Brody's POV

I closed the windows and put down the curtains. "Today was fast, I can't believe it's night already." Karen murmured.

She helped me arrange the bedspread and we sat on the bed. The doctor had me discharged from the hospital quickly so I could rest a little before traveling back to meet my family.

My mind drifted to Helen, she had really suffered a lot and losing a baby was just not the best thing to experience right now. Even though she had this funny and annoying behavior, I loved her more than anyone. I didn't want anything bad to happen to her and her child because I know what I've been through.

"So we're leaving for Texas tomorrow?" Karen suddenly asked, jerking me back to reality.

I gave her a shaky laugh. "Yeah, I can't wait to go back. I can't wait to see Helen, I don't know what she would be going through right now."

Karen placed her head on my chest. "Everything would be alright, I'm sure about that."

"Funny enough, I've got you and I don't need anything else. I didn't even know I could fall in love."

She chuckled softly. "I also couldn't imagine falling in love with you. I thought you were this proud man who would take me for a fool."

"I'm no longer interested in signing the contract" I mimicked her and she laughed. It was the day we met in Bill's office to sign the contract and she had gotten angry and refused to sign the contract.

"To hell with your signature." She mimicked me in a deep masculine voice and I chuckled.

"Really? What made you sign that motherfucking contract? I thought you wouldn't sign it. You were so angry that day, you told we had sex when we didn't."

She smiled cheekily. "I needed that money, one million dollars was a huge amount of money and I was not ready to reject the contract."

"You were actually not ready, I could see it in your eyes that day. You cringed immediately and he reminded you of the amount of money for the contract."

She nudged me with an elbow, embarrassed. "But I have you now and I don't need the money anymore because you're more than anything I could ever wish for in this life." She admitted with a broad smile on her face.

I tickled her and she giggled excitedly and jumped on the floor. "Don't injure yourself." I cautioned jokingly and she threw a pillow at me.

"My husband," she called out in a hilarious voice.

"My wife," I replied with exhilaration.

She winked at me and removed her night gown. "What are you doing?" I asked, confused.

"The last time I wasn't really sure if we had sex or not so I want to be sure this time."

She took off her bra and my eyes widened. Why did her breasts look so big? There was only one way to find out even though I didn't want to be too forward.

"Karen, are you sure about this?"

"I'm not drunk this time and besides, we're legally married. I should have done this on our wedding night but I was so scared of approaching you."

I giggled excitedly looking at her naked body. The sight alone made my insides respond with pleasure.

"I don't have a condom." I told her.

A little gasp escaped her lips. "We don't need a condom to have sex." She replied and kissed me. My eyes dark, I watched as she shuddered helplessly and then I was sliding back the length of her body. "I want you, Karen." I whispered against her mouth.

"Oh, Brody, I want you more than anything." She whispered back. She wrapped her arms and legs around me and lifted her hips. She helped me undressed and unable to contain the erotic sensations I was developing, I possessed her with deep, then shallow strokes until her body was shuddering.

She knew she wanted me so much, she wanted this intimacy, she knew she couldn't do without me.

"Can you see how it is between us?" I whispered persuasively as my lips traced a scorching path down her body. I cupped her breast and lifted it towards my mouth, suckling her gently. She couldn't bear it again, she arched up off the bed and her thighs fell open again with pleasure.

Karen's POV

I could hear someone yelling my name from my dream and I slowly opened my eyes. Brody was staring into my eyes and shouting my name. I shrugged and tried to go back to sleep. "Karen, if you don't wake up, I'll leave you behind."

Hugging my pillows, I murmured. "Leave me alone! I want to sleep for a while."

Last night was really intriguing, he was such a professional, I wondered if he went for sex education. "We'll miss our flight." He suddenly screamed and I jumped out of the bed.

Yawning, I removed my clothes and ran into the bathroom. Turning on the showers, I shouted. "Why didn't you wake me up early in the morning."

"You weren't even answering me." He answered.

I had a quick bath and ran out of the bathroom. I selected two gowns from a small bag. "Which gown looks great on me?"

"You should wear the blue one," He suggested and I nodded. Wearing the blue gown, I looked at myself in the mirror. I was looking absolutely beautiful. "You look extremely beautiful. I'm the luckiest man on Earth to have you as my wife." He added.

I chuckled softly and winked at him. "I'm the best in all I do."

He sighed. "Yeah, you're right. I had fun last night and I'm sure you did too." He said adjusting his tie.

"Of course I did. We shouldn't miss our flight." I replied and ran out of the room. Mom held me from running out of the door in a haste and stuffed a piece of chocolate cake in my mouth.

I ate it and hugged her. "I'll miss you mom." I said with a smile.

"Your husband proved to be a nice man. He sent five hundred thousand dollars into my account last night."

My eyes widened in shock. "He didn't tell me."

"He doesn't want you to know but I'm definitely going to stop this business and get myself a good job. Your dad's coming today and I have to cook a fantastic meal for him." She replied.
