Liara’s growl was so loud and so strong that the girl running toward Theodore was terrified and fell to the ground. All of a sudden, more werewolves came over there, in which a few of them was waiting for the moment when two shewolves would fight like a cat. Hell, they would have a bet about who would win.
Though they were positive that Moana would win but then this she-wolf who had a scent of Theodore on her body was someone about whom no one knew a thing.
It was clear that she was his mysterious mate. Everyone knew that she existed by watching her mark on Theodore’s neck, but no one knew who she was or where she was.
Rogue would them looked Theodore and Liara from top to bottom, especially Theodore, who was wearing a jean and t-shirt. Since when he started wearing these clothes?
He looked clean, and his hair and beard were long gone. He was looking like a gentleman instead of one of them.
“What happened, Moana?” A woman asked, reaching near her and giving her hand to her, but Moana pushed her hand away and got on her feet on her own. She glared at Liara and then Theodore.
“Nothing, Mom. This bitch challenged me, and she is going to get what she started.” With that, she was about to hit Liara when Theodore grabbed her wrist before it would have touched Liara’s face.
“She asked you to stay away from her mate,” Theodore said, pushing Liara to the side. Before finishing, he broke her wrist.
“Theodore.” Moana’s mother said with tension. But he ignored it and gave a tight punch at her face, breaking her nose and teeth. Theodore didn’t leave her wrist because he had to do more damage than just this. Inigo felt satisfied when he saw her bleeding, and in the next moment, he grabbed her neck and threw her away, ignoring her cries.
“Theo!!” Liara blocked his way when he was about to walk toward Moana and shook her head. ‘Please calm down, Odo.’ She mind-linked him. Moana’s mother ran toward her daughter to check on her while everyone waited for Theodore to slap her or kick her for stopping her, but they waited… waited… and waited, but that never happened.
All this time, they really thought the reason why he kept his mate hidden was that she would be his weakness or some ugly she-wolf, whom he wanted just because of his Lycan, but they were shocked at Theodore behaving differently than expected when he just sighed and didn’t say a word to her.
“So, who had started the fight?” Theodore questioned, on which no one asked a thing. He looked around, looking at the people who were on the ground. A couple of them were now standing on their feet, and a couple of them was dead, and those who were dead were the one who used to follow his orders.
“Who started this, Chris?” Theodore asked that man whom he would announce as his beta if he would become Alpha one day.
“Elijah, Boss!!” Chris replied, “He is getting out of control. He almost killed your uncle. That’s strange that he is looking fine now.” He added, not knowing how the hell that was possible. Liara looked at an old man whom Chris referred to as Theodore’s uncle. She found him a little familiar but then shook her head, pushing her stupid thoughts away. Liara had recently healed him, and he was sitting on the ground against the tree.
“He sent his people to follow you and finish you along with your mate,” Chris said and then started narrating everything that happened behind him from beginning to end, how Elijah tried to brainwash everyone against Theodore, how he explained the benefit of staying rogue than a pack werewolf and many more things.
“Those who blindly follow Elijah can leave from here before I start ripping everyone’s head one by one,” Theodore ordered.
“Why? Why will we leave our homes? We have been staying here for years. You’re the one who came here two years back and started acting like our boss. You should be the one who should leave.” Elijah shot back, even though he was feeling scared of Theodore’s aura. “And now you bring your bitch….”
