"That revenge...."

"You said that revenge lasts for a life. You said that grudge will continue to bind me with you. I don't want that to happen. I want that after the cafeteria project ends, your grudge ends too. How about it. I will doing the cafeteria project," said Karin, cutting off Vian's words.

Vian was silent for a moment. His hands gripped the steering wheel tightly. Actually he wasn't angry with the girl, it's just that afterwards, he didn't know what excuse he could use to meet Karin.

"You're threatening me. What if I don't comply? If I ignore the cafeteria project, then I'll still be able to get my revenge. Don't you think so?" Vian asked a moment later. This time it was Karin who was silent for a while.

"Well, it's up to you. I still can't beat you, can I?" She said.

Vian smiled and nodded.

"Since you said sorry and so sweet, then I will give in. I chose you to finish the cafeteria project. After that, my revenge will be over."

Karin smiled and nodded.

"Agreed," she said, holding out her hand. Vian immediately shook the girl's hand back.

"Silvia!" called Karin when she just got home.

"Are you fine? Did something happen between you and Vian?" asked that girl who was screaming loud out with wearing an apron and holding a wooden spoon.

She was cooking when her best friend called her loudly.

"Nothing happened," Karin said.

"Tell me, why did Vian come here? Did you tell him to come?"

"Tsk, tsk, tsk," Silvi shook her head.

"Your suspicions are really unfounded. Vian is a grown man and also a famous actor. How can I tell him to come to this house? If he came, it must be because of his own will to meet you."

Karin sighed then stepped to sit on the chair. Silvi followed and sat beside her.

"So tell me, who do you choose? Vian or Edwin?" She asked, eyes sparkling with curiosity.

"Choose what? As for to be my lover, I wouldn't choose them, because there's nothing feeling between us."

"Okay, okay, it's up to you. Oh yes, I was annoyed at Edwin because he had fired you, but when I saw he was so sad because you left with Vian, I couldn't bear it," said Silvi.

"In any case I will not choose them. After all is done, I will start a new job and will not see them again," said Karin.

"I wouldn't be that sure if I were you. Those two guys, I see they really like you. I have a feeling, they won't stop chasing you."

"Vian!" call Cindy when Vian just got home from the apartment.

"Where have you been? I never even saw you."

"Come on, Cindy, I'm tired. I just want to rest right away," said Vian, pulling his hand away from Cindy, who was tightly hanging on to him.

"Vian, you must be know that no matter what happens, I will still love you."

"Cindy, I've told you many times, I don't have any other feelings for you. So go ahead and find another man and forget about me."

Cindy sobbed. He then turned to Vian who had entered and closed the door.

"Vian, if love were so easily forgotten, I would not still love you," she said later.

Not far from them, repeated camera shots sound were heard.

Edwin stepped into the office with unsteady steps. He kept thinking about Karin. He is always with the girl before, why does Karin prefer to choose Vian? Why doesn't Karin even see him who has always been there for Karin?

"Edwin, what are you doing? Are you all right?" asked Anna who immediately walked over. But Edwin shook his head. He didn't want to talk to her now. However, it wasn't Anna if she just stopped. She immediately followed Edwin into his room.

Edwin had just put down his briefcase when Anna came in.

"Anna, I don't want to talk right now. Can you come out and not bother me first?"

"I was going out, but after telling you something."

Edwin opened his mouth to speak, but stopped himself. Maybe he should let Anna talk, then she would come out and not bother him anymore.

"I like you," Anna said, looking at Edwin.

"Anna, I told you...."

Anna raised her hand to ask Edwin to stop talking. The man complied and immediately fell silent.

"I like you, Edwin, as much as you like Karin. You can't stop liking her. Just like you, I can't stop liking you either."

Edwin silently stared at Anna. It was unusual for Anna, who was always aggressive, to talk to her like that.

"I can't stop liking you, even if you don't reciprocate, I will always like you. Isn't this the same as you liking Karin?" asked Anna again. Edwin still remained silent.

"So, let me keep it up, love you and care for you. I want you to know, even though it's not Karin, there's still me who loves you so much. Maybe someday you will also realize that and be able to love me back."

"What if I still can't love you? Anna, don't waste your time waiting for me!" said Edwin.

"What if Karin doesn't love you back? Will you stop loving her?" Anna actually asked back. Edwin just stared in silence.

"Don't tell me to stop, Edwin, because just like how you feel for Karin, I have feelings for you too."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, Aigoo, what is this? What is this?" Silvi shouted after seeing the online news on her cellphone screen.

"What's wrong? Don't overdo it!" scolded Karin who was drawing a sketch as she walked closer and looked at the news that Silvi was reading.

"You believe this? No, you must be not believe it too? How did they say that Vian had an affair with other girl so he left Cindy to have a relationship with that another girl?" said Silvi, pointing at her cell phone.

"Well maybe, the actor world is like that."

Karin was stunned when she saw her photo when she met Vian and collided with that man again.

"People think this girl is another girl. They are now looking for and trying to find her. They don't like her snatching Vian from Cindy," said Silvi, pointing at the photo. Karin rubbed the nape of her neck and laughed nervously.

"Hopefully they never find it," She said. She then returned to the table and tried to calm herself.

'It's best if I don't see Vian again after the cafeteria project is over. It would be bad if people found out that I was that girl. My life will definitely not be calm again,' She muttered to herself.

"Karin, what are you thinking?" Silvi scolds.

"You also know Vian can't be like that, right?"

Karin, who was surprised from her daydream because of her friend's reprimand, just nodded. She then immediately returned to work on the sketch that had been neglected, while Silvi looked suspiciously at Karin.

'What happened? Is it possible that Karin is angry because there is news of Vian with another girl?' She asked herself.
