubt got confirmed when she opened the parcel and found a box containing Wolfsbane injection in it. She remembered Patrick's words about how painful it would be for Aaron and Rex if they consumed this wolfsbane.

"No... I won't let Rex go through the same pain as you went through because of me." She thought and brought that box to her home.

Aana came out of her thoughts when her phone rang again. She picked up the call after debating with herself.

"I got the deal," He said as soon as pick up the phone.

"You're the first one with whom I'm sharing this news" He muttered. She can sense how ecstatic he is. A smile appeared on her lips.

"Congratulations"

"I wanna meet you Aana" He mumbled after a while not knowing whether she would yes or not. She went silent when her eyes went to the box, afraid of his reaction when he came to know that she stole the injection.

"It's okay if you don't want to," He said, taking her silence as no.

"I didn't say no" She muttered before he would have cut the call. By his voice, she can tell how badly he wanted to meet her.

"I'm standing near my car, at the back of your building," He said, widening her eyes. She went towards her window and removed the curtain.

"You're already here" She exclaimed when he waved his hand.

"Then why did you ask me?" She rolled her eyes.

"Because it's important for me to know your will," he replied, bringing a smile to her face.

"Even I brought sweets as you don't like ice cream," He said remembering the moment when she rushed out of the restaurant in anger after hearing the name of ice cream. Smile faded away from her lips hearing his words but she didn't say anything.

"If you don't mind, can I come over there?" He asked, biting his lower lips. She clutched the curtain in her fist and closed her thighs seeing him biting his lips.

"He looks hot when he bites his lips" Alice mindlink her human who was enjoying the benefit of having werewolf eyesight because of which she can see the Greek god in front of them.

"Elsa and John went outside. You can come here" She said after calming her racing heart. He nodded his head with a big smile on his face. In the next few minutes, she heard the doorbell.

She checks herself in the mirror before opening the door. Aana didn't realise when she made this habit to see herself and correct her dress and hair before coming in front of him, wanting to look good.

"Congratulations," he said and made her eat the sweet after settling down on the couch.

"I should say that." She replied and made him eat the sweet. Aaron started telling her everything that happened in the meeting while she was listening to him carefully but then after a while, she lost her sense, staring at his lips which were moving, wanting to taste them.

"Want to kiss me?" he asked when he noticed that she was not replying like before but staring at her lips. She nodded her head but then her eyes widened when Alice chuckled in her mind making her realise that she is accepting, she wants to taste his lips.

"You can" He smirked when Aana turned her head in another direction, turning red like a tomato because of blushing. He chuckled and took her hand in his.

"This is the first time after my parent's death, I'm sharing my happiness with someone," He said. She looked at him abruptly. The seriousness in his words and the way he was looking at her was enough for her to know that he was telling the truth.

"Thank you for coming into my life, Pearl" He was about to kiss her palm but stopped when his eyes went to her finger in which she was wearing her engagement ring. Smile faded away from her lips when she followed his gaze. She detached her hand from his.

"I'm sure you haven't had your dinner yet. Let me make something for you" She said and stood up from the couch. That's when he held her hand.

"What about having dinner at the same restaurant where we had our first dinner together? I mean me and Alice," he said. Aana looked at him confusingly.

"Remember when Aaron came near our flat for the first time and I took control of your body to meet our mate that time he took me to the nearby restaurant," Alice said, reminding her human who was mad at her that day for taking control and going with Aaron.

"I cracked the biggest deal. It's called a celebration. Please don't say no" he requested. She smiled and nodded her head.

They both spend their time together. Even after dinner, they were seated in the restaurant talking to each other. After a while, she closed her eyes, resting her head on his shoulder, feeling sleepy. While he stopped speaking and started doing his favourite job of staring at her.

Aaron doesn't know what is waiting for them and what is written in their future but at this point of time, he wanted to enjoy every moment with her.
