I rolled my eyes at him. “Should I kick you out of my room?”

“Then get your ass up and lock the fucking door.’

I smiled and closed my eyes.
“Please don’t leave me, Gerard. I will do anything to make us stay together.’
“I heard you threatened Emily, Oceana. What the hell are you doing?’
“Must you always get mad at me for everything? I did what I had to. She called me a whore.’
“That’s why you kept her in prison? Are you mad or something?’
“I’m not mad. You are my mate, Gerard. I will not hand you over to her. You are mine.’
“So have I become some property that you have to not let me go.’
She grabbed my collar with tears in her eyes. “Please, I love you so much, Gerard. Be my mate and I will never let go of you. I will fight till my last breath. I’m ready to face the pack now. I don’t care if we are siblings. Siblings fuck each other, right?’

I jerked out of bed with tears in my eyes. My body felt feverish.
“Ivy.’ Amoux came closer to me.
My eyes widened the minute he touched me.
“What happened? Did you have a horrible dream?’
I nodded. “It’s about a girl coming to me. I can’t recall the rest of the dream. It just feels like I’ve seen her somewhere before and my head hurts.’ I winced as I rubbed my head with both hands.
“I think you should stay inside for a while and have a good rest.”
“Yeah, you are right?.’
“Should I get you some water?
“Yes, you should. I’m pretty thirsty.’
Amoux went out of my room to get some water, and I sighed and rested my head on the headboard of my golden bed.
Crap! It hurts.
Amoux’s Pov.
I rushed downstairs to go get some water for my brother but stopped in my tracks.
I knew that Alpha. She is Oceana Daciana, the princess of the ten realms and the Mackenzie Clan, who recently got married to one of her father’s best friend’s sons.

The minute I saw her, I felt like tearing her apart, limb by limb.
It filled my guts with hatred. I had known she was Garold’s wife, but what I didn’t know was, she would mistake me for Gerard.
After what her family did to my people, she wants to be with Gerard.
No, I will never let her see him. He had suffered enough in her hands.
Oceana will never see Gerard again because he is dead.
Oceana, stay the fuck away from my family. The next time we see each other, it wouldn’t be funny.

Carmine’s POV.
I kissed Star as we both went to our room.
“Do you think it’s okay to leave her in the living room?”
“Yeah, it is.’
Star smiled. ‘She must really love Gerard so much, doesn’t she?’
“She loves him to death, love.’ I replied.
“But don’t you think it is too much…”
“I don’t know the reason she doesn’t want to forget about him. I keep asking myself what the damn reason is, but I can’t find the solution to it.”
“I know you miss him.’ Star blurted out. “You don’t have to hide it. He was like a brother to you. You love him so much that even till now, you are still looking for him.’
“Fuck, Star.’ I went over to him and hugged him.
He was right and tonight, he was sexy as hell.
Oceana’s Pov.
I got home the next morning and saw Garold and Nolana having a wonderful time during breakfast.
“Mom,” she came down from the table and ran towards me.
I hugged her.
“Mom, I miss you so much. Where have you been? Dad told me if you went to visit grandma and grandpa, you wouldn’t be able to come back because of the traffic on your way home.’
“Oh, really.’ I saw Garold stony stare at me. I faked a smile and nodded. “Yes, sweetheart. I couldn’t come because of our grandparents, but everything is fine now. How is Damien?!’
“He is taking his piano lessons. Mom, I want Dad to get me admitted into a dance class.’
“Why do you want to dance, dear?’
“I love dancing and I just can’t wait to join Chloe in class.’
“So, Chloe is in a dance class?’
“Yes, mother. And I hope to join her soon, you know. Please put me there.’
“Okay, why don’t you go play in your room? Then, after I take my bath and have some refreshments, we will talk about it, okay?’
“Alright, Mom.’ she beamed and ran upstairs barefooted to her room.
“Where the fuck have you been since yesterday? I tried calling your line, but it didn't go through.’
“I was at Carmine’s house.’ I swallowed.
“Why?’
“I…I just went there for a visit. I needed to see him.’
“Concerning Gérard?’
My heart nearly stopped.
“You think I will never know the reason you were not home yesterday? I fucking know the reason and I am not dumb. Amoux called me last night and told me you stalked him and his elder brother. He called you a creep for mistaking him and his elder brother for your stupid dead Alpha and gave a stern warning to stop following him.’
“He’s not dead.’ I shouted.
“Are you shouting at me, Oceana?’
I went mute.
He came forward. “You are such a suffocating idiot, Oceana, and I sometimes regret getting married to you. I feel like I made some big mistake putting you in my home as my wife. What do you want from me? I gave you my life, my wealth, my son, my love and showered everything on your daughter. I took care of her. I loved her because of you. I fell in love with you, but what did you do? You took my love for granted all because of your selfish desires. Do you think I am a fool?”

“For almost six years now, you still can’t get him out of your mind?’ he roared. “Don’t you think you are taking this too far, stalking someone else, because he fucking looks like that fool?
