"Please do something moron" Rex growled frustratingly seeing Aana like this. Aaron didn't reply to him and attached his lips to Aana, giving her mouth-to-mouth breathing. Aana opened her eyes and looked at his mate, tears rolled from her eyes. She circled her hands around his neck and again closed her eyes to feel his lips on her. Soon she started calming down. He parted away from her and looked at her then took a deep breath, after seeing her condition getting better.

"Pearl" He started kissing all over her face. Aana opened her eyes and looked at him, tears rolled from her eyes seeing him close to her.

"You scared me" He mumbled and sucked her tears.

"I thought I would die without seeing you" She chuckled, trying to ease the situation but her words angered him. He growled in response.

"Dare you to utter nonsense" He frowned and embraced her tightly in his arms.

"I'm fine, Aaron," she mumbled.

"You're not and I can sense that"

"I need those tablets," She muttered. Aaron broke the hug and looked at her, Aana was still struggling to breathe properly. Aaron nodded her head and collected the medicine he threw on the ground.

"I remember you calmed down before I left then what happened to you suddenly that you had a panic attack" He muttered thinking about the reason. She didn't reply and took the tablet then rested her head on his chest, closing her eyes while Aaron was thinking about the reason. That's when he remembered Aana asking him to promise her that he will never leave her.

Aaron looked at her and then removed the strand of her hair from her face and locked them behind her ear before kissing her forehead.

"I promise you, Pearl" She opened her eyes and looked at him with dizzy eyes.

"I promise, I will never leave you. No matter what the situation is but I will never leave you" A smile broke on her lips upon hearing him. She nodded her head and attached her lips to his, to feel his love which always calmed her inner storm.

Tears rolled from Aana's eyes, remembering Aaron's promise that's when she felt a hand wiping her tears. She looks up only to find Aaron staring at her. Concern was visible in his eyes. Aana pushed his hand away and stood up from the bench.

"Aana"

"You broke your promise, Aaron. You broke everything between us. You broke me" she muttered, remembering the moment when he rejected her and asked her to leave in the middle of the night. He scrunched his eyebrow, not getting what she meant.

"I promise, I will never leave you. No matter what the situation is but I will never leave you" she repeated his words and broke into tears. Aaron's face paled remembering that moment and his promise.

"You broke the promise... You rejected me and pushed me away" She yelled and that's when she felt a slight pain in her stomach.

"Aana" he immediately moved towards her and held her hand and with others held her shoulder.

"What happened?" he asked.

"she kicked" she replied and a tear rolled from her eyes.

"Even she doesn't like that you fought with me" He mumbled earning a glare from her. He sealed her lips and started looking everywhere but her.

"Dumbo" She groaned and sat on the bench, he helped her and kneel beside her.

"Promises are meant to be broken." He mumbled and took her hand in his and kissed her knuckles.

"I pushed you away but I came to you as well. I rejected you but at the same time, the moon goddess again connected us through our child" He said, bringing a smile to her face. She touched her stomach and nodded her head.

"You know how to deceive someone with your words." he chuckled upon hearing her words and kissed her stomach.

"I'm so glad that I found you otherwise I would have lost these precious moments because of my stupidity" Aana scrunched her eyebrow, not getting what he meant to say. Before she would have asked something they heard a voice.

"Alpha'' Aaron and Aana look at her side, only to find Aana's gynaecologist, Kathie standing there. she was looking at Aaron shockingly.

"How many times do I have to tell you not to call me, Alpha?" Aaron mindlink her. Kathie bowed her head.

"I'm sorry. It slipped out of my mouth when I saw you kneeling in front of Aana. I mean you're the strongest among all the werewolves but you're kneeling in front of a human." She replied. Rex growled, feeling that her words insulted Aana. That's when Aana held his hand. Rex took control from Aaron and looked at the girl who always calms his anger.

Aana immediately left Rex's hand when she saw him in control in fear, remembering the moment when he tried to kill her because of anger. He stood up and looked at Kathie.

"Did you forget she is your Luna?" He growled. Kathie shivered in fear, feeling his aura and kneeling in front of him as her wolf submitted to him.

"How dare you disrespect her?"

"I'm sorry, Alpha if you felt like, I disrespect Luna but I didn't mean to do it" She replied and started crying because of pain.

"Our baby is getting scared" Aana mumbled, not finding another way to calm Rex and it seems like her trick worked. Rex forgot everything and sat beside Aana.

"I'm sorry, Baby" he mumbled and kissed her baby bump. A smile broke on her lips seeing her mate's love towards their child.

"I'm sorry, Alpha," Kathie mumbled. Rex didn't reply to her and gave control to Aaron who looked at Aana and then Kathie.

"You came here. It means Aana's report has arrived," he said, guessing the reason behind her arrival. Kathie nodded her head and stood up from the ground. She passed Aana's reports to Aaron and then looked at Aana.

"I had a doubt from the start but I wasn't able to believe that something like this could've happened," Kathie muttered looking at Aana's stomach.

"What do you mean?" Aaron asked anxiously.

"You only see yourself," she replied. Aaron looked at her and then opened the envelope to see her report and as soon as he read the report, tears welled up in his eyes and the report fell from his hand.

"Aaron... What happened?" Aana asked anxiously, seeing her mate who had tears in his eyes and was looking at Kathie shockingly.
