●Nuri's P.O.V.●

I was in utter darkness. I kept walking in the dark, but nothing seemed like an exit from that place. I didn't know what that place was. Why was I there?

"I want you to be safe, Miss India.

Until I am here, I'll keep you safe in my arms."

Suddenly a voice reached my ears. I looked for someone who was whispering things in my ears. But there was no one.

"How Can you manage to be in danger all the time?"

Another whisper tickled my ears.

"Who? Who is it?" I yelled. But then everything became silent again.

"Ssshhhh. No. Nothing will happen to you until I am here. Understood?"

"I've already imagined my next 60 years with you. Leaving you is not an option, and it will never be an option."

"Who are you?" I yelled once again, but the voice kept getting louder.

"Thank you for not leaving Miss India."

"The man who freaks out when you're not around him even for a few minutes, how can he even like someone else? Silly!"

The voice was honeyed as if I wanted to hear it for a long time. But I needed to see the person who was whispering those sentences to me.

"I'll die if I try to leave you."

"But with you… everything is simple.

You make me feel like I have found something I had lost long ago."

"I am not sure if I can survive without you anymore. So don't disappear again.."

"From the moment you said you love Daniel, he decided to live for Nuri, forever."

"The strangest thing I just realised is, you are my home. Wherever you are with me, it feels like home."

The familiar voice kept ringing in my ears, but I couldn't see anyone. I tried to follow the voice and kept running in a certain way. And finally, I noticed a bright light was getting bigger as I ran forward.

"Is it the way out?"

I never stopped and entered the bright light while following the voice.

Bright light hit my eyes as I tried to open them. A white room with a white ceiling welcomed me. I closed my eyes again and tried to adjust to the light with time.

"Where am I?" The place felt unfamiliar.

Suddenly, I felt pain in many places of my body and noticed bandages around those areas. On my elbows, one on my shoulder, even the cuff were in pain too. As if I got bitten by something there. A channel was also connected to a blood bottle with my wrist. I tried to sit on my back and felt severe pain in my elbows and shoulders.

As soon as I sat leaning on the bed, I was lying until now, my eyes fell on a male figure who was sitting beside the bed.

Daniel's head was on his arms as he was sleeping while leaning on the bed.

I placed my hand on his head, caressing lightly, "Daniel."

He woke up from his sleep as if his dream broke all of a sudden, and he glanced up at me with his widened eyes.

I smiled.

Daniel stood up from his chair and leaned close, placing his lips on mine. It was a soft kiss.

Soon, he moved away and pouted, "How dare you leave that day? Didn't I say I'll die without you?"

"You know, I was waiting outside of your apartment that day for 1 hour. You didn't come out to find me. That's why I left being mad." I answered.

"Ouch." Suddenly I felt a sharp pain in the back of my head. I touched my forehead and realised my head was bandaged.

"What? Are you having pain? Should I call the doctor?" His eyes were full of fear.

"I am fine. Just felt a little pain.

Something pierced inside my scalp, I can remember." I said as the memories of that Nungnae Station started coming back slowly.

"It was a piece of glass. It has been taken out by the doctor.

But are you in a lot of pain?" Daniel's eyes were worried.

"Not that much." I lied.

Daniel cupped my face carefully with his palms, "I'm sorry. That day I should have found you earlier.

You know what, I shouldn't have accused you of anything. That was my first fault. I am sorry."

"It's fine. You don't have to apologise." I said, staring at his eyes.

Daniel leaned even closer as his forehead touched mine, and we both closed our eyes.

"No, listen to me.

I am not going to force you into a relationship or marriage anymore.

Let's do everything as you want." Daniel said.

"But…" I tried to protest.

"Sssshhhhh… I don't care about anything anymore. It is you at the end of the day who is priceless to me.

Neither relationship nor marriage.

So calm down. I'll obey anything Miss India wants." Daniel explained as I could feel his breath on my skin.

Finally, he moved away, and I opened my eyes. Then I noticed Daniel was wearing a shirt that was soaked in blood.

"How long have I been unconscious?" I asked.

"24 hours. Why ?" Daniel raised an eyebrow.

"Don't tell me you never left the hospital?" I asked with confused eyes.

"I didn't. My home was here, so where could I have possibly left?" Daniel gave an adorable smile.

"Daniel? What would I do with you?" I shook my head in despair, but the smile never left my lips.

Suddenly someone entered the room.

"Daniel Hyung I--" Ray tried to say something, but then he saw us talking, and his eyes widened.

"Oh my gosh! Nuri, you're conscious?? How are you? Are you feeling any pain anywhere?"

Ray rushed to me as he shot a long list of questions at me.

"I am fine. Just a little weak." I replied.

"We all were worried for you. I am happy that you're fine." Ray gave a dimpled smile.

The door opened again and revealed two people. One was Yoonah, and another one was Jeena, whom I saw at the restaurant with Yun-Joon some days ago.

"Omo Nuri Eonni! You woke up finally. Daniel Oppa has been glued to this seat since yesterday." Jeena said excitedly.

I smiled as I shifted my gaze towards Daniel. He scratched the nape of his neck while controlling his smile.

"We were worried for you, Nuri Eonni!" Jeena said.

"Thank You, Jeena. I am thankful to you. You all were here for me." I said as my eyes fell on Yoonah, who was now standing at a distance while lowering her head.

"Yoonah Noona, say something.

You were worried the same as us till now. Weren't you?" Ray said, glancing at Yoonah.

I couldn't believe my ears. Yoonah was worried for me? I glanced at Daniel for confirmation, and he nodded.

Yoonah lifted her chin and gave an apologetic look, "I am really sorry for everything I have done earlier. But I promise I am not that person anymore."

I smiled, "You don't have to apologise. I am thankful to you that you were here while Daniel was going through this misery."

Yoonah's eyes widened, "Really?"

"Really.." I answered while smiling.

Yoonah came closer and held my hand with both of her hands as she said, "You're so kind, Nuri. No doubt Daniel loves you unconditionally. You both deserve to live peacefully with each other."

"Please don't leave him in the future. He loves you more than anything in this world.

Do you know he hasn't eaten anything from the day you went missing until now?" Yoonah said with her timid tone.

"Yaaaaahhhh!!!! Who told you to say all this to her? Huh?" Daniel scolded Yoonah.

"Daniel… don't you dare to raise your voice to hide the truth." I glared at Daniel, and he gulped, "You starved yourself? Wow! Do you want another bed in this hospital?"

Daniel lowered his head while pouting.

"It is true.. I bought coffee and pastry for him yesterday, but he didn't eat it either. Please scold him well." Ray complained.

I couldn't understand when they all became so close. They were teasing each other, worrying for each other. It was literally waking up in a new world. Though, I felt happy watching them getting along.

Suddenly a phone rang. We glanced at each other's faces, but no one pulled out their phone. Then my eyes fell on Daniel, who pulled out a phone from his trousers pocket and glanced at the screen, then he glanced up at me with shock.

"What?" I asked.

"Your call... " Daniel said as he handed over my phone to me.

But my hands started trembling as I saw the phone screen. Kirti was calling me. And with that, reality hit me hard.

"I am injured, then how am I going to go home with these injuries? And I didn't call mom for two days. She must have gone crazy in anger!" The thoughts gave me chills as I received the call with my trembling hands.

I put the phone on the loudspeaker as I said, "Hello.."

"তুই ফাইনালি কল টা ধরলি!"

"【You've finally received my call!】" Kirti yelled from the opposite side of the call.

"Sorry..আমি একটু ব্যাস্ত ছিলাম কিছু বিষয় নিয়ে।"

"【Sorry I've been busy with some matters.】" I said with an awkward smile.

"【ভালো চাস তো তোর মাকে একবার কল করে নে। মামী কিন্তু খুব রেগে আছে তুই 2 দিন ধরে ওদের ফোন করিস নি বলে। আবার মেসেজ সেন্ড করেছিস যে "Can't talk now. Call you later."】"

"【You better call your mom. Aunty is furious because you haven't called them for two days. And you kept sending the text, "Can't talk now. Call you later."】" Kirti explained, and I glanced at Daniel.

I knew Daniel would have done that. He averted his gaze to another side.

"আমি কল করে নেব মাকে। চিন্তা করিস না।"

"【I will call her. Don't worry.】" I said.

"না। তোকে তো এখন চিন্তা করতেই হবে। আমি এখন Seoul Airport এ আছি। আমার ফ্লাইট টা জাস্ট ল্যান্ড করেছে এখানে, আর আমি তোর ঠিকানা টাও জানিনা। তাড়াতাড়ি আয় আর আমাকে নিয়ে যা।"

"【Nooo. You have to worry now.

I am at Seoul Airport. My flight has just landed here, and I don't know your address. Come and pick me up!】" Kirti said.

"কি??!!"

"WHAT ??!!" I screamed almost.

"আমি জানতাম তোকে একটা surprise দেওয়া হবে। হে হে।"

"【I knew it would be a great surprise. Hehe.】" She laughed while explaining.

My eyes widened in shock as I glanced up at Daniel.

Daniel and others were clueless about what we were talking about. But they could understand by my facial expressions that it wasn't something good.

"তুই কি খুশি হোসনি? দি?"

"【Are you not happy? Di?】" Kirti asked again.

"হ্যাঁ…হ্যাঁ আমি তো খুশি। অবশ্যই।

কিন্তু আমি তো এখনই ফিরতাম তালে তুই আবার আসতে গেলি কেন এখানে?"

"【Eh… Yes, I am happy. Of course.

But why did you come here when I'll be returning so soon.】" I gulped.

"এটাই তো আসল খবর। আমি তোকে কতবার কন্টাক্ট করতে চেষ্টা করেছি এটা বলতে যে আমি আসছি এখানে আর জিজ্ঞেস করতে যে তোর হোটেলের ঠিকানা টা কি। কিন্তু তুই তো ফোনটা ধরলি না।"

"【That's the main news. I tried to contact you so many times to tell you that I'm coming and ask you about your hotel address. But you didn't pick it up.

"যাইহোক, আমিও এখন South Korea ঘুরতে চলে এসেছি। আর জানিস আমি এখানে দু সপ্তাহের জন্য থাকবো আর তুইও থাকবি আমার সাথে আরো দুই সপ্তাহ এখানেই।"

Anyways, I came to visit South Korea too. And guess what, I'll be living here for two weeks, and you are also going to stay here for two more weeks!

আমি মামা আর মামীর সাথে কথা বলে নিয়েছি! ওরা বলেছে তোকে একবার কল করতে ওদের।"

I have talked to Aunty and uncle! They've asked you to call them!】"

Kirti screamed in excitement.

I gasped as I heard her words.

"আচ্ছা, এবার আর আমাকে অপেক্ষা করাস না। তাড়াতাড়ি আয়, ঠিকাছে?"

"【Now now, don't make me wait! Come fast, okay?"】 Kirti said and disconnected the call.

I was in clear shock about what to do right at the moment.
