Chapter 11: Chapter 11
Feeling uneasy, Silvi contacted Vian and asked about the news.
"Just be careful if you just fun with Karin, I will not agree even though you are my idol," Silvi threatened.
Vian laughed while still holding the phone to his ear.
"I'm not just have fun with Karin or anyone. I have nothing to do with Karin either. Neither do Cindy or any other girls."
"No way," said Silvi.
"I saw that you and Karin were so close. The look in your eyes also seemed to have feelings for each other."
"Karin and I are just have a project cooperation agreement. We are close because of that. After that, we may not see each other again."
"Is it really just because of that?"
"You're interviewing me more than a journalist," said Vian.
"It's all about my best friend. I don't want her to be sad."
"Okay, I understand. You must really like Karin. Don't worry, I'm not playing with her and we don't have any kind of relationship either."
"Ok, I am understand," said Silvi later.
"But you said earlier that you won't be seeing Karin again after the project is over. Do you really mean that?"
Vian was silent hearing Silvi's question. He also didn't want his and Karin's relationship to end after the project ended, but Karin wanted that too and he had no reason to keep her by his side.

Karin is busy working on Vian's cafeteria project. She walked to and from, organizing and directing project workers.
"Rest first, the project won't go anywhere either," said Vian as he handed Karin a glass of iced Capuccino.
The girl shook her head and pushed the tall plastic cup away.
"Later."
Karin then immediately rushed back towards the project. But her footsteps tripped and almost fell. Fortunately, Vian swiftly grabbed the girl's hand.
"'I told you to rest first, so don't insist on yourself," Vian scolded. Karin just kept quiet and limped. Vian immediately draped the girl's arms around his neck and walked with supporting her. However, several reporters and fans later came closer. They immediately took photos of Vian and Karin. Karin tried to dodge and covered her face. However, that people kept trying to photograph her.
"Stop it!" Said Vian in a loud voice. The reporters were silent for a moment.
"I'm back alone. Thank you for helping me," said Karin.
"Are you okay?" Vian asked worriedly. Karin just nodded. She then quickly left. Vian silently stared at Karin who was limping away from him. After a while, he turned to the reporters in front of him.
"Don't make gossip news. Don't even post pictures of that girl. If not, I'll sue you. It's better if you delete the photo now," Vian told them.
"If you want to know, thar girl is my employee, not my lover. She works as a designer for the cafeteria that I am building. Apart from work, there is no relationship between us," concluded Vian, who is then walked away from there.

Karin came home with a wrinkled face. Silvi immediately approached that girl.
"What's wrong? Did something happen? I heard reporters came to the project site? Did they take a picture of you and Vian?" Silvi asked in a worried tone.
"It's okay," Karin shook her head.
"Vian took care of them earlier. They won't spread rumors about me and him."
Silvi kept looking at her best friend.
"I thought it was a good thing you closed with Vian, it turned out to be like this."
"Nothing good for it all," Karin said, shaking her head.
"The actor's life is like that. They can't be free. There are always fans and journalists' cameras following them. I can't live like that. Therefore, after this project is finished, Vian and I must be separate."
Silvi nodded and hugged her best friend.
"You must be decide what's best for you, I definitely will always support you."

In the evening, Karin's cell phone rings an incoming call. The girl immediately picked up.
"Are you okay?" asked Edwin who was on the other side. His voice sounded so worried.
"I heard what happened at the Vian project from the workers."
"It's okay, nothing happened. Vian has taken care of them," Karin replied.
"Karin, maybe you should stop. I'm afraid the problem won't stop here. It might even get bigger."
"Just like before, I will quit when the work is over. Don't worry, nothing will happen to me," said Karin.
"Karin, can't we make up? Everything feels boring at work after you left."
"Edwin, isn't there a problem between us? I have reasons not to go back to work there and you know that too, but that doesn't mean our friendship is over. I still think of you as a friend. Now I'm fine, Edwin."
Edwin was silent for a moment and took a deep breath.
"Okay, I get it," he said after a moment.
"As a friend, Karin, if you need help, whatever it is, you can come to me."
"Thanks, Edwin, if I need help, you're the first person I'll turn to."
Edwin said goodbye and then ended the call. The man then stood up from his seat. He lit a cigarette to calm his nervousness. Karin who had left might indeed never come back to him.

Karin parked her bicycle in front of the project site. She then looked around to make sure no reporters had suddenly appeared with mics and cameras.
Vian who also just came saw the girl with a smile. He then immediately got out of the car and crept behind the girl.
"Are you going to steal?" he scolded. Surprised, Karin almost fell. Vian immediately pulled Karin into a hug. The girl's eyes widened at Vian.
"You just surprised me," she said, trying to loosen the hug, but Vian still hugged her tightly.
"Do you remember our first meeting? You hit me, tore my clothes, even fell on me and ..." Vian stopped his words.
"You're still the same. Careless and always fall. Make people around you suffer the consequences," said Vian later.
"Sorry," Karin said later. Vian smiled and looked at the girl. Karin also smiled.
"What are you doing?" said a voice. Vian and Karin both turned their heads and saw Cindy standing not far from them.
The girl then quickly walked over to him. She immediately pushed Karin away from Vian.
"How dare you seduce and approach Vian, don't you know that Vian is mine?" Cindy snapped at Karin.
"I'm not yours," said Vian.
"Your feelings for me are only one sided and you know it, so don't tell that I'm yours!"
"Vian!" Cindy exclaimed, taking the man's hand. Tears streamed down her face. However, Vian immediately withdrew his hand. The man didn't seem moved by Cindy's cries and instead hurried away from there with grapped Karin's hand.
