Skye's POV

I was filled in on everything that happened during my lack of memory as we drove to Ava's place.

I was surprised that Robin was in on this too but I was glad that he stood by my family despite my worst behavior towards them all.

"Mummy!" Two children ran out of the house shrieking in the delight at the sight of Ava stepping out of the car. My heart raced as I immediately felt a connection with them.

She lowered herself stretching her hands with a bright smile on her face.

They went into her embrace and she held them close to her chest.

"I want you to meet someone." She said to them.

"Who?" The little boy with white hair just as Terra's asked.

Ava rose to her feet and stood beside them smiling at me. "Children,meet your father. Skye Nicholas." She introduced. "Skye, Davina and Dahviel your children." She said and I immediately felt rush of emotions through my veins.

There was no deny these were the living fruits of Ava and I passionate nights. Each of them a replica of us. These were my children. Our children. Ava and I.

My heart ached that I did not watch them grow up to this stage.

I lowered myself wondering if they'll accept me.

"Really?" Davina asked with widened eyes and I nodded.

The both of them ran into my embrace and I clung to them,tears clouding my eyes. How could I have allowed myself miss spending five years of my life in these little angels life?

Just then Davina pulled from my embrace and kicked me hard.

I looked puzzled as I stared at her. "What did you do that for?" I asked her.

"That's for staying too long at the war." She said. She had my appearance but the feisty spirit of her mother.

I raised a brow at Ava as I rose up. Dahviel clung to my fingers and I carried him up in my arms. She had even given them names I couldn't have thought better and the fact that she named him the name I wanted,intrigued me the more. But,how come I've got twins instead of one child?

"Godfather said you were at war that's why you weren't with us." Dahviel said. He had all the appearance of Ava. Was he also a white wolf?

"Godfather?" I asked curiously.

Robin chuckled. "That's where I come in. I'm the children's godfather and you can't take that from me." He said with all smiles.

I smiled back at him. Now I knew I didn't make a wrong choice when I made him my beta nine years ago. "I'll never take that right from you." I said to him. "Thank you so much." I said sincerely.

He gave me a pat on my shoulder. "Long ago I vowed to protect you and others close to you and I'm glad I could do that. My right arm is pledged to you Skye." He said and I nodded in appreciation.

"I also want to get carried." Davina whined,pouting her lips. I chuckled. Her attitude was indeed like her mother's.

"Here you go," I said scooping her in my arms to join her brother.

They both giggled. "Daddy is big and strong." Dahviel said in between laughs.

"Daddy,have you met aunt Camila and aunt Anna? Let's go in. Aunt Camila takes such good care of me." Davina said and I nodded walking towards the house. I had a lot of apologies to offer them both.

Ava's POV

I watched them walk in and I was glad that my family was finally united.

I turned to Helene. "Thank you very much Helene. You do not know what great joy you've brought into my household." I said holding her hand.

She smiled. "The heavens will be pleased with me now for doing the rightful thing. I'm so glad to see the smiles of the children's faces." She said and I smiled at her.

"Robin will take you back to your home." I said to her.

She laughed shaking her head. "You don't need to worry my dear. A witch can always find her way back home." She said.

"Thank you once again." I said to her.

She held my chin. "Be finally happy." She said and with that she was gone. Blown like a wind out of my hands.

"Let's go in now. Everyone must be waiting." Robin said and together we walked into the house.

Anna and Camila had accepted Skye's plea for forgiveness already and Luna and Lucas chattered around him with the twins.

This felt like home. Just then I remembered home. The crescent pack. My people. It was time I let Fernandez graze the edge of my sword.

With smiles and happiness,everyone retired to bed and together Skye and I took the children that had fallen asleep in his arms,upstairs and laid them in bed.

He sat beside Davina tracing the delicate lines of her face. She looked contented in her sleep.

"The chatterbox is finally asleep." I said to him.

"It hurts me not to have seen them grow up to this stage they are." He said downcast.

I placed a hand on his shoulder. "It isn't too late. There's still plenty of time to get to know them." I said to him.

I placed a kiss on Davina and walked to Dahviel placing a kiss on him too. "I'll be downstairs." I said to him and he nodded.

I walked out of the room and out of the house,standing at the front porch gazing at the stars in the sky. I felt relieved that I've succeeded in getting my husband back and now,it was time to get my pack back.

Arms wrapped around me from behind and I knew who it was. Five years and I've still not lost his sense of touch. I inhaled as he placed his head on my shoulder.

"I'm so fortunate to have you in my life love." He said and I sighed contentedly in his arms.

"I'm most fortunate my lord." I said and he turned me around.

I smiled as I placed my hands on his chest. His hands still around my waist. "You never told me we were having twins." He said to me.

"I wanted to surprise you." I said.

"Never try wipe away my memories of you again." He said and I nodded. "I'll always believe your words henceforth." He said and I sighed and placed my head on his chest.

He felt my disturbed mood as he asked. "Are you alright?"

"My pack needs me Skye. I need to save them from the hands of Fernandez." I said and he stroked me.

"Whenever you're ready love,I'll go with you." He said and I lifted my head and gazed into his beautiful eyes.

"Did I ever tell you I love you?" I asked him suddenly and he stared at me with a surprised and pleased look.

"No you haven't." He said,his eyes piercing into mine.

I gazed at him. "I love you Skye Nicholas. I'm more than in love with you,I'm crazy over you." I said finally telling him for the first time how I felt about him.

He smiled. Really smiled. A genuine smile that reached his eyes as he held me closer to himself,his lips lowering on mine as he kissed me.

"I'm loved by the most beautiful woman in the whole of Scotland and perhaps the world,who has graced upon my arms little angels fined out of my loins. How lucky can I be?" He said pleasantly. His voice filled with emotion and passion.

I smiled at him and he placed his head on mine. "I love you Ava Nicholas and I'll never stop loving you." He said and with that,engaged me in another mind blowing kiss. Deep. Passionate. Intense. And all the uniqueness, his lips has always entailed, has he poured out his love to me.

The next morning, Dahviel and Davina were up earlier than usual. "Mum,where's dad?" Davina asked.

"Is he gone again?" Dahviel asked sadly.

I had wanted to leave the house before they wake but they beat me to it.

"I'm right here." Skye said emerging from the back door of the house.

"Daddy!" They exclaimed in joy and rushed into his arms. He held them close to himself giving each of them a kiss on the cheek.

"Where are you going all dressed up?" Davina asked.

"Are you going back to war?" Dahviel asked curiously.

"Something like that but I promise I won't be long. I'll be back before you say Jack Robinson." He said ruffling his hair.

"You promise?" Davina asked with a sad face.

He lifted up his pinky finger. "Pinky promise." He said and they both hugged him close.

I went towards them and Dahviel fell into my arms. "You're going too?" He asked. I kissed his hair. "I'll be back soon." I said and rised to my feet so did Skye.

Anna walked down the stairs. "Leaving to where my queen?" She asked.

"To crescent woods. To take back my pack." I said in a determined tone.
