Chapter 150: Chapter 150
Liara couldn’t explain the happiness that she felt seeing Theodore in person when Theodore gripped her waist and crashed their bodies together. It was enough to tell her that her mate’s situation was no different than hers. Her lips parted when a groan left his mouth right before he leaned down and touched his nose to the mark on her neck. He inhaled her scent deeply as if her scent was oxygen to his body.
She really hoped that he would take her from here. She wanted to stay with him, and she could bet that he, too, wanted the same.
She wanted to grab his shirt and bury her nose against his hair and inhale as much of it as she could, but then she had short height, and the last thing she wanted to do was jump on him like some wild hungry animal.
Immediately Theodore’s eyes landed on Holly Molly, and he pulled Liara away from him. Liara observed him glaring at Molly as if he would eat her alive.
“Theo!!” Liara tried to calm him down, holding his arm because she wasn’t a fool who wouldn’t understand that he was pissed at her. But Theodore took her hand away from his arm and dangerously walked toward Molly.
‘This is such a big day for me, Moon Goddess. Please help your son to control his temper.’ Liara prayed in her mind.
“Insult my mate again, and I will rip your head without speaking a single word.” Theodore threatened her in front of everyone. Liara’s face paled, and she looked around for Molly’s father, who was standing away from Molly and looked like he was in no mood to help her. If Brandon would have been in his place, then he would never have let anyone speak to her in this way.
“The only reason I’m leaving you this time is that it’s a big day for her.” Liara reached near him and held his arms again, silently pleading to calm down. This time, he heard her silent plea. Even he wasn’t there to create any chaos.
After a while, everyone was asked to settle on their respective table with the name of the students. Once everyone was settled in their respective seats. Theodore didn’t miss noticing how there were four extra chairs at the table.
“Were you expecting someone?” He asked, observing the number of chairs around their tables and then the number of chairs around other students’ tables.
“Yeah!! Mom, dad, Caro, and Colton.” Liara replied with a heavy heart. Theodore squeezed her hand that she had kept on the table to stay strong.
After ten to fifteen minutes, one by one, the anchor started calling the name of the students. Liara kept looking at the entrance waiting for her family members to arrive, but to her disappointment, except Theodore, no one was around.

The guard observed the torn invitation and then Brandon suspiciously. Brandon really hoped that he would be allowed to go inside because only he knew how much time he had wasted in arranging all the pieces of the invitation card.
“I told you I have three grandchildren. They tore this invitation card. Now, can I go inside?” Brandon requested.
“I’m sorry, but because of security reasons. We can’t let you go inside.” The guard apologized to him professionally. Brandon knew that the guard was just doing his job, but he wanted to go inside, and this man wasn’t letting him enter.
“Do you know who I am?” Brandon asked, gritting his teeth. He didn’t want to miss Liara’s big day.
“As long as you’re not a GOD. Your identity doesn’t concern me, Sir. Now, you can leave, please!!” The guard said. Brandon didn’t want to go and stay there until that guard let him in. Only if this convocation would have been in the human world he would have entered inside without caring about the invitation card, but the story was different here, at this place.
