“I want you to make a ring for a mate who can help him in calming down his anger.” She said. “I don’t want any magical ring, but it will be helpful if it will help him keep his anger in check,” Liara explained her requirement.

“There is nothing wrong with his anger, Doctor Wayne. A Lycan or higher rank wolves are born short-tempered and possessive. So, there is nothing I can do about it. Neither can any stone.” Happy replied.

“But I have a collection of rare gems. If you want, you can have a look and gift it to your mate.” He suggested next. Liara thought to give it a try and checked the collection of Happy’s gems. He explained the purpose of each stone one by one.

“This one.” She said, toward a ring made of black tourmaline, which was for self-love, acceptance, and positive energy. She felt Theodore needed this stone close to him rather than a useless diamond. As much as she knew him, he wouldn’t give a damn about wearing diamonds.

“Nice choice. Do you want to engrave the initial of your name on the back of the ring?” Happy questioned, picking the ring that Liara chose for Theodore.

“I don’t know. Maybe yes, T heart shape L will be fine.” She instructed with a blush.

It took them some time to create a perfect ring for him especially. After paying the amount of the ring, she returned back to her room. Theodore was still working on the laptop, but he smelt the scent of Happy around her. He acted like he was working and observed her hiding something in her bag.

“Where were you?” He questioned.

“With Happy. I had some work with him.”

“Oh!! What work?”

“Don’t act like a detective now. Did I ask you what you are working on?” Liara defended herself, to which Theodore narrowed his eyes but didn’t say anything. “Let’s go now!! It’s dinner time.” Theodore agreed but was tempted to find what she was hiding.

He mentally smacked himself for behaving like a curious kid.

It wasn’t that she was cheating on him or anything, but he just couldn’t control his curiosity. Something that he had never felt before. At the same time, she never hid anything from him. Throughout the dinner, he made a plan to make love to her so many times until she would be sleep like dead.

'Really? What did she think that she would be able to hide it from me?' He mentally thought and opened the box, only to find a beautiful band made of black stone. It was a simple yet elegant band for a male. He then read the initial of their name engraved in that band. A small smile tugged on his lips when he realized what she was thinking or planning to do!!

He silently kept the box back in its place and was planning to act like he didn't know anything about it. Though he wasn't a teenager but he was feeling giddy with the thought of when and where Liara would propose to him.

The way she had a habit of planning everything before acting. He bet her proposal would be a thousand times better than his.
