FLASHBACK of what happened after the party

Towards the end of the party, I was so press that I needed to go to the restroom immediately. I asked Ivan where it was since he is the son of the organizer, well, he told me where the restroom was and I quickly went to relieve myself. I was finally done using the the restroom and was about to go out but unfortunately the door opened and this guy who was one of Ivan's friend entered and quickly lock the door. Then and there, I knew I was in trouble, I shouted for help but no one heard my shout coz of how the restroom was at the far end of the hall.

" don't stress yourself shouting  coz no one will here you" said the guy with a  smirk. I knew he was up to something with the way he was looking at me earlier at the party. He is a manwhore

I tried side passing him but he quickly wrapped his arm around me. I felt so disgusted with his actions, I tried releasing his hold but he just wouldn't budge. Before I know it, he tried raising my dress and was kissing me in places I wouldn't want to be kissed. I struggle in his hold but it was useless, he was so strong.

I screamed and shouted but all was in vain. He tried reaching for my pant  and alas my prayers got answered coz the door opened with a bang sound. Immediately ,the guy got peel off from my body.

Ivan was the one who rescued me.

He beat the hell out of the guy that I thought the guy was already dead coz of how lifeless he was on the floor. I was shaking  from were I hugged myself. I just couldn't believe I almost got raped, if it wasn't for Ivan, the guy would have succeeded in his act.

I felt  warm hands helping me to get up. I freed myself from him coz I was still shaken up from all that just happened.

" I won't hurt you,i promise" he said and once again tried to help me up. I finally allowed him to.

" please don't take me inside" I pleaded.i can't face everyone right now,i need time for myself. He nodded  and helped my shaken body. I was already loosing focus and Ivan noticed that, so he carried me in a bridal style and took me outside the building.

" thank you" I said

" I'm so sorry Lucy, I should have known that Xavier shouldn't be trusted. I was supposed to protect you base on my mom's order, I'm sorry I didn't get there sooner" he was already angry with himself

" it isn't your fault" I whispered " please can you take me home" I requested and he didn't waste anytime to take me home. He help me call my mom to tell her that he would drop me home and mom thanked him for his kindness .

On reaching home Ivan wanted carrying me out of the car but I stopped him. I was already getting better. We both got inside the house together and I went to the kitchen to serve him water which he declined.

" I'm sorry once again" he apologized

" it isn't your fault. And please can we keep this our little secret "

He playfully sealed his lips " I promise, I won't tell anyone a word about what happened "

" good. " I smile. Ivan is really a nice guy, I guess he just love to act cold on the outside  but inside, he is anything but cold.

We talk for some while. Actually, we only talk about basic things like how he didn't know that my mom works for his dad and about school stuff and so on.

" it time for me to leave " he said and I agreed with him on that. I escorted him to the car

" bye, I guess " I said unsure whether that was the right thing to say. coz this was the first time we actually act civilize with each other.

" yeah, bye"he got into the car and was about to start the car. I called out his name

He turn to look at me from the car's window " it is true" I said

" what is true? " he confusingly asked

" the dream I mean, I see  you in my dreams" after that, I didn't wait to see his reaction as I ran inside my house "

END OF FLASH BACK

So,  since what happened yesterday, Ivan and I haven't met one on one. I don't even know  how to face him since what happened yesterday. I'll just let things work on it own.

I woke up feeling happy today and I have no idea why. I sang to the tone of my favorite song as I took my bath. Few minutes later, I finally got out and dressed for school. I ate my breakfast and gave mom a goodbye kiss.

I took a taxi to Abby's house to see how her mom was doing. I haven't gone to see her since the call at the school. On reaching Abby's house, I pressed the door bell and the door was opened by Abby herself who was also dressed for school.

"hey, come in" She moved a little bit so I could  enter the house.

" how was your night? And where is your mom?

" my night was OK and mom is upstairs "

I climb up the stairs to see her since she is the one I came to see. On reaching her room, I knock at the door and she answered.

" Lucy, it's you. Nice of you to come visit " she said in a weak voice

I moved forward to where she was laying on the bed.

" how are you feeling " I asked her in my concerned tone

" I'm fine dear, I just need a little rest that is all"she added with a soft smile

" OK, I wish you quick recovery. Let me leave you to rest "

" Thanks dear"  I left the room after that.

I made my way to the kitchen to join Abby who was arranging her books.

" hey"

" hey yourself. Don't think I have forgotten about the party,i want to hear all that had happened "

I rolled my eyes at her. She love gossip, I tell you

" don't roll your eyes at me, come seat over here and start talking coz it almost time for school "

I didn't waste any time in telling her but I left out the rape part.

" I don't even know what else to say, You two are just complicated." she said with a shake of head.

I check my wristwatch to know what the time says and it was just 10 minutes before school  start

" we better get going coz it's almost time for class  "

We bid her mom goodbye and rushed out of the house.

At school

" We will be having an excursion to 'THE LOVE BEACH 'in the next town. I know some of you are new to the name, this beach was found by two old couples. They found it when they were both young and named it The Love Beach. " our headmaster announced.

Every one was confused, why are we going there. I mean this school has never taken us on an excursion before,never. Not to talk of this strange love beach .

" you're all surprise right?from all your confused faces I know you are all surprise. I'll love everyone to go there in other to know the value of love and showing of kindness to people. We want the bully to stop and also want you all to experience  what this old couples felt for the betterment of yourselves . The excursion will be next tomorrow and I will like all of you to be there,attendance would be taken. Those who fail to go would surely  face the consequences.And lastly, you should all bring along your swimsuit ,alright. "

We all chorus 'yes sir'

" You may all go to your various classes" he declared and left

Alot of Noise was going on among the students  as we all made our way to our various classes. Some were happy while others are a little bit happy about the excursion.

"Wow! I'm so happy, I gotta use my new bikini" Abby rejoiced. She was happy about it.

"Yeah I'm so happy too" our lovely Laila said.

How have I forgotten that Laila and Abby are the same. They are both chatty and girly.Yeah, if you are wondering  how Abby and laila met, I introduce them today in our English class and they've already become my worst nightmare with all the giggles and all that.

"What about you Lucy aren't you happy" asked Abby with a smirk. I gave her the best glare I could muster. She knows I hate swimming and also wearing of bikini.

" or don't you wanna show off your curves to your handsome jerk,  huh" Abby tease.

Laila was just giggling and I bet she doesn't know what Abby meant, she found the situation funny. She doesn't know I have a crush  on Ivan yet.

If look could kill Abby would have been buried 6ft under the ground with the glare I was shooting at her.
