The killer bacame confused at what was happening. He was wondering how the cops got here immediately.

It was as if someone was hoping he would attack so they would call the cops.

"I repeat, put your gun down or you'll be shot multiple times. You're surrounded and outnumbered" Laura said again hoping it works as the killer shot up the roof, breaking the ceiling as he climbed up and started running on the roof.

"People of Mystic Hollow, I advice you all to calm down and lay low on the ground. Do not panic, everything is under control" Laura said with a smirk whilst the killer ran.

The blaring of siren was heard.

"Bonnie, tell Laura the cops are here" Elena said to Bonnie who removed the earphone from her ear and handed it over to Laura

"Elena, disconnect the speaker and the alarm so they wouldn't trace it's signal to our system" Laura said as Elena did just that.

"Guys listen to me. Get the cameras and get out of there now. The cops must not know about us. We don't know who the real villains are yet so we can't give ourselves away" Laura said while the Freaks went to the spots they kept their cameras and started taking them down.

"We're done. What should we do now?" Alex asked.

"Nope, you're not done. There's one more camera left" Laura said as she operated and zoomed the video.

"There is a basement that leads to a tunnel and it connects to Mystic Hollow Hospital, I mean outside the hospital--"

"Yes I see it. What do we do?" Elena asked.

"Go there now, that's your only exit without being seen by the cops and don't forget to remove the camera" Laura said as they ran towards the basement after taking the lift down.

Elena removed the camera as they got to the basement and followed the tunnel.

"Yes!' Bonnie said excitedly as she and Laura hugged each other.

"I'm going to make sandwich, this calls for a celebration" Laura said as she walked to the kitchen. (Written by Naomi Innocent)

The sheriff and her squad were there already as they search for the man that pulled the trigger.

They interrogated the people there as they gave account of what happened.

"So you mean that we talked to you guys just now that everything is under control?" Sheriff Ruth asked one of the security men who nodded.

Sheriff stared at Kate who was probably taking photos of the scene.

"Something fishy is going on" Ruth said to Kate who agreed.

"Is anyone hurt?" Manson asked an old lady as he helped her up.

"No.. Not at all. The cops were fast enough to surround him" The old lady said as Manson stared at Vera and Crane who were as lost as he was.

"Spread out people, search for anything you can find" Ruth told them as they spreaded out, observing the environment.

"Guys, you need to see this" Crane screamed from the alarm room, seeing wires scattered everywhere.

"Damn" Vera said when she got there.

"Seems it has been disconnected from it's source else we would have tracked who did this" Ruth said as she heard Manson's voice from the power supply room while Kate and Crane went there to observe and took shot of what they saw.

Sophia couldn't believe that she was almost killed and Peter saved her life.

Maybe he knew about the killing that' was why he was there with her all along, trying to get her away from there but she was too stubborn.

But why would the killer want to kill her and how did Peter know about it? Right now, the only thing she think of is how she owe Peter her life.

She staggered home as she thought of what happened and tears kept flowing down her cheeks.

(What if Peter wasn't there to save her and she died?) She thought as she walked home like a zombie that just escape another death.

A knock was heard at the door as Bonnie ran to it while Laura set the dinning.

"I'll take that" Bonnie said racing to the door.

Opening it, she saw Elena and the rest who looked haggard and tired as she pulled them all to a hug.

"You guys did it!" She said as Alex carried her and they all walked to the room.

"No, we did it" Elena said with a smile as Laura took turn to hug them.

"Come on guys, we've had a long day. Let's eat" she said as they all walked to the dining.

"I'm starving" Peter said as they settled down while Laura went to the cabinet and brought a bottle of wine with five glasses.

"I'll feed you" Bonnie said to him with a smile.

"No thanks, I have hands you know" He said turning her down.

Laura served the wine as she poured each and everyone of them a drink

"No no no, she can't drink wine" Alex said as Bonnie frowned.

"she's not turning it to a habit, it's just a treat for a job well done" Laura said as Bonnie smiled and winked at Alex who huffed at her.

"Ok, just this once and no more" Alex whined as they started eating.

"Wow! This is so delicious" Peter confessed as they commended Laura for a job well done.

They talked on how the killer went numb when Laura disguised herself as the cops while addressing him as they laughed.

"Guys, I wanna make a suggestion" Bonnie said as they munched on their sandwiches urging her to go on.

"You know, I don't like the way the killer stared at Peter" She stated.

"I didn't see him staring at me" Peter said with a shrug as she rolled her eyes.

"Yh, because you weren't the one viewing the scene through the camera" Bonnie stated as she drank from her glass of wine.

"I think Bonnie has a point there" Elena said.

"So what is she trying to insinuate?" Alex asked within mouthful of sandwich as they all stared at Bonnie.

"I think we should be more careful. For now we aren't the target of the killer. Let's not make him put us in his bad list. If he is someone that knows the nooks and crannies of Mystic Hollow, then probably he would know us from genesis. like Elena, her mom is the sheriff, so everyone knows her. And I and Alex, our dad is a cop, making it two. Then Peter and Laura always hang out with us, don't you think if the killer really spot us, it would be very easy for him to find us?" Bonnie suggested as they saw meaning in her words.

"Bonnie is right. If the killer is going about hiding under a mask, he is probably someone we all know" Laura pointed out.

"Well then, how about we make our own masks. Since we ain't permitted to see his face. He ain't permitted to see ours too" Elena said as they nodded in affirmative.

"All for one" Laura said placing her hand on the air as they all placed theirs on top hers.

"And one for all" the rest echoed.

"Well, let's get this party started" Elena said.
