CHAPTER 44

" Yes Eclipse... Madelyn is Selena" Hudson said and everyone's eyes widened in shock.

John snatched the scroll from Eclipse, glaring at the drawing in it.

" This can't be..." He mumbled.

" So all these while, Selena was right uñder our nose posing as someone else" He muttered.

" No wonder she tried everything possible to draw us to join the Innercircle" Blink chimed in.

" If that's the case... Alvara is in the Innercircle tower and so is Polaris" Eclipse hinted.

" Yeah...I think so"

" I think I have a plan on how to change this whole war stuff" Emily spoke up and everyone turned their attention to her. They were all staring at her with anticipation.

" But first of all...I need someone to bring Alvara to the Grand Park"

" None of us can enter the Innercircle tower" Blink said.

" But I can" A feminine voice said and Eclipse's eyes widened on realizing the owner of the voice. They all turned only to see Polaris standing by the door.

" Luna" He chuckled happily running to her and pulled her to a bone crushing hug. Polaris too hugged him back.

" You're back" He chuckled and Polaris pulled out, smiling at him. Eclipse held her hands.

" Leriel... I'm sorry" Polaris said but Eclipse shushed her immediately.

" It doesn't matter" He said pulling her another hug. Breaking from the hug, Polaris approached.

" Blink... John" She called and the two smiled broadly at her.

" So good have you back" The both said, giving her a hug.

" Welcome back Polaris" Hudson said and Polaris chuckled, giving him a fist bump.

" I overheard everything and I think I can help bring Alvara to the desired location " Polaris said.

" Good...so here's the plan..."

Alvara drives with full speed all the way to the Grand Park.

Thinking about the fact that Hudson is up to something evil, all she wanted to do is stop and destroy him completely. Getting to her destination, she pulled a quick brake, stepping out.

Looking around, she didn't see any sign of him making her bellow angrily.

" Hudson! Where the fuck are you?!" She called.

" Show your face you chicken!" She yelled.

" I am right behind you" A voice replied and she turning swiftly, she saw Hudson standing not so far from her. A grin formed up her lips immediately.

" So you came?" She scoffed.

" I have to" Hudson replied.

" Well since you're here... let's get started"

" Listen Alvara... I'm not here to fight you... I want us to talk" Alvara huffed angrily at what Hudson said.

" I don't want to listen to your bullshit Hudson... stop wasting my time!" She growled.

" Alvara I understand you're angry...I understand that you're in pain and that's why you're doing all of these. You're trying to hide your pain from everyone and so you resolve to this...

" But I want you to understand that I can relate to your pain. This was the exact same way I felt when I lost my Mom; pain, sorrow, anger, anguish... mention all of it; I was feeling it all at once and I know that's how you feel now...

" The thinking that, maybe I could have saved my Mom if I was there...the thinking that I was supposed to be there...I was supposed to save her but I couldn't. The guilt and all of it...I understand"

Alvara huffed, looking away before looking back at Hudson.

" Do you seriously think you understand how I feel?" She scoffed.

" I loved my dad more than my own life even though I never felt his love and that is all because of those useless Sentinels...all because of your dad!" She snapped.

" At least yours is that, you understood what is like to have a mother for 13 years but me...I never experienced the feeling of having a father and you tell me...that you understand what I am feeling...

" No you don't Hudson!" She yelled angrily before letting out a deep breath.

" Let's do what we came here for Hudson... stop to convince me to back out cause it ain't working" She added.

" Do you seriously fight this war Alvara...are you aware of the consequences...the damage it's gonna a cause?" Hudson asked making Alvara roll her eyes impatiently.

" I know all of that so just shut it" She snapped.

" Have you forgotten the promise we both made to my Grandpa... that we'll try everything possible not to let history repeat itself"

" Well I was a fool then! Now I understand the more reason why history should repeat itself" Alvara snapped and with that, the formed a fireball sending it at Hudson who dodged them.

" Alvara..."

" Fight me Hudson... fight me!" Alvara yelled angrily sending Hudson several fireballs which he dodged all of em'.

" I don't want to fight you Alvara and that's because I don't want to hurt you or anybody else!" Hudson expressed.

" I don't care if you don't want to hurt me Hudson...I want to hurt you and I wanna kill you!" Alvara yelled on top her voice and a strong wind following her yell sent Hudson flying and crashing to a wall, falling with a thud on the ground.

Closing her eyes, Alvara felt a rush of power run through her and she started vibrating uncontrollably. Her hands widened and fire started circulating her whole body.

The ground shook uncontrollably as she started levitating off the ground and the sky suddenly started getting dark as lightening stroke continuously. Fear gripped everyone staring at the dark sky.

Blink, Emily, John, Polaris and Eclipse where on their way driving to the location Hudson and Alvara was. Even Madelyn, Maverick and the Frost Sisters where also heading there and so was the Sentinels.

Fire started revolving around Alvara as she levitated and she started turning to fire herself; her hair, eyeballs, hands and legs, all turned to fire. Fear gripped Hudson who managed to stand up, staring at Alvara.

All around the world, a moon out of nowhere started covering the sun and covered it completely, leaving everywhere as dark as ever. Lightening was striking uncontrollably and a very strong wind was blowing everything away both living and non living thing.

Half part of the moon that covered the Sun turned into fire immediately. People where already running Helter skelter, looking for a place to hide themselves.

Turning fully into fire and levitating on air, Alvara turned her attention to Hudson.

" I want to fight you Hudson...I want to kill him you!..." Her thunderous voice boomed the whole universe sending shivers of fear down everyone's spine...
