It was as if Emma's father had already prepared for Kayden's arrival since the guards at the gate had denied him entrance.

They shut the gate and he couldn't drive in with his car, no matter how hard he tried.

He could, but he would damage his car and end up k*lling so many guards at the same time, and still won't be able to gain entrance.

The castle had thick walls which couldn't be broken down, and already five hundred soldiers were there blocking the entrance.

"King Derick, you better come out of this castle with your f*cking daughter. Or I swear to you, what I will do to the entire castle will shock you" Kayden didn't make it sound like a threat, it was a warning.

Despite all the guards that were protecting the entrance of the castle, Derick, Emma's father, was still scared.

He always knew Kayden as someone who would never back out of a war, not even in the toughest times. Even when his kingdom was attacked, he would be amongst the soldiers to fight.

He had heard many fearful stories about him, he didn't want to be a victim of Kayden's anger ,but it was already too late.

Even king Derick, did not know how Heaven ended up in the castle's dungeon.

Inside Emma's castle

"I said I didn't do it, dad, why don't you just trust the words that are coming out of my mouth?.

I had nothing to do with her disappearance" Emma was creating a scene, as she kept on denying having a hand in Heaven's disappearance.

"So she just magically appeared in our castle from nowhere I presume?!" King Derick thundered at his daughter. He felt like she was lying straight to his face.

"I don't know whether she disappeared from her castle and appeared here or not, but I had nothing to do with it.

I have told you this before, and I am going to keep telling you this" she was giving him so much attitude.

The way she was acting, clearly showed that she was frustrated by him asking her the same question over and over again.

She walked away from him, rubbing her palm on her forehead vigorously. She knew it wouldn't take too long before Kayden would be able to force his way inside the castle.

She soon heard some screams and it didn't take long for her father to look at her, as they both rushed outside to see what was going on.

Kayden had knocked down almost all the soldiers.

"Dad?" She looked very scared as she looked at her father with teary eyes.

Blood was on everyone and everywhere, some of the soldiers had their hands chopped off, others had their heads removed, and some of them had no legs.

Some of them were burnt to death, and she couldn't even imagine what he was going to do to her when he finally got to her.

She quickly ran upstairs, and hid in her father's closet. He knew her room would be the first place he would go looking for her. She was doomed!.

"WHERE IS SHE?!!" Kayden kicked King Derick in his stomach, making him fly off, and hitting his back on the ground with so much force.

"I don't know where she is, '' he confessed, holding his stomach and bleeding from his mouth. He had so much blood pouring out of his mouth

"You still want to protect her huh?.

We will just have to see how long you will be willing to keep her under your protection" Kayden smirked, and slowly walked towards where he laid almost lifeless. Picking him up and throwing punches at his face.

"Get that sl*t you call a daughter out for me, or I'll k*ll you,and still k*ll her later on" He grabbed his collar, and flung him across the room like a piece of rag.

"She ran upstairs, ple..uhh.." king Derick struggled to breathe as Kayden grabbed his neck and was choking him.

Kayden didn't look like he would let go of him, even if the whole world came crumbling down.

Kayden's eyes were red, not the normal kind of red, there was bloodshot red, and darkness filled his eyes as well.

"Hmmm" Kayden growled and released his grip on his neck, running upstairs.

He was about to enter her room, but he couldn't perceive her scent coming from that angle.

"She must have guessed that I would search for her here first" he grinded his teeth.

"Emma, come out wherever you are hiding!!!!. If you don't I will set the castle ablaze with you and me in it, and there is nothing your father would be able to do about it" Kayden warned her.

Emma was shaken up, she remained in the closet, sweating so much. She folded her knees so they touched her chin, while she curled her hands around her knee like a little cat.

She kept on swallowing her saliva, trying to calm herself down but she was too scared to think straight.

Her father's closet was very big, so she was comfortable, while she hid away. Kayden walked down the hallway, searching every room.

As he went into King Derrick's room, he opened the door and saw no one. He even checked the bathroom, and was about to leave when her scent became so strong.

He looked around and found King Derrick's clothes scattered on the floor near the closet door.

"EMMA I AM GOING TO GIVE YOU ONE LAST CHANCE TO COME OUT!" Kayden warned but she remained in her position.

He tried to open the door but she had locked it from the inside, if only she knew that it would take more than a locked door to stop him.

He practically ripped the door off its hinges, and dragged her out like a criminal.

"Kayden, I can explain" she stuttered and was rewarded with a slap by the back of his manly hands, sending her to the floor and almost an early grave.

"Did you take Heaven to the dungeon or not?" Kayden asked her in a very low and frightful voice.

"God helps you, you f*cking lie to me" He warned her, when he noticed she had already opened her mouth in an attempt to voice out words.

"Technically, my guards did" she looked around, for nothing in particular.

"EMMA!!" He thundered and his voice filled the room.

"I'm sorry, I was just jealous. And I didn't want her to take you from me. Kayden, I love you so much please" she hurriedly stood up from the floor, and flung her arms around him. Hugging him so tightly, more like squeezing him.

He pulled her away from him, and gave her another slap on her other cheek.
