Chapter 94: Chapter 94

Zixin woke up very late the next morning and was feeling hungry so he took out some raw beast meat and started eating. Magic beast meat was very nourishing to the body and strengthened the muscles and bones. Although it wasn’t as delicious as human meat, for now, it would suffice.

When he took out his guild card, he was pleasantly surprised to see that he now had a thousand GP on his account.

’So quick and someone already bought them?!’ he exclaimed as he wondered how he was going to use these points efficiently.

"Guess it’s time I bought myself a communication device, a magic phone is too expensive so I’ll just buy a magic watch. I only need it to access the GPM anyways." said Zixin to himself. He first completed a few cultivation sessions before freshening up and left his house. The Mana he’d collected in the past month was so little that it counted for nothing.

In the Guild Market, Zixin told the worker the kind of watch he wanted about the cheapest one which was costly. Zixin spent a whopping four hundred GP for the watch, which made his heart bleed. Before he left, he went to the Insects aisle just to take a look and saw that there was a new insect on the market and it was weird looking.

This insect had six legs, thin wings, a head looked like a combination of a fly’s and dragonfly’s heads. On its head, there was a stem-like horn that grew upwards, two minor horns extended horizontally forward, two more grew on either sides, also horizontally and the final horn was like a tail that extended backwards. On the first four subtended horns were orange hairy fruit-like balls growing on them.

The description said that this was a Blood Devouring Bug that was extremely dangerous. If it came into contact with a living creature, it would drill into their bodies and absorb all the blood in the body, leaving behind a dry corpse.

But when Zixin looked at the Insects, he received completely different information from the shop’s description. His information stated that this was a Four Crowned Elemental Treehopper. It was an insect born without Elemental Affinity so it hunts down creatures with Elemental Affinity.

It has to collected four Elemental Affinities to officially evolve into a Four Crowned Elemental Treehopper. Once it’s evolved, it lives off of devouring creatures with the same Elemental Affinities as itself. But it also comes with its own opportunities, life changing opportunities.

If someone caught this bug and fed it Attribute Mana Crystals or a lot of Mana stones, he or she could harvest its crown once it’s full and fuse it with their heart to receive its Elemental Affinities but both you and the bug have to share at least one common Element Affinity. If you’re lucky enough, you might become a Penta-Elemental Mage.

There were only five of these Treehoppers and all of them had completed their first evolution, they just needed to be fed enough before their crowns are harvested. Of course after the harvesting, the Treehopper dies. Each of them costed a hundred GP and Zixin bought all of them, three were female and already pregnant while the other two were male. After that, Zixin bought a thousand of Pseudo Rank 1 Woodworms and a few Rank 1 Pine Tree logs, Magic beast meat and left the market with a smile.

Somewhere in the city, a woman wearing spectacles was walking around causally when her guild card vibrated and it had just been topped up with three hundred and sixty GP which made her really happy and curious.

’I wonder who bought those creepy looking, blood feasting bugs. Must be some weirdo who loves creepy stuff. I wonder if any adventurer groups are willing to take me in. Damn bugs, why did you have to feast on my teammates, now everyone thinks I’m a bad omen.’ thought the woman and continued looking around.

Another month passed quickly went by and Zixin had holed himself up in his home and didn’t take a foot outside. He was busy preparing his good to sell at the GPM and after a month, the goods were ready to enter the market.

He wrote down short descriptions of his products and how to use them. Took photos of his product and posted them on his Guild Private Market account, went downstairs and gave the products he sold to the Guild Courier which was absolutely free for someone with a Badge of Honour like Zixin. After that, Zixin went back to his home and fell asleep.

Butler Jersse was watching Evan practice in the garden when his magic watch vibrated and he received a notification that the Anonymous Mr Bug was selling a new product. He quickly went to the PGM to check what new products Mr Bug had. It was only two bugs that he bought without even checking the description but he only managed to buy one.

Then he bought the Bookworms but only managed to buy thirty of them and his funds had completely run dry. Zixin had raised the price of the Bookworms and had put a hundred on the market. Jersse had just spent all the GP he’d save over the years as an adventurer and his heart was bleeding.

After he finished purchasing, only then did he check the information of the new product and his eyes widened in shock, his mouth almost dropped to the ground. Evan naturally saw this and was inquired.

"Jersse, what happened? You look like you’ve just seen a ghost."

"Ma-Maser Evan...h-he uploaded a new pro-product..." said Jersse as he stammered, unable to form a coherent sentence.

"You mean Mr Bug? Let me see!"

Jersse then used all his speed and ran towards Evan then showed him the information of the new product. Evan’s eyes also widened in shock after he read the information, he absolutely couldn’t believe such a thing existed.

"This...this...How many did you buy?!" exclaimed Evan.

"Just one, I don’t have enough UP to buy second one." quickly explained Jersse with self blame for having too little GP.

"Let’s go ask father for some GP! Hurry!"

"Young Master Evan, someone has already bought everything including the seventy Bookworms on the market. Damn rich people, curse you and your deep pockets!" cursed Jersse. Evan also had a dark and gloomy expression like his girlfriend had been cheating on him with an even richer and more handsome guy than him. Just then, Daniel appeared out of thin air with a smile but when he saw the gloomy expression of his new favourite son, his face also darkened.
