She glanced at the dress Emily was putting on and she could tell it cost alot from one glance.

She snorted inwardly, thinking it was  probably Alex who bought it for her. "  What a slut! I'm sure she's dating Alex for his money. I feel like giving her a piece of my mind right now" She thought to herself.

" Alex, who is that hot chick?" Aiden said as he licked his lips, with his gaze on Emily.

" You better get your lecherous eyes off her, " Alexander warned Aiden.

" Come on, are you for real with her? Aiden asked with his brows furrowed.

" You should refer to her as your sister in-law, I already got engaged to her " Alexander said casually and both Caden and Aiden stared at him in disbelief.

" I thought you said you weren't interested in relationships, " Caden said this time.

" My whole narrative changed ever since I met Emily, she's the girl of my dreams " he said sheepishly.

Caden scoffed loudly" she looks so wordly you know? Can you handle a girl like her? " He asked as he pursed his lips.

Alexander's expression turned dark " enough, you too I didn't ask for your opinions. I thought twins are opposite of themselves but you two are thinking alike  " he said sternly.

" Anyways can you introduce me to her? " Aiden said hastily.

" As long as you promise to behave and don't you dare flirt with her " he pointed his finger to Aiden's nose.

" Chill bro " Aiden raised his hand in the air as if succumbing to him.

Alexander brought Emily over " Millie, this is my cousins Aiden and Caden " he said.

" Oh are they Nancy's brothers? " she asked innocently with a faint smile.

Aiden snickered " she wished, if I had a sister like her I would have murdered her a long time ago "

Nancy snorted " these two demons can never be my brother, I'd rather go to jail than let that happen " she said.

Emily wisely kept shut as she let the family bicker with one another.

" Hey Millie, I'm Aiden, nice meeting you " he said as he brought his hand forward.

" Oh nice meeting you Aiden " Emily smiled and shaked hands with him.

Aiden brought her hand to his lips and placed a light kiss " welcome to our family beauty " he smirked as he glanced at Alexander.

Alexander released Emily's hand from Aiden's grip and wrapped his arms around her waist possessively.

Emily turned to Caden expecting the same from him but he wasn't even paying any attention, he was engrossed in his phone and didn't notice their gaze.

" Don't feel bad, that's how my brother is. His an introvert " Aiden whispered softly in Emily's ear and she chuckled.

" Millie stay away from Aiden, he's a playboy okay " Alexander said as he kissed her cheek.

Emily took a good look at him, he was putting on jeans,and a white shirt with a  denim jacket, he did look a bit like Alexander but they were handsome in different ways,  she could tell Alexander was telling the truth from Aiden's personality. He's clearly the ladies' man.

" Come on, how can you bash your own bro in front of a pretty lady? Is that even fair? " Aiden said.

Just then the door was pushed open again and Isabella walked in with her head lowered, she looked like a bull from a China shop.

" What's wrong? " they all asked curiously.

" I thought aunt was coming back tonight, " Chloe asked.

" Well, mom didn't show up, " Isabella said as she spread her hands wide.

" It's okay, stop being a big baby " Jason quickly hugged her.

" Jason, I'm really hurt, mom keeps making me feel less important, " she said, burying her face in his chest.

" I'm sure there's an explanation as to why she didn't show up, don't come to conclusions okay " Jason stroked her hair and took her to seat.

" What about Zoey? " Alexander asked as he looked around.

" She went out with her friends," Chris  replied unceremoniously.

" What should we do for fun? How about we play truth or dare " Stacey asked excitedly.

" Or rather still we watch a movie together, I heard they are going to be releasing a lot of movies tonight " Nancy suggested and they all nodded.

Stacey's mood deflated instantly like a balloon as Nancy had ruined her plans.

" I will choose a movie, " Nancy hastily said.

They all  took a spot and sat down " okay, guys I heard this film is going to be a blast let's watch it " Nancy said, quivering with excitement.

" And you still wonder why you are single?It's just a movie,chill, " Aiden said mockingly.

" Remind me to kill you, please, " Nancy said, placing her hand on her waist.

Emily nodded in realisation " sarcasm is really in their genes, she hoped their kids won't take Alexander's genes.

Just then the movie began with an introduction and C&E entertainment appeared on the TV.

Isabella, who was lying on Jason's thighs, chuckled as she munched on popcorn " Millie, it's your family's industry " she said casually.

" The firm has been working on this movie. I didn't know they were releasing it tonight, " Emily said nonchalantly.

Everyone stared at her with their mouths agape, know one except Isabella knew. C & E entertainment is well known throughout America.

Stacey scoffed " your dad?" she said and let out a mirthless laugh.

Emily raised her head from Alexander's chest " so no one except Isabella knows that C & E entertainment belongs to my family " she asked also surprised.

" C & E was named after my brother and I, it stands for Caleb and Emily, " she said.

" Even you Alex, you didn't know " she asked, sounding a bit angry.

" I…. " he paused before nodding.

She pushed him away " and you claim you love me, tell me what else don't you know" she asked.

" Look Millie, I have never cared about your background. The only thing that matters is that I love you regardless, " Alexander said in a gentle tone.

She stood up and walked out of the room, and Alexander quickly went after her.

" Oh, no!, someone is in trouble, " Isabella said with bulging eyes.

" I also didn't know, " Jason said to Isabella.

Stacey clenched her fist tightly " that bitch is actually the daughter of the Anthony's, she's a strong competition if aunty and uncle finds out about this, they will like her even more" she thought inwardly.

Aiden stared at the empty space for a while and a deep line appeared on his face.

" I just realised she does look  familiar, Emily Anthony " he muttered as he squinted his eyes as if trying to recall a past event.

Alexander looked around but couldn't find her anymore, as if she had disappeared.

He saw a lady passing by, and he quickly stopped her " hey excuse me, have you perhaps seen the lady I brought in with me " he asked.

The lady nodded, " she went this way, I guess she's going to the rooftop " she answered before walking off.

Alexander quickly went up to look for her. He found her on the balcony looking out at the beautiful city that was decorated with lights.

" Millie " he muttered as he walked over to her.

" What do you want Alex?" she answered indifferently.

He removed his jacket, and draped it around her shoulder " it's cold up here " he ignored her indifferent attitude. Luckily she didn't refuse his advances, and silence suddenly filled the place.

Alexander cleared his throat and turned her to his direction, " Millie I'm really sorry " he cupped her cheeks.

" It's just so strange you know nothing about me and you love me " she mumbled.

" Who said I know nothing about you huh? I know my girl more than anyone else, " he said confidently.

" Oh really? What's my favourite colour?" She asked with her arm crossed over her chest.

" Purple of course " he replied instantly.

She sneered " by chance " she said.

" Come on, how is that possible? Ask me something else, " he said.

" My favourite dress, my favourite place " she asked.

" As long as it's short, your favourite place is anywhere that reminds you of home " he answered.

She rolled her eyes and remained silent.

" Did I get it ? " He asked as he raised his brows.

" Mmm" she replied slowly.

" I'm sorry Millie, I promise it won't happen again, can we go back in now " he asked.

" I'm not satisfied yet, " she said.

" What should I do to make you happy again? " he asked with confusion.

" Do you want us to go get a marriage certificate? " he asked nonchalantly.

Emily pulled his ear " I won't get married to a scoundrel like you, I think Aiden is more reliable " she said with a chuckle.

" Don't you even dare, " he said as he picked her up in a bridal style. '' I will take you back forcefully, " he said as they walked back to the room.

They came back into the room, and all the lights were turned off, only the light from the TV was reflecting.

" Awwww" Nancy gushed as she watched how Alexander dropped Emily gently on the chair.

" Can you keep it down, I'm in the middle of something " Stacey said emphasising on each word.

" Alex, can I speak to you privately for a bit? " Aiden said.

Alexander nodded, he turned to Emily " I will be back shortly " he said and kissed her forehead.

They went out of the room and Aiden began " how long have you known Emily? " He asked with a serious expression.
