Chapter 6: Chapter 6

I walked to my closet to get dressed but suddenly felt tired and sleepy. It's my usual rest or should I say sleep day. I'm supposed to sleep today since I sleep only once in two days. Surprise right?. My kind of vampire is weird and rare. That's the reason they believed I will be a threat to the world. I blinked my eyes, trying to stop myself from sleeping. I yawned tiredly. There's no way I can stop this. I decided to rest for a while before getting dressed up.

I opened my eyes and gasped. I must have slept for a long time cause the sun was down when I woke up. I blinked my eyes rapidly, did I sleep for this long?. I stood up and went into the bathroom to take a bath. When I was done, I got dressed in blue sweatpants and a sweatshirt. I paired it with white sneakers. I walked into the room and sat down on the bed. "Gary!!"

He ran into the room and kneel quickly, bowing his head. "Yes, my lord"

"Get two of the cars ready. We're heading to the Island pack"

"Yes, my lord"

"One driver will do. You're to ride in the same car with my pet. I'll ride alone"

"Yes, my lord"

"Go and get everything ready. I'll be out soon"

He stood up, bowed, and left. I sigh and stood up, walking towards the mirror. I gave my hair the last touch. And checking myself for the last time in the mirror, I left my room for my mother's. Two guards were at the door. They bowed when they saw me. "Good day my lord"

I rolled my eyes. "Is my mother in?"

"No my lord, she is in the throne room" one of the guards answered

I turned in the direction of the throne room but turned back immediately. "And Amaya?"

"She inside"

"Is she ok?" I asked, remembering mom said she needed some herbs

'No, she is sick"

I opened the door with my eyes and walked in. Maya was laying on a bed beside mom's bed. I walked up to her. "Amaya?". She opened her eyes and smiled wearily at me. I sat down beside her. I don't know why I feel so attached to her. "How are you?"

"Fine, I guess"

I stretched my hand to her and touch her. "You're running temperature"

She nodded. "Have you seen my sister?". I shook my head negatively. She sigh. "She promised to get me some herbs. It's been two hours now and I haven't seen her. Do you think she has gone to the werewolves' territory alone?"

l stared at her in shock. Who will want to do that?. "Can she do that?"

She nodded. "She will do whatever she has to do to save me" I rolled my eyes. That girl can't be serious!!. "Please can you go in search of her?". I rolled my eyes. Why will I want to do that?. "Please!!" I groaned. "Please. She might be in danger" she made a puppy face and I find myself giggling. Gosh, this girl has had a great impact on me. She pouted her lips and I laughed.

"Ok, I'll go in search of your sister, ok?"

She held my hand. "Thank you so much, Damien" she blinked her eyes beautifully and I chuckled. "Do you always flirt with older men, even on the sickbed?"

She chuckled. "No, but maybe you're too cute to resist"

I rolled my eyes. She isn't anyway like her sister. She's a cute little angel. Beautiful and charming.  "Maya?" I called but there wasn't any answer. I stared at her cute little face as she sleeps peacefully. How easy it is for her to sleep. I covered her and stood up. I turned to leave but she held my hand.

"Please keep my sister safe" I turned to face her. She was still sleeping and her mouth wasn't moving either. She must have said that in her mind, I thought.

I held her hand and dropped it down. "I will, I promise"

I walked out of the room and went to the throne room. Mom was pacing around. She stopped when she saw me. "Have you seen her?"

I furrowed my brows. "Seen who?"

She stared at me in shock. "He doesn't even know!!"

"Know what? Stop keeping me in the dark, mother"

She folded her hands and stared at me. "Where is your pet?"

I rolled my eyes. "I don't know. I....."

"You don't know!!"

I groaned. "How do you expect me to know?"

She glared at me, her eyes changing color. She walked towards me and I moved backward. "Tell me, what sort of a son are you!!"

I rolled my eyes. "I'll go look for her"

"You'd better do!!" She yelled

I left the throne room and went to the car park. Gary was already waiting for me. He walked towards me and knee. "My lord, I can't find Elmira"

I walked past him and opened the car door without touching it. "Get into the car!"

I rushed into the car and I entered. "Give me the car key" he passed it to me. I start the car and drove off

The drive to the werewolves' territory was fast. I stopped the car and stepped out. Two werewolves were on guard. "Follow behind me"

We walked closer to them and they bowed immediately. Despite being despised by werewolves, they still accord me my respect and the son of the Alpha and as the future Alpha.

"Have you seen any human?. A young lady with a fragile body. I think brown hair"

"Yes, my lord"

I sigh. "Where is she?"

"She's been taken by the council"

I blinked my eyes. "You took her to the council?"

"We thought she was a spy"

I groaned. "Really? Which of you took her to the council?"

"I... I ... I ... I did" one of the guards stuttered

I lift him. "You took her to the council?"

"Ye... Yes. I'm so sorry"

I smiled. "Where did they take her?"

"To... To... To the sacred room". The scared room?. My eyes changed from emerald green to red. "Please... Please... Please spare me. Don't kill me"

I brought out the silver pin and raised it to his face. He shivered. "You're a werewolf. This will kill you"

"Please... Please"

I pierced it through his skin and he whined in pain. I squeezed his neck and the pin until he stopped breathing. I dropped him to the floor and turned to face the other guard who was already shivering. I bent to his level. "If anything happens to her, you're dead. Not just you, but everyone around you". I straighten myself and smiled. "Clear this body"

"Ye... Yes... Yes my lord" he stammered vigorously

"Gary!!"

He walked closer to me and bowed. "Yes, my lord"

I smirked. "Let's go have some fun"
