Precious starts scolding Alex by calling her stupid as usual but this time Precious's scolding sounds like she's worried about Alex. Alex who had grimaced in pain began to smile because he was glad Precious still cared about him.

"Why are you smiling? Is there something funny right now? Is being hurt like this funny to you? 'Precious asked angrily

"You still care about me, right?" said Alex, making Precious speechless
