Aana looks at Aaron's side with the sound of a knob opening, only to find him in an office dress.

"You're going to the office?" She asked coming towards him and adjust his tie.

"Yeah"

"Bu---But you were feeling sleepy" She mumbled. All of a sudden she started feeling uneasy.

"Don't worry... I'm fine," he muttered and kissed her forehead.

"This meeting is important for everyone. I have to go," he mumbled. Aana nodded her head, understanding his point. She moved away from him when his phone rang. Aaron smiled and picked up the call, and started talking to his team member while collecting his file.

Aana was looking at him only, thinking about everything that happened between him and Alice, and a tear rolled from her eyes. That's when Aaron looked at her side, sensing her pain. She quickly wiped off her tears and passed him a smile.

"I will call you back" He muttered and kept his file on his bed then went towards her, only to pull her into his arms.

"What happened? Is something bothering you" He asked, moving his thumb on her cheeks. Aana closed her eyes feeling his touch.

"I'm sorry for morning" She whispered and opened her eyes to look into his eyes.

"You made me feel special, it was just I was not ready"

"Hey, stop overthinking. Forget whatever happened" He mumbled and joined his forehead with her.

"Just remember I and Rex love you irrespective of anything" A smile broke on her lips, upon hearing him.

"Then promise me that you will never leave me" She extended her hand towards him, before Aaron could reply, his phone rang again.

"Shoot... I'm getting late. We will continue our conversation when I get back. This meeting is important, wish me luck" He said nervously.

"Since when do you start getting nervous? Don't forget you're Mr. Aaron Smith who always wins and gets what he wants by hook or by crook" They burst into laughter. She leaned towards him and kept his one hand on her cheeks lovingly.

"All the best" She whispered in his ear before kissing his cheeks, bringing a brighter smile to her face.

"Ok… Now I should go before it's too late" He said and ran outside after picking up his files. Aana looked at her hand which she extended towards him, asking him to promise her that he will always stay by her side.

"You're unnecessarily overthinking, Aana" Alice muttered and yawned lazily.

"I know but don't know why I'm feeling so anxious." She replied and sat on the bed then started taking deep breaths to calm herself. She knows that she is on the edge of having a panic attack.

"Would you like to share with me what is bothering you?" Alice asked, feeling her human anxiousness.

"Remember when Vince was leaving he indicated something to me?" she asked to which Alice nodded her head.

"We learned signed language to say things when we were surrounded by werewolves as I was human and I can't mindlink him until I turned eighteen"

"So?"

"He signed me to tell Aaron everything about my past before it gets too late... Before I lose him" Aana replied and clutched the bed sheet to control her emotions. The thought of losing Aaron was enough for her to lose control over her emotions.

"What does he mean by before we lose Aaron" Alice growled.

"Even I don't know... I didn't notice it before as I was lost in the pain of losing him. Moreover, he signed me those things when he was leaving, I had no time to ask anything from him. When I recalled everything in the morning, I realised what he indicated to me" Aana replied and clutched her hair frustratingly. She started breathing heavily, having a panic attack. That's when her phone rang. She looks at her phone which shows Aaron's name on display. Aana picked up the call, breathing heavily and the moment she picked his call, he understood that his feeling was not wrong. He was driving when suddenly, Rex started feeling uneasy. He parked the car and immediately called Aana and his doubt was correct.

"Pearl" Aana closed her eyes, breathing heavily. He understood that she was having a panic attack.

"Calm down."

"Aaron" She called him and held the phone tightly.

"Take a deep breath," He muttered. Aana did as he said but nothing was working. The thought that she would lose him was making her insane. She was not able to calm herself.

"Pearl" He called her lovingly and a tear rolled from her eyes

"Please calm down"

"I'm trying" she yelled and kept the phone on the bed after putting it on speaker. She was trying her best to calm herself by taking deep breaths but it was one of her worst panic attacks.

"I'm coming over there" He muttered when nothing was working and sat inside the car, connecting his phone with Bluetooth before starting his car.

"Everything was fine then why did she have a panic attack?" He asked frustratingly.

"Pearl, please stop thinking about unnecessary things. Think about us... The moment we spend together"

"Pearl" He yelled when he didn't get any response.

"I----I'm try----trying" She stuttered and looked at Aaron's photo to calm herself. Tears were streaming down from her eyes with the fear of losing him.

"I will not be able to live without you, Aaron" she stammered, shivering badly but at the same time, she was sweating. She lay down on the bed, breathing heavily. Her whole face turned red.

"Pearl… Stop overthinking" He growled. Her words were enough to scare the crap out of him.

"Aaron please come soon... Please... Her health is getting worse with every passing second." He heard Alice's voice-over call, who took control from Aana to talk with Aaron.

"Alice, try to calm her"

"I'm doing it but it seems like she can't hear my voice. Please come soon till then I will search for her medicine. Maybe she will get relief" Alice muttered, standing up from bed. She went directly to her room to search for her medicine.

"She always calms down with my words. What happened to her today? I don't want you to take those stupid tablets, it will affect you and her" Aaron muttered frustratingly, increasing the speed of the car.

"But right now nothing is working Aaron and if I didn't take those tablets then we might lose Aana. She is not even able to keep her eyes open" Alice replied while searching the whole room.

"Give control to Aana… I will talk to her and try to calm her but please don't take those tablets" Aaron said.

"Finally" Alice sighed when she finally found the tablet which Ryan, her beta gave her for the emergency. She cut the call before Aaron would have said something and took out those tablets.

"Ryan knows Aana's condition very well." She mumbled to herself recalling Ryan's words that he said to her when she declined to keep tablets for emergency sake

"Aana doesn't have panic attacks, that doesn't mean she will not have them in the future, Alice. panic attacks can happen at any time and the situation can go out of your hand. If you don't want to lose Aana then keep this tablet with yourself"

Alice sighed and was about to take tablets when Aaron held her hand and snatched those tablets from her hand, throwing them away. Alice glared at him angrily, before giving control to Aana who was half-unconscious.

Aaron holds Aana carefully by her waist before her body falls to the ground. Her whole face turned red because of a lack of oxygen while her breathing was slow.

"Did we make a mistake by stopping Alice from taking the tablet?" Rex asked his human anxiously, looking at Aana whose condition is not good. Tears rolled from his eyes seeing her like this and at the same time, tears fell from her eyes, like even their pain got connected the moment he touched her.

"Pearl, open your eyes. Please" He requested but earned no response and his fear started increasing with every passing minute. Fear of losing her.
