Brian's Pov

I really don't know the best place for the both of us to have a wonderful date together. I can't think of anything other than stealing a glaze at her from time to time and inhaling her sweet fragrance making me go wild for her love.

"How about taking her to a quite place for a picnic?" A suggestion popped on my head.

"I think it's perfect like that, I need to tell Aaron of the place we're going so he can inform the driver of our destination." I contemplated and called him over the phone.

"What's up bro, Is she making you lose control of your emotion as you're sited right next to her?" He asked before I could utter a word the moment he picked the call.

"Tell the driver to take us to my private quarters." I stated and end the call. I don't wanna start exchanging words with him in front of my fiancee, I know of a way to tease him so bad but first I want this date to be more perfect and unforgettable than the first one.

Chloe's Pov

After minutes of the journey, we finally got to a place which looks more like a pent house and got outta the car.

The pent house is so beautiful and so high like a skyscraper. He really must have a lot of this all around the world.

"This is my pent house here in New York City, It's one of the quiet and peaceful place to be that's why I thought of bring you here. Do you like the place?" He asked.

"It nice here, I love it." I answered.

"Let me show you around," He uttered and stretch forth his hand towards me and added, "I know this place very well, I'll show you around just the both of us."

"What's he trying to do? I thought he said we're gonna have a date does this means this is the date?" I pondered either to accept his proposal or decline.

"Okay," I responded and placed my hand on his as we both head inside leaving Aaron and the bodyguards behind.

We walk inside the pent house still with our hands locked together, the interior weren't looking bad and was worth billions of money. Really, he's a multi billionaire businessman who has achieved great things.

"This is the first layer of the building, let proceed to the second layer." He said calmly in a soft tone.

"Sure, it looking magnificent." I uttered unable to deny the fact how the place looks.

"Thank you, let me show you to the other sides as well." He stated and smiled.

"Okay," I replied and nod my head smiling.

He's really a nice man, I'm getting a little free around him but love chemistry can't work between the both of us except as friends that might work out.

"Let go then," He said as we begin climbing the steps.

"Watch your steps darling, sorry I mean Chloe," He added correcting himself.

"How come he knows so much as to where the stairs are and walking carefully on it? It's really confusing as to how a blind man would know every bit of his movement like someone who sees everything also why would he call me darling when we aren't even so close either have we known one another for long. Could any of this be a coincidence or I'm only deliberating over a mole outta nothing on this matter?" I wondered confused with everything.

"But he did say he knows his every moves around this place so it clearly not a coincidence. It's his pent house after all, he will know every corners around." said my subconscious mind.

We got to the second layer of the pent house and it was magnificent as well. Everything looks super good and breath seizing and that's how we kept going all round the layers until we got to the last layer which was the seven and last.

The interior in the floor looks great as well but the place looks more like his private lounge.

"Where is this place?" I found myself asking.

"This is my personal lounge, nobody knows about this layer not even Aaron but here you're the first person to step foot today." He expressed.

"Why me?" I asked.

"Because you're gonna be my life partner so you need to know everything about me and I hope you'll be able to give me a place in your life as well." He confessed.

He really is serious about this relationship, I just hope my heart believes and trust him but I don't wanna fall into another man's trap again that's why am scared to trust and open up things with him but what he just did now shows I can trust him.

"Okay, I'll tell you more about myself." I stated.

"I'll be so glad to listen to all of it." He further expressed and urge us to take a sit on a couch at the end of the lounge as I begin to tell me about my relationship with Joseph.

After telling him all about myself, he was pissed off about what Joseph did but assured me, he isn't anywhere like Joseph or any other guys who would hurt a lady's feeling but my heart hasn't taken it in but I hope what he said is the truth.

After that, we had chicken sandwich and a list of other meals for lunch and talked about random stuffs.

I can't remember the last time I had a discussion with anyone like this but with Brian, my soon to be husband, it feels so good like a heavy load being taken away off my shoulder as I shared a bit of my past with him.

Brian's Pov

After having the wonderful lunch together with her and opening up and feeling free with each other we were on our way back downstairs when she lost balance and was about falling off when I caught her right on time by the waist as gushing feelings and desire to pull her closer to myself and kiss her succulent lip surfaced my head.

We both stayed on the spot staring at each other while my breath was fanning her neck which was so tempting and making me salivate with the attempt to place a wet kiss on the neck.

I felt like devouring every inch of the opened tempting neck right to her lip but I can't do that knowing the situation between us.

"Brian, control yourself man!" A loud voice yelled on my head and I came back to my right senses pulling away from her slowly to make her stand on her feet once again.

"Are you hurt?" I asked.

"No, I'm fine thank you for saving me right away." She answered and added sounding suspicious, "but how do you know I lost my balance?"

Damn! I was over taking things far too much forgetting my act.

"I followed the sound you made and luckily I was fast to have caught you." I uttered sounding firm to make her believe the words.

"Oh, I thought as much." She replied lowly.

"Shall we head back now?" I inquired.

"Yes," She approved as I reach out to her hand which she accepted without a thought on as we head back downstairs.
