“Great work, Jason” I appreciated him.
“Thanks, mam” he went out of the cabin.
It has been a long time, Chris. Finally, we are meeting.
The phone rang and I picked it up. “Yes, I know that”
“But mam, how are we gonna do this, now?”
“You need to think about it, not me” I cut the call.
I don’t like it when people don’t do their jobs. I am not gonna do theirs.
You are lucky Chris, Jason likes Ashley. Finally, you’ll be mine after I destroy you and her. Public affection, huh? Enough of your celebrations. This is the end of your new born love, Chris. I am gonna end this and very soon.

I woke up the next day. The last day has been such a hectic one. Every day the same thing. Go, do work, and come home. Although being his girlfriend might have made things interesting, it is still boring.
I got up and went in to shower. I remember that I have to have a coffee with ‘Jason’ three days later. He is a total flirt, right?
I sighed and wearing my clothes, I went downstairs.
I made my way towards the living room.
Ahhh who the hell is there!!
“Wh-Who are you?” I asked.
“Guess?”
Huh, I am gonna kill you, Chris.
“You are so dead, Chris!” I said and he laughed. I switched on the light.
“Why the hell are you here!?”
“Come on. Your boyfriend came to pick you up and you are saying this!?”
“Huh” I sighed and he came to me. He hugged me.
“Are you alright?” I questioned.
“Hm-mh. I am” he replied.
“I won’t ever wanna lose you, Ash. If someday, I go on the wrong path, wake me up okay?”
Why is he talking like this?
“Yeah, same here, Chris” I replied and he smiled at me.
“So… breakfast?” I questioned.
“Hm definitely. Will I get something you made?”
“Nope”
“Why?”
“Because…” I went to the kitchen and he followed me. “I don’t want you to get admitted to a hospital”
“You know I can eat anything you prepare” he winked at me.
“Yup, but I can’t give you. So, go back, we are gonna order”
“Order? You order regularly?”
“Um… 3 times a week?”
“And the rest of the days?”
“There is a shop around the corner”
“Seriously Ash? Why not a restaurant? They are so near”
“Yeah they are but I am not a billionaire!” I laughed.
“You are my girlfriend plus you are my PA. They will give you food for free”
“But that’d be your loss!”
“Are you for real?” he came to me. “let’s go”
“Where?”
“Restaurant!”
We reached a restaurant and it was fabulous. He ordered food for me and himself.
“Hm… how do you know my favorite food?”
“Have we met, Ms. Ashley?” he mimicked.
“Okay fine, it was not in my resume. So?”
“Come on. I am your boyfriend” he said and I smiled.
“Okay”
The food came real fast.
I was eating it and didn’t realize he already did and was staring at me. Not like stare, but yeah, stare.
It is not my fault! The food is so delicious. And for someone middle class like me? God, this is heaven.
As I looked a little up to meet his eyes, it turned awkward because he was really looking at me.
“Ah… the food is amazing,” I whispered.
“Glad you like it. We can come here all the time”
“Uhh okay,” I replied and quickly finished my food.
“So, now what, Mr. CEO?” I asked him as I sat back in my chair.
“Let’s go. I wanna take you somewhere”
“Okay” I replied and we went out.
We were in his car and he was driving for the last 49 minutes.
“Tell me, where?” I asked for the sixth time, leaning towards the driver’s seat.
“Nope” he replied the same and kept his eyes on the road.
“Huh,” I sighed and sat back.
Why don’t boyfriends ever tell where they are taking their girlfriends?
“Okay. Guess” he said as he slowed down his speed.
“I don’t know. No clue”
“Okay. Then we’re reaching” he said and I looked in front and we were gonna go round a mountain.
“We’re going to a hill station?” I asked.
“Do you still doubt that?”
I smiled. “Thanks for bringing me here. I love hills and mountains”
He looked at me and stopped the car.
“We haven’t--”
He leaned towards me and slowly kissed me.
“I love you, Ash,” he said.
“I know”
“I truly love you” he repeated.
Hm… I know!
I smiled. “I love you too”
He went back and continued driving.

I finally confessed. I know she might be taking me like some psycho but this time, I am sure I love you. I felt the happiest when I saw you happy, Ash. I was so glad that I made you happy. I can’t even think of living without you. So maybe this is love. Yes, this is love.
We reached the hill station and went inside a hotel.
“So,” I said to her. “One room or two?”
She blushed a little. “I don’t know”
“Tell me, Ash”
“I don’t know!”
I laughed at her shyness.
“I am gonna take one if you don’t say anything”
“I don’t know!” she again said and I smiled.
“One room, please” I requested the receptionist.
“Your room number is 624” she handed me a card. “Thank you for choosing ‘Trevor Hotel’. Hope you have a good time!” she wished us.
“Yes we will” Ash replied and I smiled at her.
We went to our room.
“So,” I said to her. “Now what?”
“Now what?” she looked down, shying.
“I mean, are you hungry?”
She looked up and I could see her blushing. Why is she so shy? Makes me crazier for her.
“Nope” she replied.
“Okay, then?”
She came to me and sat beside me.
“Hm. For how long are we here”
“As long as you want. Our home is only 2 hours away”
“Hm. Okay. I am tired. May I sleep?” she asked.
“Why are you even asking?”
She laughed. “Right”
She slept and I laid beside her. I hugged her and she slept peacefully.
