Chapter 5: Chapter 5
βNuri's P.O.V.β
I exited the Police station with my lost luggage. Even I got my phone back! Thankfully the passport was inside the backpack. So I could prove that all the things were mine.
I sighed heavily.
"Ah! Thank you, Shiv Ji!" I expressed my gratitude toward Shiv Ji (Hindu god).
"You should thank me!"
I turned to the voice and saw the Korean guy was coming out of the Police station.
He was walking like a celebrity who walks on the red carpet with glasses on. I coughed dramatically.
He walked closer to me and looked at me as if I ate all his food without paying money.
"What?" I raised an eyebrow.
"What was the reaction?" He complained and removed his glasses with swag.
"Honest!" I answered while staring at him.
"Yah! Do you know I fought with a robber to retrieve your luggage ?" The Korean guy narrowed his golden-brown eyes at me.
"Really ?" I stared back with disbelief.
"Yeah! Or what do you think? I stole your things and came back to the police station to return them cause I changed my mind ?" He scoffed.
"Ahem~Well."
He noticed I was giving him a "Yeah, that's what happened." look. And his eyes became wide.
"Yah! Do you-you really believe that? Stupid woman ."
I burst out laughing. He looked so cute. After so much interaction between us finally, I started noticing his features. His beautiful golden-brown eyes, pointed nose, silky back hair. I could say he looked almost like the typical handsome k-drama C.E.Os I have watched till now.
And then my eyes followed his chin to neck. His two top unbuttoned white shirt fitted on his body perfectly. I could even see his collarbones. And his folded sleeves making him look even more handsome. He was a total snack.
"Ahem,"
I came back to reality as I glanced up at his eyes again.
"You like what you see ?" He smirked as he put his hands in his black trouser pockets.
"Uh-huh! What are you talking about ..em ?" I acted innocently as I looked away.
"Call me Daniel!" He suggested as he was still smirking.
"Nuri," I replied, still uncomfortable.
"Shit! He caught me checking him out." I thought as I felt embarrassed.
"Anyway, what did you say to the Cops at that time ?" I tried to change the subject.
"I said this girl is a coconut head. Please help her. "
"You?" I glared at him.
He chuckled, glancing at me.
"I don't think You explained to them only this sentence with a math formula."
He was enjoying our conversation because I could see him giggling at my every word.
"Why would I do that ?" Daniel chuckled.
"Then why did your explanation take freaking 45 minutes?" I demanded.
He controlled his laugh and said, "Where are you gonna stay?"
"Huh ?"
"You came here to visit South Korea, right? So you need to stay somewhere?" He smiled.
"Yeah. I have booked a hotel." I answered casually.
"I am hungry. Wanna grab something before going to the hotel?" He smiled.
His smile looked so adorable that I smiled myself, staring at him.
"Okay," I agreed as I believed in his golden-brown eyes and adorable smile.

βDaniel's P.O.V.β
We took a little walk to a cafe nearby. I didn't know why I didn't want her to leave yet. I felt I wanted more of her.
"μ¬κΈ°μ!"
γ Over here please!γ I called a waitress to give our order.
"μ£Όλ¬Ένμκ² μ΄μ?"
γ may I take your order?γ A waitress asked in a flirty tone.
I glanced at Nuri. She seemed to notice the waitress's certain attention to me too. She eyed the Waitress like, "I am here too!"
I wanted to laugh so hard watching her expressions.
But I controlled it anyhow.
We ordered our food, and the waitress left and gave me a flirty look on her way back.
"That was cringe~," Nuri said while looking at her phone.
"Are you jealous?" I smirked.
"Huh? You're crazy. Why would I be jealous ?" She narrowed her big brown eyes at me.
Her every little expression seemed so interesting. I ran my hand through my hair while thinking about how to not let her go.
"What can I do to keep her to me for more? Should I ask for her number? Will she give it to me? Daniel, think of something good!" I thought.
"Earth to Daniel! Earth to Daniel!"
I came back to reality and saw Nuri was waving her hands before my eyes.
"Yeah ?" I replied.
"Woah! You were so lost in thoughts." She complained, "I asked the question like three times."
"What is it ?"
"Actually, when we bumped into each other, weren't you leaving somewhere? You still have your luggage with you. Then how did you find my belongings ?" She asked curiously.
"First of all, I didn't find it. I rescued it from a robber by fighting with him."
"Second of all, you are the reason I couldn't catch my flight. And I missed my golden opportunity." I pointed a finger towards her.
"And last of all, I really didn't want to meet you again at all. If I knew it was your luggage, I would have given the man some tip for stealing your things instead of rescuing it." I gave a fake smile.
"Huuuhhhhh?!" Nuri gasped at my words.
She stared at me with a mixed expression of disbelief and anger before speaking again.
"I didn't tell you to fight for my things." Nuri snapped.
I was having fun watching Nuri's every little expression. She was furious after hearing my answer.
"You shouldn't have put your nose in between. I believe the cops have found my bags easily." She added.
"Yes. Of course, if the cops have understood you. Maybe." I chuckled.
And that was the point when reality hit her hard. She looked defeated.
Nuri looked away. Maybe she was thinking of something better to reply to me. After thinking hard, she shifted her eyes back at me and opened her mouth to say something when food appeared. And she had to close her mouth once again.
She placed a spoon full of food into her mouth and started chewing it. I sipped my coffee.
"Where are you staying again ?" I asked while eating my food.
"I am not revealing my address to you." She gave a fake smile and continued with her food.
"Why not? Do I look like a stalker ?" I raised an eyebrow.
" More like a kidnapper," Nuri replied without looking at me.
"Kidnapper, huh?" I chuckled. I knew the sentence came out of her anger.
"Cancel the booking!" I ordered.
"From where ?" she answered, still concentrating on food.
"From the hotel, you have booked!"
"And where am I going to stay until I return? On the streets ?" She scoffed.
"With me. In my house." I answered casually.
She choked on her food and glanced at me with three times bigger than her usual eye size.
"Are you freaking crazy?" Nuri asked with a shocked look on her face.
