Skye's POV

Natasha and I walked towards the priest and exchanged vows. She slipped her ring onto my finger and I pledged my right arm to protect her. I picked up the ring and as I was about placing it on her finger, I heard a yell. "Stop!"

The ring slip from my hand and I saw Ava standing in the middle of the hallway.

What's she doing here? I asked myself.

What exactly she should be doing. Eros hissed in my head.

"Stop the wedding." She said again.

"Don't stop the wedding,continue priest." Natasha said to the priest.

"Yes,please continue." I said taking my eyes off Ava.

"Y'all will stop this wedding right now,this minute!" She yelled and that got me angry.

I left Natasha and walked close to her.

"What do you want, Ava? Why are you here stopping my wedding?" I asked her in anger.

She smiled sadly. "Because I can longer stand being apart from you any longer. Five years is enough punishment for me." She said.

"What?" I stared at her. What was she rambling all about now?

"Six years ago,you walked me down the aisle and made me your lawfully wedded wife." She said looking at me with those same sad eyes.

"You must be crazy." I said to her and turned away.

"Am I really crazy or does everything about me reminds you of something and that drives you mad." She said and I paused.

She was right. Anytime I was around her,I get unclear images that are awfully familiar but I couldn't quite understand.

"Don't listen to her." Natasha said.

I turned back at Ava. The guests were staring at us watching the drama unfold.

"Six years ago,in the crescent pack house,the alpha of the blood moon pack wedded the young alpha of the crescent pack. Six years ago two mortal enemies became one through marriage." She said and I felt my head spinning as the images started replaying again.

With all what she said,I could see flashes of them but not the faces of the people in it.

"The prophesied marriage came to pass as the young alpha married his enemy who he loved. The female alpha was against the idea of geting married to him because his father murdered her mother." She said and I could see years falling from her eyes as the images became stronger.

I held my head. It was aching badly and spinning hard.

"Stop this nonsense at once. Get out of here. You won't ruin my wedding." I heard Natasha's voice and she grabbed Ava's hand. I saw Robin take Natasha's hand from Ava's wrist.

"The female alpha finally fell in love with her husband while carrying his child. Accusations fell on the female alpha from her husband's mistress and his love for her turned hate." She said again.

"Stop. Get out of my head!" I yelled at her. The images were rolling in and they were painful. Everything she said sounded so familiar yet I couldn't reach it.

She didn't stop. "Unable to bear her husband's hate any longer,she decides to rid of his memory and walk away until she could find the truth of the accusation leveled against her mother." She said.

"That alpha is you,Skye Nicholas and the young female alpha is me, Ava Nicholas,your wife." She said and that was it. I crumbled to the ground unable to bear the information and unclear memories any longer.

"You're lying. Get out of my head. Leave me alone!" I yelled at her again.

She was crying as she lifted her hand up. "I'm not going to try anymore to convince you about the truth but this is the ring you wore on my finger the day you married me," she said and my gaze fell upon the ring and images of slipping the ring of her finger flashed intensely and hard. "And I've never stopped wearing it." She said as she wiped her tears off her eyes and turned away.

"No,it's all a lie." I muttered to myself but the memories got intensed. The blurry images becoming clear as I saw myself slipping a ring into a woman's finger and the woman was. "Ava." I muttered.

With the long white hair there was no mistaking her. The images of me maltreating her became clear. Her pregnancy, everything became clear. The night she wiped my memory accompanied by Anna and Robin became clear.

I clung to my chest as I felt a sudden choking feeling around it. "Ava!" I called out.

Ava's POV

I had given up the fact that he might not remember me. He was struggling but he just couldn't pull through.

I turned away despite my heart telling me not to do so. Despite Robin telling me not to.

I couldn't bear it. I couldn't bear the fact that he couldn't remember me despite my effort. I couldn't...

"Ava!" I heard him scream my name clearly and I stopped and looked over my shoulder.

There he was rising to his feet with all emotions in his eyes and expression. I turned my whole self to his direction.

He walked briskly to me,practically with quick and long strides and he involved me in an ecstatic hug that brought tears to my eyes. "Do you remember?" I whispered in his ear.

He lifted his head from my shoulder and lifted my chin. "How can I forget these beautiful eyes that warms my heart on a winter morning? How can I forget how I bury my fingers in your hair as I tease your lips. And these lips," he said and traced his thumb on my lower lip and I close my eyes with tears streaming down in happiness, excitement and longings. "That brings out my deepest desire in my loins. How can I forget Ava Nicholas,my wife." He finished and I hugged him tight.

"You do remember. I'm so glad you remembered. I was so worried that I've lost you forever." I said sobbing intensely.

He placed his lips on me and sighed as he withdrew. He cupped my face.

"I'm sorry Ava for all the harsh words and maltreats. I do not know what came over me. I should never have done what I did." He said,apologizing with sadness in his eyes.

"It's alright. I.."

He didn't let me finish. "No it's not alright. My father murdered your mother and you still married me and I found out your mother did same to my mother and I threw you out of my life. I'm so sorry love,I do not care if our parents are murderers of each other,I'll never let you out of my sight again." He said and I smiled sadly.

"It's alright Skye," I said placing my hand over his. "I've discovered the truth. My mother isn't your mother's murderer." I said.

"What?" He asked in shock. "Who then?"

"The demon king. Natasha lied about everything just to get me out of your life." I said and he let go off me as he stared dangerously at her.

"All lies! She's lying. She has no proof!" She yelled trembling.

"I do not need proof. I believe whatever my wife says." He said and I felt myself swell with pride.

"I'll bring the proof Skye. The people need to know the truth." I said. He tried to argue but I refused to heed.

Robin let go of Natasha's hand that he has been holding all along and fetched Helene. On seeing Helene,Natasha shook visibly.

Helene came before everyone. "Alpha Skye. I'm Helene and this woman here paid me to manipulate your father's journal. The real writings of your father were concealed by a hidden spell but right now,they've being revealed." She said. Everyone gasped in shock and I watch Skye's expression harden the more towards Natasha.

Robin handed over to him his father's journal and that was when Skye saw the truth. Skye's mother had told his father that he murdered an innocent woman. Her real murderer was the demon king.

Skye summoned the dungeon guard. "Lock her up till I figure out what to do with her." He said and Natasha was dragged away.

Skye fell on his knees. His hands on my legs as he pleads for forgiveness.

"I've deeply wronged you." He said in anguish.

I pulled him up and looked straight into his eyes. "All that doesn't matter to me now. I've gotten you back." I said and he entangled my lips with his in a passionate kiss to the cheers of the guests and pack members.

We pulled out for air and I smiled at her. "How would you like to see your children?" I asked him with twinkling eyes.

"Children?" He asked with surprise evident on his face. "I thought I have only one." He said.

"Oh,you'll see." I said with a devilish grin.
