“I don’t want to repeat my words again, Oceana, behave your fucking self.’ he walked out on me and slam the door shut.

I sighed and fell to the floor feeling exhausted and I haven’t had my bath properly since yesterday.

I must reek of heat.

Ivy’s Pov.

I wiped my sweat off my face and neck as I entered the penthouse in my workout clothes.

My parents were having breakfast, and the place was sort of noisy.

“Hey, Ivy,’ my mom called out to me.

“Hi, mom.’ I went to her and kissed her on the cheek, and greeted my father as well. I hugged my siblings and cousins.

“Eww. You are sweating, bro.’

“Yeah, I need to take a bath, cousin.’

“You could come have breakfast with us before you eat. After all, you don’t smell when you sweat, unlike Amoux.’

Amoux jogged along with me. He waved at everyone and sat down to have breakfast.

“Mom, I just heard what you said about me.”

Everyone laughed.

“I don’t smell.’

“Yes, you do.’ she laughed.

I smiled and sat down on one chair with my son, who came over to me and sat down on my lap.

“Are you comfortable, Damon?’

He nodded. “Dad, can we go play sometime? I miss playing with you and it’s been so long.’

I laughed and poked his cheek. “Sure! Where do you wish to play, son?’

“At the Water Park?’

“You are a wolf. Why do you like places where there is water?’

“It’s because I’m a black wolf, Dad.’

“Okay, if you wish to go there, I will take you after I’m done with my bath and when you are back from school, okay?’

“Okay, Dad.’

“Do you want some chicken, Ivy?’ Diana asked.

“Sure!’ I nodded. She served me more chicken and some vegetables. I ate them happily and had lots of conversations and discussions with my family.

It was fun.

I went out for a walk the next day and got to the gym so I could practice my workout. It’s been a month since I’ve gone to the gym and even though I just started yesterday, my body was killing me.

Let’s do this. I carried some weight and also exercised my legs.

Done with a workout. I put a towel across my shoulder and walked back home to take a warm bath.

My day was pretty good, and I enjoyed it.

My family, as usual, was having the funniest part of their lives playing games as I strode upstairs to get ready for work.

I got to my room, seeing Diana in her nightwear.

“What are you doing in my room, Diana?’

Though she is my wife, we don’t sleep in the same room.

I just love my privacy and why is she here?

“You.’ I said.

“Oh, I came to arrange your room and give you some drugs since tonight is the full moon.’

“Oh.’ I walked up to her, took the water and the drugs she brought for me and gulped it, giving her back the glass cup.

“Thanks.’

But why is she almost naked, though?

“You are welcome.’ she beamed and gave me a hug.

“Are you feeling okay?’ she began kissing and licking my neck.

“Yes, Diana.’ Why was I getting uncomfortable?

“It’s been five years, Gerard, we haven’t…”

“Can you excuse me? I have some work at the office, Diana. I will see you later. Please excuse me.’

I stepped away from her and rushed to the bathroom and gave a long sigh.

“This is bad. Why do I keep running away from her? She is my wife, isn’t she?!’ I muttered to myself. “We have a son together. Why do I always feel that she is not my wife? She doesn’t belong to me. Maybe I’m going insane, jeez.’

I got to work to arrange some documents, and my day was just as normal as usual.

I went to Ever Garden to have some fun for myself. I need to release some stress from my body by having some ice cream.

I got into my Lamborghini and drove straight to the restaurant.

I arranged my silver suit properly with my black shoes and went inside admiring the luxurious restaurant, which felt like paradise, only to bump into a little girl.

I looked down at the girl with my eyes wide open.

She was beautiful. Wow, who was the mother of this little kitty?

“Ouch! She rubbed her forehead with a frown. I bent down and held her shoulders.

“What is it? Are you okay? Did I hit you so hard?’

“No!’ she shook her head. “Next time you should watch where you are going.’ She muttered with a pout.

Wow, she had the most beautiful voice I have ever heard.

So cute. It makes me want to adopt someone like her as my daughter.

“I’m sorry, cutie pie,’ I apologized with a smile. “I didn’t see you.’

“Did you just call me cutie pie?’ she smiled.

“Yes.’ I laughed. “Do you like it?’

“Well, I do and will call you “Mr Handsome’ mister.’

I chuckled. “Wait, you mean I am handsome?’

“Yes, you are handsome. More than my Dad,’

“Really.’ I laughed.

“Yes, can you help me tie my shoelaces? It’s pretty loose.’ She pointed at her shoe with her little finger.

“Alright, cutie pie.’ I tied both laces, and she came to my cheek and kissed me.

I was stunned.

“Thank you, Mr Handsome.’ she smiled.

I touched my cheek in bewilderment, staring at this little girl with bright features before me.

“You are welcome.’ I said.

I was surprised not because she kissed my cheek, but because she reminded me of someone.

“My shoes are pretty loose, Gerard. Can you help me tie them?’

I bent down to tie them and she kissed me on my cheeks with the red lipstick on her lips.

“Thank you, Gerard.’ she beamed.

“Did you just put lipstick on my cheek?’

“Yes.’ she giggled and began running away from me.

“Hey! Come here.’

Why does this feel like this has happened to me before?

Why does this little girl feel like déjà vu and what are these voices and memories I’m seeing right now?

“Nolana.’ a lady came running to her.
