The day passed again and as usual the morning hours are always busy hours at the office. The large number of documents that must be delivered and worked on is always a daily routine. And for the customer service division the morning hours will always be a time where calls keep coming in nonstop.

Alex, who was sitting in his office, continued to look at Precious who was working and could not look away. Fortunately there is a glass wall that borders Alex and Precious, if not Precious's face will be hollow because Alex continued to look at her.

Robert who had been sitting in the guest chair opposite Alex's chair began to feel annoyed. Robert was increasingly upset because he who was sitting in front of his best friend was treated like invisible. He had been sitting there for almost an hour but instead he had to wait and see Alex give a loving look to Precious, who was just an intern.

An annoyed Robert immediately stood up to block Alex's view. Alex initially tried to look the other way, but Robert kept trying to block his view. Alex was upset and disappointed because he could not see Precious again. Alex then sat in his chair with an upset face and looked at Robert with a laser-like look.

" What? Don't look at me like that. I'm the one who should be angry now. " Robert said looking back at Alex

"You shouldn't prevent me from seeing my Precious." Said Alex

"I wouldn't have done it if you hadn't made me wait. So, where are the documents I requested? " said Robert

Alex opened his desk drawer and pulled out a blue document. Alex casually gave the document to Robert, who was upset because he waited for over an hour just to get the document completed.

" What is this? You made me wait for over an hour just for the documents that were made? " said Robert, very annoyed.

"The document has been completed from yesterday, I want to give it to you but I can't stop myself from watching her who is working." Alex said, giving Robert the blue enveloped document

"But why did you take this document yourself? You can just order your secretary. " Said Alex with his innocent face

"Don't you know what you did to Stella? I can't order her to deliver the documents to you, whereas I know she's still not done with you. " Said Robert

Alex was silent for a moment and he returned to remember the night where Stella expressed her feelings. At that time Alex was so surprised that he could not say anything.

"By the way, what do you think about building more branches? That way the company will be even more advanced. " Said Robert

"Branch? Are you sure? What branch do you want to make? " asked Alex

"I will build a branch that moves independently and is engaged in fashion." Said Robert

" What? Fashion? Do you really make good shirt designs? Why choose a career that doesn't suit you? " said Alex

"Design issues, you calm down. I have invited a fashion genius to work with us. " said Robert

"Fashion genius? What do you mean ... "said Alex, guessing

"Take it easy, you will definitely like this person." Said Robert.

After taking the documents he wanted, Robert came out of Alex's room. When he walked back to his room, Robert also took the time to see Precious a girl who had made people as smart as Alex to be very stupid. But when he saw Precious, Robert nodded his head as if recognizing Precious's beauty that was able to make his best friend become a fool before love.

Time passed again and without realizing it was another weekend. Alex, wearing a black suit with a white shirt, sat at the table closest to the window. Alex, who was sitting alone, was very nervous. Occasionally he looked out the window then saw the people around him.

Alex also sighed because he felt very nervous. If only his parents did not force him to meet the girl they chose, now Alex will enjoy his day off by lying in his favorite bed. The longer he waited the more Alex felt restless, making his hands sweat. Alex then took a tissue and wiped the sweat from his hands.

Alex heard the sound of someone wearing high heels approaching them, He turns back to the origin of the voice and saw it is a lady walking toward him. Beautiful lady with shoulder-length hair wearing a beautiful casual dress.

The lady was really so beautiful that Alex eyes opens wide. Everyone saw the lady who just entered. And their eyes radiate extraordinary admiration. Even Alex did not believe that the beautiful lady who is currently sitting with him is going to be the lady who is supposed to go on a blind date with him. It feels like an extraordinary miracle that happened in broad daylight of course miracle can happen any time .

"Hello, are you okay?" said the lady to Alex who is still daydreaming

"Ah, it's fine. My name is Alex. " Said Alex introducing himself

"My name is Cathy, nice to meet you." Said Cathy introducing herself too.

Alex who is not good at building conversations keeps smiling and doesn't know how to start a conversation. The atmosphere became so awkward that the two of them could only smile at each other without being able to say anything. Although it feels awkward but something also feels smooth for both of them.

"So why do you want to go on this blind date?" asked Alex and Cathy together

They laughed once again about asking the same question at the same time. The eyes of those who looked at each other with a smile showed everything went smoothly. Even though they didn't say much, their first meeting was not as bad as they originally thought.

"So why did you go on this blind date? You don't seem to be having a hard time finding a partner. " Said Cathy

"It's because my parents, they forced me. Actually I don't want to go on blind dates. " Said Alex

"Then we are the same. My parents also forced me to go on blind dates. Initially I even planned to ruin this blind date. But not anymore, because this blind date isn't as bad as I thought. " Said Cathy, staring at Alex

"Oh yeah, what do you want to order? Let me order it. " Said Alex

"Just vanilla latte." Said Cathy

" Okay wait a minute." Said Alex then went to the cashier

Alex made his order to the cafe waiter then returned to his desk. But when Alex was about to return to her desk, a well-built man who was embracing his girlfriend accidentally hit Alex with his shoulder. Alex turned around while holding his shoulder which hurt but the man glared at him instead. Alex's guts shrink like a mouse deer standing in front of a lion, Alex feels a tremendous fear.

" What? Is there any problem?" asked the man, staring at Alex with a look of intimidation

"It's okay ..." said Alex while forcing a smile.

Alex returned to his seat after being intimidated. Alex smiled at Cathy who was staring at him. He did it just to calm himself and Alex also worried that he had ruined his image in front of Cathy by showing his weak side. Imagining how this girl in front of him would look down on him like the look she had when she was in high school made Alex lose his self-confidence.
