Chapter 93: Chapter 93

Early the next day, Evan woke up and began to endure excruciating pain over and over again. The pain lasted for a whole thirty five minutes before Evan went to take a bath then went back to sleep. After taking a bath, his body had become lighter and felt free, it was because his body was so relaxed that he quickly fell asleep.

"Young Master Evan, Young Master Evan, wake up. It’s time for breakfast."

Evan was woken up by his faithful servant, Butler Jersse. Evan woke up and quickly freshened up, Jersse had already prepared clothes for him. He wore the clothes and left his room. The mansion he lived in was massive so it took him some time to reach the dining room.

There was a long dining table and every chair of the table was occupied except for one. There was his father, a middle aged man with green hair and eyes, handsome face and a dignified temperament. There was also Evan’s five mothers and ten siblings. Sitting close to his father was his eldest sister who was both beautiful and smart, followed by his eldest brother and the third chair closest to their father was his.

Jerssse quickly pulled out the chair for Evan to sit and stood behind him like a statue. Everyone except for Lord Wulliz and his wives had personal servants standing behind them.

"Good morning." said Evan as he grabbed an entire chicken and started eating. He ate with his hands which was noble-like and unseemly. His mothers were disgusted by his behaviour and it showed on their faces but Evan didn’t care. After eating the chicken, he went for the juicy and sweet ribs, some pork chops and washed everything down with fine wine.

"Evan, you’re sixteen years already, an adult, so start acting like one!"

"Honestly, if you keep behaving like a barbarian, I don’t think the Royal Academy is for you."

Evan was scolded by his mothers but he said nothing. Just wiped his mouth and hands with a cloth before burping.

"Excuse me. Father, I’ve mastered the all the Tier 1 Spells of our family. Am I now eligible to go to the Royal Academy with your full support?" said Evan with an arrogant and prideful smile. His father, who had his head down the whole time finally raised his head to look at him. His gaze was penetrating and sharp.

[Tier 1 Spell: Wind Barrier!] After his father gazed at him, Evan quickly casted a wind barrier to protect him.

He was pushed back together with his chair and slammed into Jersse who took a few steps back.

Evan sent invisible wind blades to attack his father but nothing happened, like the attacks weren’t even real.

[Tier 1 Spell: Wind Gliding!]

Evan took to the air after his wind blades failed to do anything whist stepping on Jersse’s head, forcing him to duck. The wall behind Jersse was then sliced a meter deep. After Evan flew up, he vanished into thin air. All his siblings were flabbergasted, his mothers were shocked and his father had an imperceptible smile on his face.

"Hahaha, very good my boy! You’ve really mastered all our family’s Tier 1 Spells including the Wind Gaze which is the most difficult. Only the previous Family Heads have managed to master that spell and it took us years to do so. Yet you did it at such a young age, very good! And you even managed to master Wind Cloak! A genius! An unprecedented genius!" said Wulliz while looking at the chair.

"Daniel, where are you looking, the boy is obviously in the air." said one of the wives.

"No mother, I’m sitting on my chair." sounded Evan’s voice as cancelled the Wind Cloak spell.

"The Wind Cloak spell will save your life multiple times in the future, only a few people can see through it." said Daniel.

"Thank you for your advice father, I won’t disappoint you."

"Since you’ve mastered all our family’s Tier 1 Spells, I don’t see a reason why you shouldn’t enroll in the Royal Academy. I’ll write you a letter of recommendation and if your performance is good even there then there’s a high probability you’ll be transferred to the Royal Empire Academy. The family will fully support you so you’ll only have to worry about your studies."

"Mhm." nodded Evan and left the dining room with Jersse following closely behind him. After they left the dining room, Evan spoke.

"Jersse, keep a close eye on the person who sold the Bookworms and buy everything that he puts up, even if it’s useless to me."

"Jersse obeys." replied Jersse.

Evan didn’t go back to his room but went to the garden instead where many trees breathed out a high concentration of fresh air.

[Tier 1 Spell: Fresh Air!]

All the pores from Evan’s body opened up and sucked up all the fresh air in the garden. Evan then quickly removed all his clothes and levitated in the air with the Wind Gliding spell. After the Fresh Air was sucked by his pores, it travelled to every corner of his body and once he breathed out, he breathed out a black gas as a black and stinky substance was forced out and scattered on the ground.

Now, only fresh air permeated Evan’s body, making his body even lighter than it already was, increasing his speed and agility by many folds. This Fresh Air spell had many other uses like blocking poisonous gases from entering the body or even purifying these poisonous gases into clean air. His body was now like a plant with this one spell alone.

’I’m left with two Bookworms, should I keep them for later uses or should I gift them to someone close to me. Soon, I’ll advance to Two Star Mage and these worms will be useless to me. My Mage Heart is a Twin Attribute Heart of Wind and Snow, maybe I should also master some Ice Spells.’

"Jersse, I want two Ice Spells, specifically Ice Breath and Ice Thorns. Complete this task today."
