The sudden ringing of her phone shot her back from her current state of shock. Looking down at her phone and seeing it was Edward calling her, she became extremely shocked again that her phone fell off her hands to the bed.

With wide eyes, Daisy stared down at her phone and between her tears, a wide smile broke out on her face. Peeping at her sister's phone and seeing the caller, Violet could not help but smile too.

She knew just how much Daisy loves Edward.

Even though she felt upset deep down that it took Edward days to actually take action, she was still happy. Things are better now at least.

She remembered how their dad, Mr Louis had actually got people to help check the restaurant they had used and the private lounges. Just anything to prove Daisy was innocent that night but they had got nothing.

"Come on. Pick up sister," Violet then urged Daisy who seemed to have forgotten herself in the wave of excitement.

Coming back to her senses and realising what she was doing, she immediately went for her phone and picked up the call.

"He... he.. hey!" Daisy called out with a shaky voice once the call connected.

"Hey, babe," Edward's deep and magnetic voice sounded on the other end Daisy felt herself shamelessly go wet down there. She had missed him terribly. Real bad. Ha!

Tears gathered in her eyes once more.

"I'm so sorry about everything. I'm sorry you got hurt and I'm really sorry it took so long for me to do something about it. I'm sorry babe."

Hearing Edward confess all that, Daisy shut her eyes and she let her tears flow.

With her eyes shut, she breathed out a silent sigh.

"It's alright babe. I'm happy you believe in me, babe. I will never cheat on you, I swear," she whispered happily.

"I'm sorry I doubted you for once. I'm really sorry," his apologetic voice came through that a small smile formed on her lips.

"It's fine babe. I've missed you so much," Daisy looked extremely infatuated now. She really has missed him.

There was a brief pause before Edward said, "Listen, I called to actually tell you I'm coming over. I want to see you, babe. I've missed you so much. I'm sorry for whatever happened We're moving on, okay?"

Daisy's eyes widened and with excitement pecked up in her voice, she muttered shyly "Are you serious? You really are coming over?"

"Hell yeah, babe. I'm currently on the road, driving to your place right now. I'm coming over babe."

Daisy had been so engrossed in his voice and her conversation with him that she failed to actually hear the sound of his car engine all along as he revelled his way on the smooth road.

It was as if her ears suddenly opened to that and she could not help the sweet feel emerging from the pit of her stomach.

"I'll see you soon," Edward said once more while Daisy nodded like a love-struck puppy. She was too excited to say anything more.

The call between the duo finally came to an end and breathlessly, Daisy put down her phone, looking silly and more energetic.

"Edward was the antidote all along," Violet whinnied her sister with an eye roll that Daisy chuckled.

She has missed Edward so much and even though it has just been a few days, it still felt like years. The whole trouble had caused her a lot. She still felt weak but she was much stronger now and the thought of him coming over was even beginning to get her horny.

Naaa, she was dripping right now but she felt it was best she refrained and try not to sleep with him.

Rose's doctor had tested her and told her she was clean, but now she wanted to run a thorough test herself just in case, so she won’t infect her boyfriend, Edward.

She wasn't taking chances and it was almost as if she now has a reason to start all over again.

Daisy's heart was racing and she still found it shocking that Edward was coming over to see her and was even on his way already.

It really felt like an eternity since she last saw him.

Violet placed a hand over her sister's shoulder also beaming with smiles.

"I'll go break the good news to Dad," she said.

In the hospital where Rose was still laying unconscious and receiving treatment.

Cindy who had been staying to watch over the latter just for eye service had seen Edward's post and she had been so upset about it even though she had to conceal that. Now, she would have to call Daisy and proclaim her happiness about her situation and even go over to see and congratulate her.

She had been desperately waiting for the lady from the coasters to give her a call but it's been hours already and she was yet to get one.

Now it was past ten in the morning and there still was nothing.

"Has she not seen that things have turned? Why isn't she calling? How I wish I could give her a call whenever without always having to wait for her to call," she muttered feeling really upset.

"She probably has not seen this new development," she signed once more.

Just the thought that Daisy would get back up on her feet and become stronger was making her bitter. She really did not want that to happen.

She was already aware that Mr Louis had taken his daughter, so now she was contemplating going over and as usual, she would be as homely, concerned and pretentious as possible.

Besides, she's been staying with Rose so her not visiting Daisy just yet is still justifiable.

Suddenly remembering something, Cindy dialled Edward's number.

They once had a thing so she thought she would do all she could to make sure Edward is no longer committed to Daisy.

Edward who was driving heard his phone ring and seeing it was Cindy calling, he frowned slightly.

He sincerely regretted whatever happened between them but the deed had been done already.

Anyways he picked up the call and waited for her to speak first.

"Hey Edward," Cindy called lowly. "Miss me?"

Edward was shocked and shot at words for seconds. He really could not figure out Cindy's attitude.

He badly wished he could warn his girlfriend against someone like her but now that there was a secret between them, he needed to think of a way to sought it out.

"What do you want?" He asked her coldly and Cindy chuckled, causing him to raise his brows.

"You of course," she whispered seductively.

Edward feeling both upset and troubled could not help but ask, "But what is this Cindy? Why are you doing this? Is Daisy not like your best friend?"

Cindy breathed out a sad sigh in pretence like she too was sad about what she was doing but then she said, "I just miss you Edward. Ever since that night, I can't just stop thinking about it. I know is wrong but then I don't just know what to do about it," she said sadly.

Feeling frustrated and not wanting to hear more of her thrash, Edward hung up directly, shook his head and went on driving.

He would have to discuss this with Daisy.

It would be about troublesome if Daisy hears it somewhere else.

Now, he was beginning to suspect Cindy.

"She's unbelievably terrible," he muttered.

Unfortunately, Cindy wasn't ready to give up just like that. Determined to pull Edward into her web she sent him a video she had captured in his dimly lit car that night. The passionate night they shared in his car, starting from how she had given him a blow job to their having heated sex.

The video revealed their naked bodies entangled in their raw desire unleashed.

Accompanying the provocative footage was a simple caption: "Come on, it's just sex."

She was trying to make him surrender.

"You can't run from me," she sneered.

With the video hanging heavily in the digital realm between them, there was real trouble.

When Edward got the message and saw what was in it, he was so shocked that he had to leave the road and park by the roadside.

How would he have known that Cindy could be this insane and bitchy to make a video from that night?
